I recently brought my vehicle in for service at Honda Serramonte, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding customer care provided by Jerald Tugalde and his team. Jerald was courteous, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly every step of the way. One of the parts—the seatbelt buckle—had a long delay, but Jerald kept me updated and apologized several times for the wait. I understand that this part can often take time to replace, and I truly appreciated his honesty and empathy throughout the process. Now, I feel completely safe in my 2005 Honda Pilot knowing it was properly diagnosed and serviced. Thank you, Jerald, for going above and beyond—I highly recommend this service department to anyone looking for reliable and excellent care!

Very nice… As bad as Kia Cerritos was, Mission Viejo was totally great. They value the customer when Cerritos treated you as a bother to them. Cerritos said leave your car for a few days with no loaner and sign for a possible $300 charge and why don’t you do other maintenance…Mission Viejo said we will check the warranty issue for free and if we need to order the part you can come back at your convenience to replace it at no charge. I will drive the extra hour to use Mission Viejo again!

Amazing service from the service team. Not only did they take care of my car but they took care of my wallet! The team here is honest and reliable. They gave me an option to get my car serviced now and pay later. I gave a small payment of $58 and still got my car back running like brand new. I didnt even know they had that available. I drive an extra 15 miles each way to have service performed by Sierra Subaru of Monrovia. Not only is their sales dept the most professional and positive experience, their service depart routinely exceeds expectiations. My service advisor, Sandy Perez, was quick, efficient, professional; she explained exactly what service was required, kept me informed while I waited, and when the technicians identified an unexpected problem she reported the problem, recommended a solution, advised on any additional costs, which were all reasonable. Comfortable and quiet waiting area made the time go by quickly.

The only negative thing I have to say about it is when I dropped my car off, and I was getting a free loaner, Emily said I would have to wait less than 10 minutes for them to pull the rental car up (I had already filled out all the paperwork online).. Apparently she forgot me because 45 minutes later I went up to the desk to ask where my car was. At that point, she went and got it for me. I have, however, had great experiences in the past. She was very apologetic and nice to me though.
