I completely forgot to update the review here. Update: Improved Experience with Grand Kia, about 6 months ago. After a challenging start with my 2020 Chevy Equinox, I want to provide an update on my experience with Grand Kia. Initial Problems: I purchased the vehicle on January 11, 2024, and faced significant issues almost immediately. The check engine light appeared the day after purchase, and despite multiple visits to the dealership, the problem persisted. Service was often slow, communication was poor, and the issues were not effectively resolved. Resolution: After posting a negative review, I was contacted by the dealership, which led to a notable improvement in service. Jim from the service department took a proactive role in addressing and fixing the turbo issues with my vehicle. His efforts, along with support from General Manager Jose, were instrumental in resolving the ongoing problems. They both demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction that was previously lacking. Overall Experience: While my initial experience was frustrating, the follow-up service and dedication from Jim and Jose have been positive. Their actions have restored my confidence in Grand Kia. It’s clear they value customer feedback and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Recommendation: I appreciate the efforts in turning my experience around. For potential customers, I recommend engaging directly with the service team and management to ensure clear communication and effective resolution of any issues. Grand Kia has shown they are capable of delivering quality service when properly addressed.

AMAZING! Being a first time buyer I was nervous did not know what I was doing at all however Rick Paul the salesman who sold me my car and Tony Gomez the financial manager talked me through everything gave me really good insight, were super forgiving and honestly they helped me out as if I was their own kid which made me feel so much more relaxed and confident and I felt prepared to own the car and what goes along with it. While my girlfriend and I were waiting Rick gave us his sandwich which was so awesome and much appreciated and talked me through everything. Tony was awesome he was super honest and he genuinely felt like he was looking out for us. I honestly learned so much from these two and can’t thank them enough! Thank you Rick! Thank you Tony! My husband and I were so overwhelmed with our car search and were worried coming here may be just one more example of the sleazy used car salesman trope--we could not have been more wrong!! Joseph listened attentively to what mattered most to us in functionality, comfort, and price, and helped us to find many options that would be a good fit for us. We had a list of some we were interested in and he recommended some others that would fit the ticket well. He was so patient and informative as we test drove countless cars! Seriously, this guy is like a walking car encyclopedia! But also, isn't afraid to look something up if he's not sure, which rarely happens. It felt like car shopping with your cool uncle who knows everything about cars and is looking out for you. Can't recommend enough asking for Joseph when you need your next car!! He can pull almost any car from another Autonation location, so it's worth going here to work with him even if it's out of your way or doesn't have the car you think you might want! We wound up not finding our vehicle within Autonation's inventory, but genuinely felt badly because Joseph was that pivotal in our search! When we went and looked at the car Brandon was more than helpful throughout the whole process. Keeping us informed throughout the whole deal. After the sale was complete we began our journey home first stopping at my parents to show off my wife's new car. Unfortunately not to long after that the check engine light came on. I immediately contacted Brandon and he helped me with the issues. I took it back to the dealership the following day and Jordan the manager took it to their shop. They were able to help fix the problem in a timely manner as well as the up most professional customer services. Jordan and his team are beyond amazing and I definitely will recommend them to all friends and family looking for a new car.

Went last Saturday, 1st day of 90 degrees and it was super busy but the owner, Mike, found the time to help us. We drove 2 Dodge Chargers and by the time we were done it was 10 minutes until closing so we opted to apply on line for financing. We were promptly called Monday morning by Curt who went over our application and said he would let us know when approved. Not 15 minutes later we were approved and headed back to Colorado (from Wyoming) to pickup the car. Curt greeted us as he was addressed a concern we had on the car and when finished went over everything very thoroughly in the office. He handed us off to Justin who had us sign paperwork and we were off! The most pleasant experience ever that we have had when purchasing a car! Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate everything Curt, Mike and Justin did to make our experience enjoyable. Great team! Recommend highly!
