I had my first experience buying a car through Gosch Ford today. The whole process was completely smooth. At no time did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I got an outstanding deal on a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium. They even through in extra perks during my car buying experience which I didn't even ask for. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had to date, and I have gone through 8 different buying experiences. I recommend asking for Evan, one of the sales guys. He was extremely professional and easy to deal with. Just a cool guy and down to earth all around. I will be doing business with Gosch Ford in Temecula proudly for the foreseeable future.

The service department is very responsive and they keep you informed through the entire process. They are the only dealer (that I know of) that uses text system to keep you updated. I really like that. But George picked up the phone and called me throughout the process.
I have a company car that was issued to me via a fleet service. George knew how to deal with the fleet service and jumped right on the issues I needed to be looked at.

Very Pleasent Experience! Mike turned me around! - Funny Old Guy
It was with a great sense of anxiety I scheduled an appointment for my F250 Super Duty Diesel. A ,previous experience with our family car, our Taurus, was nothing short of horrific. But I felt compelled to bring it to this shop as the trouble was with my climate control and the rear slider window. This was just not a task I was willing to allow my local Pep Boys to bungle. To possibly make matters worse, I had a 3rd party extended warranty that had proven to be dicey with a different Ford service shop. All in all I was not looking forward to what I thought was sure train wreck.
Mike Baek was certainly up to the task! I explained my trouble, the extended warranty I had and without hesitation Mike committed to touching base with me by the end of business to let me know what kind of trouble I was in for. (In my mind...'Right. Sure. Call me up by the end business? Ain't gonna happen'.) Sure enough, Mike followed up with a phone call to me and was successful in negotiating with the 3rd party warranty service. My truck was ready to go when Mike stated it would be and on top of that he took a few extra steps to ensure my satisfaction.
In conclusion I am of the opinion Mike turned me around on my previous opinion of Ken Grody's service department. He took ownership of my circumstance, followed through and exceeded my expectations. For this there is no measure of my gratitude!

AMAZING SERVICE- This is no ordinary dealership. Nick Magill, Internet Sales Manager provided the best service and helped me throughout the entire purchasing process. He is a man of his word and promised to get me in and out quickly due to my prior engagements for work. I was done in under an hour!
There are no gimmicks, and the offer that was promised to me via Email was the same deal I received when I arrived to sign. I do not have the best credit and was still taken care of and treated as their No. 1 customer.
When I was brought to financing, I was expecting a long, grueling process of unnecessary "upgrades" and pressure, but that was not the case. Ruben Gonzalez in Finance did a fantastic job of helping through the process to ensure I was completely satisfied. He was friendly and helpful.
Overall - It was the absolute best experience from ANY Car Dealership. There is no comparison. I will definitely come back when my 2nd car is ready for an upgrade. Thank you!

I purchased my car at Montebello because of the fantastic service department at Montebello. Raudel is one of the best there for every problem that comes up. They are 5 star always. This is my third ford purchase but first time at Montebello. I was not pleased by the sale itself and the many things that went awry. The service department however is excellent.

Ken Grody Ford in Carlsbad was truly Awesome! My visit here was such a noteworthy one that I just needed to share it. My wife and I are getting ready to go into retirement and travel the U.S. and needed to buy a truck to pull our 5th Wheel trailer, so we went into Ken Grody Ford in Carlsbad. We ended up getting exactly what we were looking for which was a brand new Ford F-250 Lariat Crew Cab 4X4 (diesel) and couldn't be more pleased. Every aspect of our experience at this dealership was an incredible. From the moment we arrived at the dealership we could feel the difference. Ian Schoenberger was our Sales Consultant and his friendly, pleasant demeanor instantly put us at ease. He was extremely professional and had an extensive background and knowledge of trucks, there towing capacities, capabilities and limitations. His vast experience in this area coupled his understanding of the vehicles we were interested in was exceedingly beneficial to us and helped us greatly in making the right vehicle selection for our needs. There was No Sales Hype, No Pressure, just a true willingness and desire to educate and help us in any way possible; it was really a breath of fresh air!
During our visit we also had the very distinct pleasure of meeting and getting to know the Co-Owner and Vice President of Ken Grody Ford, Kurt Maletych. This guy is the Genuine Article! Over and above being one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet, he also has a true desire and real commitment in making sure ALL of his customers have the absolute best Car/Truck buying experience possible. I've been to several other dealerships in San Diego and none of them are even in the same league with this guy! (When was the last time you were at a dealership and the owner walks over and greets you and spends time with you?)
The specific truck we were looking for wasn't readily available at his dealership, so he took a personal interest in our quest to help us find it. After an exhaustive search, that was no small undertaking, he was able to find a truck with the specific color combination we desired, the options and appointments we were looking and had it for us in just a couple of days. "He" made it happen!

