Hello my name is Wes Gallegos, and I specialize in quality Pre-Owned sales. I started working for the DeanTeam Subaru / VW of Ballwin in the spring of 2006! I have been in the automotive industry all of my life, stemming back to my teenage years when my Father was within the industry selling vehicle's. I grew-up learning the ends and outs of the business and all throughout my highs-school years I served as an automotive detailer/delivery prep specialist. While in school I attended a vocational course in Automotive Tech. where I was able to gain valuable information pertaining to the mechanical make-up of what makes our cars drive today! I am a long standing on going customer of DeanTeam. I had to stop in unannounced for an oil change service. Annie always greets me with the warmest smile and checked me in promptly. Even though I didn’ I had to stop in unannounced for an oil change service. Annie always greets me with the warmest smile and checked me in promptly. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, Annie didn’t hesitate to service my vehicle. All done in the same day even though they were really busy servicing other clients she made sure I was taken care of, btw I own a GM product and bring it to them b/c the staff is trained to service every make and model. Bought a used car for my granddaughter. 3 days later the motor blew up. Wes Gallegos and the Dean Team found us another (better) car and gave us credit for the first one even though they di 3 days later the motor blew up.
