Where to begin... I don't want to tell the full story at this time, as I'm just not up to it... but with the service at Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend, I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to ever this time, as I'm just not up to it... but with the service at Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend, I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to everyone I know. Things began with one of my worst car experiences ever (January 2021) and here we are in April, and through dedicated service, communication, and a wonderful team in the used car department (especially Tim Heim and Nick GreenHalgh... thank you both), I am driving a spectacular vehicle. It is the people that make the company, and the two above mentioned went above and beyond to ensure i was satisfied. I am 100% convinced they would have wished i would have gone away, but they never allowed for me to feel that way. They wanted me to leave happy and in the car i wanted, and for that I thank them, and wholeheartedly recommend this dealership:because of the people. Cheryl, answering my many calls... Jacob, from service... Wayne, in management... and more - And repeated again, Tim Heim! The best used car sales manager I Know to exist. Yes, Nick closed the deal, but if not for Tim, it would not have gotten that far. I owe to you all more than a great review... thank you for everything. More

I have purchased several vehicles from Gordie Boucher of West Bend over the past years. Three years ago my wife and I moved to Tennessee. When I looked to replace my F-150 with a 2021 model I checked four West Bend over the past years. Three years ago my wife and I moved to Tennessee. When I looked to replace my F-150 with a 2021 model I checked four dealerships in Tennessee. The four dealerships together did not equate to one Boucher! I am 1400 miles round trip from Boucher and I still decided to order my new truck from them. That should speak volumes about their dealership. From Chris Flynn and David Brooks all the way down they are an exceptional team. Could not be more pleased! More

Gordie Boucher Ford is my go to for service of my vehicles for work I cant do myself. The Service Dept is top notch from the Service Writers, Mechanics and Service Manager. If I have any concerns the vehicles for work I cant do myself. The Service Dept is top notch from the Service Writers, Mechanics and Service Manager. If I have any concerns they all want to verify everything was done right and if necessary correct anything that isn't. I highly recommend them for anyone's service needs. More
