refuse to take responsibility for mechanical issues while in Brought car in for rear light bulb. They performed recall issue. Car returned blower motor would not shut off after motor was off and key removed. Adv Brought car in for rear light bulb. They performed recall issue. Car returned blower motor would not shut off after motor was off and key removed. Advised I need a new blower motor for $975. Manager refused to take any responsibility and was polite but condescending. Brought to other mechanic connected the blower motor at no charge. MB has failed me More

Helpful during stressful time. I had car serviced for what we thought was simple breaklight fix. Ended up being water damage with extremely extensive damage.
