In a day and age where people seem to be doing everything possible to avoid dealerships, Toyota of Naperville showed me the value of dealerships, and that is the people. I was treated like family from everyo possible to avoid dealerships, Toyota of Naperville showed me the value of dealerships, and that is the people. I was treated like family from everyone I engaged with, from Zeke in Sales to Igor in Finance to Mike in Accessories. They were all super knowledgeable and told me things about my vehicle that I may never have figured out on my own. It was my favorite car dealer experience ever and this is my 11th vehicle purchase in my 59 years. More

Great experience! Everyone at Toyota of Naperville were very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and knew when to slow down or speed up the process. I went from a 2011 Sienna to a 2023 Sienna….. technology has changed quite a bit and Zeke was so patient with me showing how to use all the fancy new options! Product and process were outstanding!
