Being a first time buyer I was nervous did not know what I was doing at all however Rick Paul the salesman who sold me my car and Tony Gomez the financial manager talked me through everything gave me really good insight, were super forgiving and honestly they helped me out as if I was their own kid which made me feel so much more relaxed and confident and I felt prepared to own the car and what goes along with it. While my girlfriend and I were waiting Rick gave us his sandwich which was so awesome and much appreciated and talked me through everything. When you drive from Castle Rock, CO to Monument CO, you see 3 billboards for Berkenkotter Motors. I see the billboards, but have never paid much attention to them until now...They are now taking on a whole new meaning for us, as we just bought a 2014 Honda Pilot for my son. And we had the best car buying experience we have ever had. There was no pressure. They let us take it for an afternoon to get it inspected by our local mechanic and spend time driving it on different type of roads.

Joseph listened attentively to what mattered most to us in functionality, comfort, and price, and helped us to find many options that would be a good fit for us. We had a list of some we were interested in and he recommended some others that would fit the ticket well. He was so patient and informative as we test drove countless cars! Seriously, this guy is like a walking car encyclopedia! But also, isn't afraid to look something up if he's not sure, which rarely happens. It felt like car shopping with your cool uncle who knows everything about cars and is looking out for you. Can't recommend enough asking for Joseph when you need your next car!! He can pull almost any car from another Autonation location, so it's worth going here to work with him even if it's out of your way or doesn't have the car you think you might want! We wound up not finding our vehicle within Autonation's inventory, but genuinely felt badly because Joseph was that pivotal in our search! First I wanna start with the incident with our car has nothing to do with the dealership. Me and my wife found a 2916 KIA Sorento that she fell in love with. When we went and looked at the car Brandon was more than helpful throughout the whole process. Keeping us informed throughout the whole deal. After the sale was complete we began our journey home first stopping at my parents to show off my wife's new car. Unfortunately not to long after that the check engine light came on. I immediately contacted Brandon and he helped me with the issues. I took it back to the dealership the following day and Jordan the manager took it to their shop. They were able to help fix the problem in a timely manner as well as the up most professional customer services.
