This dealership was very disappointing, because our car was in the shop for 8 months due to a recall part, and they didn't offer us a loaner to drive. The experience was horrible because my daughter was w was in the shop for 8 months due to a recall part, and they didn't offer us a loaner to drive. The experience was horrible because my daughter was without a vehicle, and we had to purchase another vehicle just so she can have something to drive. We purchased this vehicle new through Cook County Ford, and felt like they didn't care. I know other car companies provide loaner cars for their customers to drive, and I feel like Cook County Ford could have done the same. Finally picked car up June 30th, and then they had the nerve to charge us for something else that was fixed on the car. More
