customer service during routine service appointment on my initial scheduled arrival 8-5-2020 , approximately 15 minutes early, 09:45 (primarily to allow for unexpected traffic delays , ending in less st on my initial scheduled arrival 8-5-2020 , approximately 15 minutes early, 09:45 (primarily to allow for unexpected traffic delays , ending in less stress for me to be on time), service got off to a bumpy start as I waited for greeting and acknowledgement i.e. good morning, someone will be with you shortly, this did not happen. my approximate wait time was 15 minutes when a gentleman(African American employee) in the rear of the drive thru stall seemed to observe me sitting in my car. he walked over, and I told him I had a 10:00 appointment. he asked me how long I had been waiting and asked if anyone had spoken to me yet. If I could give this employee a rating, it would be greatly satisfied. I love your motto, After we sell, WE SERVE! It’s not just a motto. It’s what we do! today I would have to give a low satisfaction rating to the "we serve" part of your motto. In my career I've had lots of training in BEST customer service, anything else does not meet the standard. In these times when we're all challenged by the impact of a pandemic, best customer service training has to be a must. we are all in this together, finding ways to beat the pandemic and keeping our families safe and provided for. Your service reminds me of vacuum cleaner.. it took from 4/29/20 until 7/16/20 to have the warranty repair completed. Given that I had only had thevehicle for approximately two weeks when I couldn’t get it 4/29/20 until 7/16/20 to have the warranty repair completed. Given that I had only had thevehicle for approximately two weeks when I couldn’t get it started, and I was only told to “call roadside assistance” is infuriating. After getting the vehicle to your so called service department, not once in two and a half months did anyone call me to update me on the status of the parts. When I called to inquire, the calls were not returned as requested. It would be interesting to know when the parts actually arrived at your facility and then why I was not notified so that a repair could be arranged. It's quite obvious to me that people are not doing what they are paid to do. More

I have had my 2016 Yukon at your facility on 3 occasions; one for repair, one for a factory recall, and the last (this) time for full service. I thought I would try using Master's for oil, lubes, filter, tir one for repair, one for a factory recall, and the last (this) time for full service. I thought I would try using Master's for oil, lubes, filter, tire rotate and balance. In the.past I used other service facilities, but thought I would try yours based on past workmanship and customer appreciation. Each time Mr. Dave Truitt did an outstanding job seeing that things were done in my best interest. I am sold, you have my business. Charles was extremely accommodating even though I did not have an appointment but needed my car repaired for my wife’s upcoming trip. The shop was very busy, but he worked it in and got the car back to me be have an appointment but needed my car repaired for my wife’s upcoming trip.
