Ashton Higginbotham was very helpful and did a great job explaining and going over all our new car features. "Ashton is only a text away if I have any questions"!!! Martin Elliott was most helpful in coming to our home to program the garage door opener to our new car. Cy Cyphers did a great job handing all the paperwork. Great team work.....friendly, competent atmosphere. We appreciate everyone involved in making our new car experience......terrific !!! More

I have owned several Mercedes Benz, yet this is the first car I've bought from this dealership. Tory Barber, in the Service department has been my Go To Guy for service since 1999 and there could not be a more honest, and reliable Service manager in the business! He has always made doing business with the former Crown/ and now the new Mercedes Benz of Birmingham a pleasure. He is the primary reason for my walking into the showroom last Tuesday! Both Greg Forest and Tory Barber, are for my doing business here. Trey Dressler, and Jordan Whisenhunt were great to deal with as well ... Trey worked hard to get me the deal I needed and Jordan went over everything and was easy to work with. More
