Very nice… As bad as Kia Cerritos was, Mission Viejo was totally great. They value the customer when Cerritos treated you as a bother to them. Cerritos said leave your car for a few days with no loaner and sign for a possible $300 charge and why don’t you do other maintenance…Mission Viejo said we will check the warranty issue for free and if we need to order the part you can come back at your convenience to replace it at no charge. I will drive the extra hour to use Mission Viejo again!

Amazing service from the service team. Not only did they take care of my car but they took care of my wallet! The team here is honest and reliable. They gave me an option to get my car serviced now and pay later. I gave a small payment of $58 and still got my car back running like brand new. I didnt even know they had that available. Niello Porsche is the BEST. I simply came to have a recall performed. They not only did that. They checked my tires, they checked my brakes. They gave me a full video rundown of how the car is doing. And...they provided Lyft to and from my work. I didn't pay a dime. Plus Louie is such a nice guy, that just makes it all better.

It was fine. They were friendly. They explained everything. My only real gripe (aside from paying dealer prices to fix the issue) was that after spending almost 3k on a repair I don’t even get a car wash. The car was left outside and it happened to rain and it was a mess when I picked it up. Come on guys, wash the cars.
