Disappointingly unreliable service Very disappointed by the quality of Service or perhaps I should say lack of attention at service and upon its completion. I would strongly suggest if you care for the money you spent, to work with another service than the DE one. Lack of accountability and attention indicates a careless business. Careless business should not be in business. It is a pity because the dealership has excellent sales people. The service is run pretty poorly and there are a lot of excuses. I worked with them twice. I will not make that mistake again. Finally, if you value your money and your car, stay with your car and watch what is performed. More

He had nothing but good things to say about this car, and we went to see it the next day. Although it was a 2008 Cadillac, it looked brand new. The process to purchase very good, and Mike handled getting just a few things fixed for us. We would definitely recommend others to this establishment if in the need for a new or used vehicle. We did have one slight hic up with the paperwork that Dave handled quickly. More

New "Home" found after a long trip! I had been looking for a particular car for several weeks, and had traveled MANY MILES to MANY dealership's only to find the car's I had seen on their I had been looking for a particular car for several weeks, and had traveled MANY MILES to MANY dealership's only to find the car's I had seen on their website, and was supposed to be there on the lot per a prior phone call were either NOT there, or didn't look close to what the picture's on their website looked like. Disappointing! Then I spotted the car I was looking for on Delaware Cadillac's website. I called and spoke to Bob Dominick. I first asked him if the car was ACTUALLY ON THE LOT! I told him of my prior experiences and he wasn't surprised. From there we had a very friendly and lite hearted conversation about it and he went outside, in the cold to check personally to make sure it was there. It was and I made an appointment to see it. I was unable to make the initial appointment due to a family emergency and called Bob to let him know. He was very kind and wished me well in dealing with my family matter and said just give him a call when it was convenient to me. I did just that and then when I arrived at the dealership I met Mike Cassidy. First and foremost of importance to me is the relationship I have with my sales representative / specialist. I have to have confidence in their knowledge of the product, and feel they have a true interest in getting to know me and understand what I'm looking for. And I can tell you that's hard to find in the automotive sales industry today. But, I found just that in Mike Cassidy! I felt a true connection as soon as I met him. Now, I had a bit of a strange trip to finally get to the correct vehicle that fit my needs but that was not Mike's fault. But Mike was with me every step of the way with great support and guidance. Because of his true honesty and interest in my every need and concern I feel I have found more then just a new "Home" dealership to look forward to dealing with in the future, and most definitely will recommend to family and friend's, but also a good salesman I can call a friend. Someone to help guide me and other's I refer through the sometimes stressful process of finding and purchasing a new or used vehicle. Also, a shout out to Toni Spille in service. Her friendly personality and true concern to get my service needs addressed in a timely fashion was greatly appreciated since I live 2 1/2 hours away. If you are looking for a dealership with personnel who really seem interested in you and your vehicle needs then this just could be your new "home" also! More

Toni makes us feel like a valued Customer!!!! Toni is so awesome at her job and the consistent superior customer service she has provided to me and my husband over the past 5 years is the reason I Toni is so awesome at her job and the consistent superior customer service she has provided to me and my husband over the past 5 years is the reason I am writing this review. I would like her to be recognized for her efforts and dedication to superior customer service. Toni has always went above and beyond for us and making sure our needs were met. In today's world, I am seeing less and less emphasis and concern for customer satisfaction and customer service. That is not the case with Toni and any of her associates I have had to interact with at Delaware Cadillac. Everyone is always professional, friendly, helpful and appreciative. It is always a pleasure to work with Toni and we would like to especially thank her for going to bat for us with our recent service. It really makes us feel valued as a Customer. Being a manager myself, I cant emphasize enough to my employees the importance of professionalism, providing superior services and experiences to our clients and making them feel valued and appreciated.
