Dealership staff were welcoming, professional, knowledgeable. We had done research in advance and had a pretty good idea of what we wanted and in fact chose Premier because they had the car we wanted - make, model, and color. They were not the most convenient dealership for us (we live.45 minutes away) but we’re very happy we chose to do business with Premier.

Last Saturday I was in the dealership for a service, there I met Fernando, he is very helpful, then I met Brendon in the Sales, a wonderful person, very knowledgeable and helpful, today I was in the dealership again for buyout my lease, Brandon helped me a lot and Jay helped me in the final documents.

The salesperson I worked with, Rolando, defied every negative stereotype I had about used car dealers. Knowing that I was a two-hour drive from the showroom, he agreed to do all the negotiation on price upfront so that I wouldn't make the trip for nothing if we weren't in the same range. He asked me what price I would consider: I told him and he got it approved. I was apprehensive about buying a car sight unseen so he went out to the lot, took detailed photos, and answered every question I had candidly. Dealers often advertise about wanting to earn customers' business--Rolando actually followed through with responsiveness, integrity and respectfulness that motivated me to make the trek.

Recently bought a Fiat 500e from Aaron at Blasius. Buying a car is always a stressful experience, but Aaron made it great. Spent a bunch of time just hanging out, talking about traveling. Was very low pressure and we really had a nice time and walked away with a great vehicle. Made the experience of filling out paperwork a real joy. 10/10 Aaron for President.

Go see Anthony Russo at Kia of Old Saybrook – he’s a terrific car professional who really knows his vehicles. He went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the car and his service. I wanted a Kia Sportage XS Prestige because I was looking for a high-tech car, and I found just the perfect sales person in Anthony. He knew everything about the car, was able to give me some great hacks on how to do things even more easily. Zero pressure. 100% knowledge and enthusiasm. This entire dealership is great… Jason another sales rep was super helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jordan, the business manager stays on top of things and makes you feel right at home. Noah the first rep I encountered was knowledgeable and helpful. Josh in the finance office was a true professional as well! A lot of car dealerships claim that they are different… This one truly is - and you get that feeling as soon as you walk in the door. They are extremely welcoming, competitive with price, a huge selection in stock and a wonderful service department - they serviced another vehicle that leased before this one. It’s a family business and it feels like your family when you’re there – even the folks who aren’t related to the owners have that same great pride of ownership in there dealings with you. Have been servicing the car I bought there for five years. Last time I went there I had them them take snow tires off and put all season tires back on. I have since lost a lug nut off a tire and another lug nut is cross threaded and had to be cut off. This is just not acceptable from a dealership and I will not go back.
