Within 60 seconds we were greeted by Dan who walked us through our options and while he could have guided to a new more expensive vehicle, he directed us to a very good buy on a certified pre owned vehicle. I found the process of car shopping easy with them and felt like they listened to both how and what I wanted to purchase from them with zero pressure on their end to purchase anything else. I did buy a pre-owned vehicle and after a month of driving it, I am very pleased with my decision to buy at Cargill and love my vehicle. I noticed a rust spot and a noisy fan the first night I had the vehicle and they took it back the next day and fixed everything without giving me a hard time like I've seen at other dealerships. They had an amazing extended warranty available that I am also happy I purchased through a company called Janus. My salesperson, Moises, and finance manager were amazing to work with and I will be referring my friends and family!

One of the worst dealership experience I had, I could give them negative rating if I could. I called them up in the morning asking for Hyundai Tucson hybrid SEL trim in blue color. They told me they have it on the lot ready, I asked them the price they told me it’s MSRP + tax, title registration and doc and if I come today evening I can drive the car home. I rented the car and drove for 4 hours from NJ to New London in CT. They didn’t have the car and the car was in transit arriving on 17th January. Such a disappointment, on top of that the sales manager Enrico Simonelli was unapologetic and gave me quote $3000 over MSRP! Such a worst experience! I already had a deposits with other dealership that was giving me a car for MSRP which are in transit. The only reason I had to was that they had the car on the lot! I would say just get you xxxx together and respect customers time! I would never ever go to this dealership!
