I went to Coastal Kia just to see what “could” happen. 3 hours later I’m driving off in my new car!! It was great. Jason stone was absolutely the best salesman I have ever worked with. Honest, didn’t blo hours later I’m driving off in my new car!! It was great. Jason stone was absolutely the best salesman I have ever worked with. Honest, didn’t blow smoke and was “here are your options let’s talk about what would be the best for you”! Words I have NEVER heard when buying a car. I will never shop anywhere else. It was a great pleasure not to lied too or to be pushed into buying. They did all the work and told me my options, including walking out and trying again later if I wasn’t comfortable, talked with me about my options and helped me make the finale decision. It was great. I didn’t leave feeling like I had been run over!! More

I purchased a new kia from coastal kia in Wilmington, NC. The dealership was beautiful, they offered water and coffe throughout my visit and they were so friendly and pleasantly easy to deal with. Peggy went The dealership was beautiful, they offered water and coffe throughout my visit and they were so friendly and pleasantly easy to deal with. Peggy went out of her way to do everything she could to get me into a new car that I did not think was possible but she made it happen. After I left with my new car they constantly reached out to me to ask me if I had any questions or I needed anything they made me feel that they truly cared and that they weren't out to to make money. They have definitely gotten a customer for life as I will never buy from another dealership after my experience and the gratitude that they showed me!!! Very thankful to have such a amazing dealership in my hometown!!! More

I had a hard time here. The lack of communication between sales people was evident. I kept having to repeat myself about a sensitive topic. I would not have purchased a Kia if it was not for Cameron at coast sales people was evident. I kept having to repeat myself about a sensitive topic.