I was shopping around for trucks and had almost settled on getting another brand. Because I kept on hearing about the high ratings (safety, mileage, comfort, technology) of the new F-150, I thought I would stop by my local dealer to investigate. A few hours after stopping by Chino Hills Ford, my fiance' and I ended up driving away with a new F-150 XLT Super Crew FX4.
Aside from the truck itself, Asghar was the primary reason we purchased that day. He very quickly narrowed down something comparable to the other brand I had shown interest with similar features. He then helped to address any barriers to purchase (financing, total cost of ownership, factory rebates, etc.), and walked us through all of the paperwork. After the financing was complete, he even helped me pair my phone with the truck's SYNC system.
It's only been a couple of weeks , but I grow happier with my decision to purchase that day. If you need a great vehicle, great customer service, and an easy buying experience, I would highly recommend you stop by Chino Hills Ford.

Danielle Brian has been our Savior. Our 2104 ford focus has had to be serviced 4 times now for the same problem with transmission. We have tried to patient, but our patience and loyalty to Ford is waning! Thank goodness for Palm Springs motors and Danielle Brian, or we would be litigating this problem, instead of singing praises for the best employee a business could want or have! Danielle has been super sensitive to our problem, and because of her we are going to give our focus another chance. Again this review does not reflect the excellent employees at Palm Spring Motors, just the incompetence of Ford the corporation for having the audacity to produce many Lemons in the Focus itself.

I have to admit I was not happy after my car broke down the first couple times but looking back I never was left without transportation I was never left waiting for a call back I was always told when my car would be ready how long it would take and it was always done on time.i was impatient and angry when I had to return to the dealership to repair my car but the way they took care of their customers I couldn't complain the car had its problems but the dealership deserves more credit.

I explained to him what had happened to my car as best as I could and he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. After fixing the problem, he checked and re-checked to make sure it really was fixed. He was friendly and professional and I knew he really was happy when he saw the concern I had wiped away because of his work. Overall a very good experience. We bought a new F150 and Carlos did a great job informing us about the new features in the new F150s--they have aluminum instead of steel panels! Lashawn helped us get the payment we wanted, and we thought we could not get approved but he made it possible! I reluctantly went to this dealership only because it was the nearest Costco dealership. I was reluctant because I had had an unsatisfactory experience at the delership several years back. WOW what a change!!! No more vultures in the parking lot. No more shifting the buyer from one person to another with each new person adding more pressure. The atomosphere in the show room was very relaxed. Martin Esparza is an awesome sales person. No high pressure and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. I had already "built" the vehcile I wanted on Ford.com. Other area dealerships had advised me the vehicle I wanted would have to be special ordered (6-8 weeks delivery time). In less than 10 minutes Martin found the exact vehicle I wanted at a dealership less than 50 miles away and it could be delivered the next day. The Finance Department had the documents ready when I walked in that office. Total time in the dealership was less than 2 hours. When I picked up the vehicle, Tim Smith provided a very detailed introduction to the vehcile's amentities and accessories (and there are a lot). I have always liked the BVF Service Department. It is a definite plus to now have the sales department on the same customer service page!
