Service department is the worst. After several attempts via phone calls and email to contact Bobby Jones with no response, I had to mention on my last attempt to reach out to the owner of the dealership to via phone calls and email to contact Bobby Jones with no response, I had to mention on my last attempt to reach out to the owner of the dealership to get a return call. This is not the first time I have experienced issues however it will be the last time as I will not be returning to the service department. More

Still waiting for 2nd key I purchased a CTS from them in December of '17. While purchasing the car from Kevin I had inquired about a 2nd key fob as the car only had one. He s I purchased a CTS from them in December of '17. While purchasing the car from Kevin I had inquired about a 2nd key fob as the car only had one. He stated that he would take care of it but it would take a couple weeks. After months went by I both emailed him and left messages for him, never to hear back from him. Now a year later I knew I had to come back for service as my seat wasn't working properly. I then at a suggestion of a friend wrote a bad review about having to wait a year for a key fob. This was answered immediately by the GM stating that I should email Kevin and he would take care of it. Kevin set me up for a service. I went early this morning and had my seat fixed, which they did with no problem. When inquiring about the key the service woman, who is extremely nice, said everyone in sales is busy in a meeting and without them signing off on it she could not get me a key. I really don't understand the poor level of service that they provide. How does it take a year to get a key fob? I had constant calls and emails when I was inquiring about purchasing the vehicle. Once you buy it they seem to forget about you. More

I would strongly suggest if you care for the money you spent, to work with another service than the DE one. Lack of accountability and attention indicates a careless business. Careless business should not be in business. It is a pity because the dealership has excellent sales people. The service is run pretty poorly and there are a lot of excuses. I worked with them twice. I will not make that mistake again. Finally, if you value your money and your car, stay with your car and watch what is performed. More

He had nothing but good things to say about this car, and we went to see it the next day. Although it was a 2008 Cadillac, it looked brand new. The process to purchase very good, and Mike handled getting just a few things fixed for us. We would definitely recommend others to this establishment if in the need for a new or used vehicle. We did have one slight hic up with the paperwork that Dave handled quickly. More
