They do Great Work always. The last time I was in to have some work done the attendant when he was checking me in that there was a recall on my truck that was just announced. I didn't even get the notice yet some work done the attendant when he was checking me in that there was a recall on my truck that was just announced. I didn't even get the notice yet. But as long as I was there I asked if he could have the recall completed. He told me it sometimes takes hours to complete and sometimes it has to be redone again before the Vehicle's system accepts it. He scheduled it along with my other work and I was out of there in 2 1/2 hours. I was very happy and pleased with getting it taken care of. More

Had a great experience from start to finish with trying to find and to purchase a 2021 Ford Ranger. I also received $4,000 more on trade in value for my 2018 Nissan Frontier than what the Nissan dealershi to find and to purchase a 2021 Ford Ranger. I also received $4,000 more on trade in value for my 2018 Nissan Frontier than what the Nissan dealership would give me. Thanks Joey, Wayne, and Stephanie for all the help. Where to begin... I don't want to tell the full story at this time, as I'm just not up to it... but with the service at Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend, I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to ever this time, as I'm just not up to it... but with the service at Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend, I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to everyone I know. Things began with one of my worst car experiences ever (January 2021) and here we are in April, and through dedicated service, communication, and a wonderful team in the used car department (especially Tim Heim and Nick GreenHalgh... thank you both), I am driving a spectacular vehicle. It is the people that make the company, and the two above mentioned went above and beyond to ensure i was satisfied. I am 100% convinced they would have wished i would have gone away, but they never allowed for me to feel that way. They wanted me to leave happy and in the car i wanted, and for that I thank them, and wholeheartedly recommend this dealership:because of the people. Cheryl, answering my many calls... Jacob, from service... Wayne, in management... and more - And repeated again, Tim Heim! The best used car sales manager I Know to exist. Yes, Nick closed the deal, but if not for Tim, it would not have gotten that far. I owe to you all more than a great review... thank you for everything. More
