I had decided to change my old Toyota, but I wasn't sure as to what kind of car I was supposed to buy or lease. About a month ago, my niece who had leased one last year, recommended to visit the Galpin Ford. She introduced me to Roberto Guerrero who had sold her a Ford Fusion last year. He was a very friendly and kind man. I appreciate his patience and respectful manner. I finally came home in a new Ford Fusion, which I like very much.

My husband and I just purchased a Ford Edge. The salesman was Johnathan Schneider, Dana Clark was his manager and Keith was our financial interface. They were wonderful. Johnathan easily answered all of our questions, spent a great deal of time reviewing the cars operation, Dana made her decision quickly and Keith ran through the financials quickly. I would not hesitate to send friends and family in to this dealership.

Dear Cal, I wanted to thank you and Tom for the care and help with the problems in the service department I had experienced. I wanted to Thank you and Tom for the fast help in the problems I had gone thru, but I did not see Tom's name in list and before the year is over I was hoping to send a letter to corporate there is still the tool box that has not been replaced yet,still waiting for it? If you could check to see if it came in yet. I would like to let the customers know if anytime you have a problem then go to Cal in stead of posting complaints you will find out as I did problems can be taken care of the right way, if you treat others as you want to be treated it always works out. Mr. Sager listened to my complaints and took care of it in a few days!

Ken Grody Ford in Carlsbad was truly Awesome! My visit here was such a noteworthy one that I just needed to share it. My wife and I are getting ready to go into retirement and travel the U.S. and needed to buy a truck to pull our 5th Wheel trailer, so we went into Ken Grody Ford in Carlsbad. We ended up getting exactly what we were looking for which was a brand new Ford F-250 Lariat Crew Cab 4X4 (diesel) and couldn't be more pleased. Every aspect of our experience at this dealership was an incredible. From the moment we arrived at the dealership we could feel the difference. Ian Schoenberger was our Sales Consultant and his friendly, pleasant demeanor instantly put us at ease. He was extremely professional and had an extensive background and knowledge of trucks, there towing capacities, capabilities and limitations. His vast experience in this area coupled his understanding of the vehicles we were interested in was exceedingly beneficial to us and helped us greatly in making the right vehicle selection for our needs. There was No Sales Hype, No Pressure, just a true willingness and desire to educate and help us in any way possible; it was really a breath of fresh air!
During our visit we also had the very distinct pleasure of meeting and getting to know the Co-Owner and Vice President of Ken Grody Ford, Kurt Maletych. This guy is the Genuine Article! Over and above being one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet, he also has a true desire and real commitment in making sure ALL of his customers have the absolute best Car/Truck buying experience possible. I've been to several other dealerships in San Diego and none of them are even in the same league with this guy! (When was the last time you were at a dealership and the owner walks over and greets you and spends time with you?)
The specific truck we were looking for wasn't readily available at his dealership, so he took a personal interest in our quest to help us find it. After an exhaustive search, that was no small undertaking, he was able to find a truck with the specific color combination we desired, the options and appointments we were looking and had it for us in just a couple of days. "He" made it happen!

Walked in this dealer to check out the new 2017 mustangs. We had no plan of purchasing any car at the moment we were pasing by and decided to check them out. We were greeted by Max Miranda one of the best sales reps we have ever spoken to. Pepe in the service department really made me feel so much better. He attended me as soon as I walked in the door and made sure I was on my way in under 10 minutes. I explained to him what had happened to my car as best as I could and he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. After fixing the problem, he checked and re-checked to make sure it really was fixed. He was friendly and professional and I knew he really was happy when he saw the concern I had wiped away because of his work. After fixing the problem he even offered to fix another problem I had at no extra charge. Thank you, Pepe.

Great place for looking for a new Ford vehicle. If they don't have it in their inventory they will find one and get it for you ASAP! They were easy to deal with and very helpful in trying to find us exactly what we wanted. My wife and I drove away in a vehicle that we are very happy with.
We received a great deal on our trade-in, it was more than what we were expecting. They worked with us until we got the price that we were comfortable with monthly. We shopped around at other dealerships and Ron Dupratt Ford was where we bought our vehicle at the best price possible!

I have to admit I was not happy after my car broke down the first couple times but looking back I never was left without transportation I was never left waiting for a call back I was always told when my car would be ready how long it would take and it was always done on time.i was impatient and angry when I had to return to the dealership to repair my car but the way they took care of their customers I couldn't complain the car had its problems but the dealership deserves more credit.

I purchased my car at Montebello because of the fantastic service department at Montebello. Raudel is one of the best there for every problem that comes up. They are 5 star always. This is my third ford purchase but first time at Montebello. I was not pleased by the sale itself and the many things that went awry. The service department however is excellent.

I went in to Ford to help my friend look for a car and we were met by Logan Chandler, one of the salesmen. Logan greeted us professionally and listened to what my friend needed. When my friend told him his situation and price range, Logan returned with exactly what my friend was looking for. He did not hide the registration and processing fees and showed us what to expect on top of listed price. The Ford dealership also offered several cars in my friend's price range to choose from. If you're going to Ford of Escondido, ask for Logan Chandler, he's honest, up front, and finds you what you're looking for.
