She not only took like to make sure my payment stayed in my range but she also took time to explain and SHOW Me why my interest rate was high ! Extremely satisfied re-peat customers! We have now purchased two vehicles from Toyota of Cleveland. The first was a new 2015 Toyota Tacoma back in 2014. Now, my wife and I purchased a 2024 We have now purchased two vehicles from Toyota of Cleveland. The first was a new 2015 Toyota Tacoma back in 2014. Now, my wife and I purchased a 2024 Toyota Highlander XSE. The whole experience was fantastic. Bridget started off the process by keeping an eye out for a Highlander of our desire to be delivered to the dealer. Tyler took over from there. Tyler was extremely easy to deal with, and a fantastic communicator through the whole process. Taylor was very good at explaining everything back in finance. There was no pressure during the entire process. Toyota, these are the types of folks you need dealing with your customers every day. We love Toyota, and these guys give us reason to keep doing so!
