Professional no pressure experience From start to finish, the vehicle buying experience was top shelf. Upon arrival, we were treated with ice cream, which sold our boys immediately. Jason was very professional and knew his product well; taking the time to explain all of the "bells and whistles" on the van, sometimes more than once. Various members of the staff came over to introduce themselves, which made the environment comfortable. At the end of the evening, we drove away with a brand new van with smiles on the entire family's faces. Thank you. More

Great Honda Dealership John Lau, Sales Consultant, was very knowledgeable, personable and patient with the multitude of questions I had about the different models. I felt no John Lau, Sales Consultant, was very knowledgeable, personable and patient with the multitude of questions I had about the different models. I felt no pressure working with him. Trevor Werner handled the paperwork. Trevor was also knowledgeable and personable as he explained the various forms. Both John and Trevor did an outstanding job assisting me. My only disappointment was my 2020 vehicle was not cleaned good prior to my picking it up. Front and back windows were dirty, there was grass on the driver floorboard and dried mud on the mud flaps. I expected a new car to be very clean when I picked it up and it was not. Otherwise, aside from the lack of attention to cleaning a new vehicle, I was satisfied and pleased I went back to Wolfchase Honda to purchase the 3rd car I have bought from this dealership. More
