Dropped my 2010 Fit off for an oil change and asked them

I was told that it there would be around a $135 charge to Diagnose the signal lever, but they would call me and let me know.
I was texted a couple of hours later that my service was completed and I could come pickup my car. Upon arrival I asked them if they had a look at the turn signal lever and it was documented that there was some debris, it was cleaned, and it was working properly… no other issues. In addition to that i found that the $10 off was not applied and that they were unable to apply it after the fact.
When I left I found that my turn signal was still not working properly… just as it was malfunctioning before.
I have also repeatedly asked them to check a scraping noise I’m hearing intermittently. I’ve been told there is a diagnostic fee and I was in agreement to pay to have it looked at. On at least two different occasions when picking my car up they stated they couldn’t find an issue and the diagnostic was not charged or mentioned.
I am now likely to find another place to service my car due to these experiences the past few months…

CPetty, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent visit to our Service Department. I'm sorry to hear that your visit was below your expectations. During my investigation of your service experience, I did find that we did clean and clean debris out of your turn signal at no charge. The only item paid for on your ticket was the Oil and Filter change. I spoke with our Service Manager and he said that if you want to bring the car back in for a diagnostic check on the scraping noise and the turn signal, he will be happy to perform the diagnostic charge for you and waive the $135 diagnostic fee. In addition, all coupons should be presented at the time of write up with your service advisor so that they are on the ticket prior to processing the ticket. I will be happy to provide you with a $10.00 credit applicable to your next visit, however, moving forward please present any coupons when placing your order with the advisor. Just present a copy of this response to Yeen to receive the complimentary diagnostic check and the $10.00 credit. We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied.
