2 years ago I bought a new car from Russ and was not necessarily expecting it to be so stress free, but it was, and was even a pleasant experience. So when the oopportunity came to upgrade to a newer m necessarily expecting it to be so stress free, but it was, and was even a pleasant experience. So when the oopportunity came to upgrade to a newer model with more bells and whistles, I didn’t hesitate. Great Customer Service I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Kevin and Zach. I went in with an exact idea of what I wanted and a specific date I neede I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Kevin and Zach. I went in with an exact idea of what I wanted and a specific date I needed it. Even though one was not available on-site, Kevin worked quickly to have a new car delivered to make it happen. He explained in detail the various add-ons I could select. The car was ready for me on the date I needed it and was unique to my requested specifications. Zach presented me with multiple financing options and that information was given to me a week or more in advance, so I had time to review it without being pressured. Kevin took time to answer all my questions and gave a thorough "tour" of the many features both inside/outside of the car to ensure I was comfortable and could take advantage of all amenities. They definitely went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. More
