My experience at Joseph Toyota was the best ever from the service department to sales. My sales associate, Mr. Dupree Rathford was the absolute best. He was patient, very kind and very professional. He made service department to sales. My sales associate, Mr. Dupree Rathford was the absolute best. He was patient, very kind and very professional. He made sure I received everything he promised. Such as a full refund that I had just paid to the service department. You see, I hadn’t planned on purchasing a new car so that’s how the refund came into play. There was also a small dent on the front passenger side door. He promised to have the dent removed and it was removed! I didn’t feel pressured or forced into buying a car. I saw it, I loved it and Mr.Dupree made it happen. So, if you need someone who’s gonna treat you right I recommend Mr. Dupree Rathford at Joseph Toyota! I have to give a shout to Trevor. He’s the manager in the service department. I felt that he was honest and he made sure that I was taken care as I waited for my old car to be serviced. Everyone was fantastic! More
