He was friendly and sincere about making sure I was happy with my new (to me) Toyota Camry. Joey was, by far, the best manager I've ever dealt with in my life. His kindness and sincerity took all the anxiety of buying a used car away. I felt calm and secure doing business with him. You know, it's not what you say to someone, it's how you make them feel.
