This dealership is 100% corrupt from the very disrespectful General Manager that assumed he was just to violate my civil rights by pulling me into an office with no other witnesses and threaten me. He stated if I don’t sign the documents that would he make sure he keeps keep my $10k down payment and my trade if I don’t sign for a new vehicle or I’ll see him in civil court. I respectfully declined the offer and proceeded to call law enforcement to document my experience. I ended getting my car back from Sale Manager Zeik Williams with the understanding of getting my down payment back. It’s been 3 months since I’ve been patiently waiting for my refund. I’ve called and emailed but obviously they trying to prove a point, a typical old school sleazy dealership. Do I just need to reach out to the Better Business-bureau or get the news team involved? I just want my money back, not to mention this dealership employees have even contacted my work place questioning my characteristics that can lead to my defamation. I thought my credit application was private? Again I just want my money back and we can pretend this never happened More
