I have been buying cars from Toyota of Naperville for over 20 years. I continue to go back because of the fair deals and outstanding service. I called to make an appt. to discuss lease end options, and w over 20 years. I continue to go back because of the fair deals and outstanding service. I called to make an appt. to discuss lease end options, and was told to see a financial service person. Harvey met us at the door. I thought he was the financial lease end person. He was not. He is a salesman. Harvey did not introduce himself to us and the process was awkward. he gave us the wrong figure for our buyout. We had a deal in place to lease another car, when Tim the sales Mgr. told us we were given the wrong figures. We spent another hour working on a deal. If it was not for Tim, we would not have leased another car. Harvey seemed confused during the whole process. When we finally agreed on a deal,(Tim had added equity to our old car), Harvey said he had a good surprise for us about the new car. His "BIG" surprise was telling us that the sound system was great and improved over time. We were very disappointed. I would love to go back to Toyota of Naperville in the future, but I would request another salesperson. More

At Toyota, there is a team you work with, not just one individual. I first reached out to Toyota via their website when shopping for a new car. The next day, I was speaking with Lisa and Zach who patien individual. I first reached out to Toyota via their website when shopping for a new car. The next day, I was speaking with Lisa and Zach who patiently answered all my questions and helped me set up an appointment with Nathan on the sales team. The car I was looking at was still being build but Nathan took the time to let me test drive a similar model and to answer my questions. He then kept me in the loop as to the status of my car until the day I was able to come back to the dealership and complete the sale. Mike took the time to go over addons and accessories and Zeke patiently walked me through the financing. I am very grateful to everyone I add the opportunity to interact with. Car shopping is always a little overwhelming and the staff at Toyota me feel at ease. More
