My salesman Dijby Tall was so attentive and interested in finding the right vehicle for us. He was very knowledgeable about the Mercedes vehicles and was very truthful in all information he shared with us regarding the vehicles. Kathy was very encouraging and made us feel right at home from the beginning.She is a wonder representative for this company. Arrie was extremely helpful with instructions on the operations and equipment in the vehicle.She made sure that we were prepared to drive the vehicle home. This little lady knows her stuff!! I had no plans to purchase or lease a car that day. Samira Magarov found me a car that had all of features that I was looking for and worked with her and Trey Dressler to put together a deal. We recently tried to lease a car from the Lexus dealership in Birmingham and that was a disaster. They said our trade-in was worth nothing and even after I told the limits on lease payment, they can back with a crazy number. The experience at Mercedes in Irondale was just the opposite. Samira mad my wife and I feel comfortable and actively worked with us to earn our business. I would highly recommend her when you are in the market for a Mercedes. More

To make a long story short, I realized that a 2017 model was not going to happen. So I patiently waited for the new 2018 models to become available. I also checked out the European Delivery. The experience to see your car, in my case, probably less than two weeks off the assembly line is something you can't imagine. The entire stay in Germany and the factory tour was unbelievable. Joe always was there whenever I had questions. The entire staff at Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham is friendly and wants to help in every way possible. Plus the staff at the Germany delivery center are unequalled as well. A must do, once in a lifetime experience. More
