I went to executive Kia today to trade in my 2011 Sorento, which I loved! I wanted to test drive a 2014 Sorento that I saw online. My salesperson was Michelle Sims. She is fairly new to the dealership, but she was amazing!! Professional from beginning to end! She was able to answer all my questions, and showed me everything I needed to know, before pulling off the lot in my new Sorento! I highly recommend going to see Michelle at Executive Kia if you're in the market for a new or used car! She's extremely knowledgeable and all around a great person to work with! I for one hate going to buy a new car, but I wouldn't hesitate to return to Executive in the future!!

My husband and I recently went into Kia of oldsaybrook just to look seeing as how it was our first time buying a new vehicle. We came across A sales associate Bill who was absolutely amazing from the beginning. He made buying our first vehicle easy and comfortable. I had to have been such a pain in the butt customer with so many questions but he kept a smile the entire time. Bill has an amazing personality and really makes buying a car fun. Plus we have a two and a half year old so the staff there was amazing making him feel comfortable and occupied. What made my husband happy was the emails after we already had the car of reaurance that they were there if anything was to go wrong. Thank you again Bill, Dan and John!

First let me say that I am not the type of person to write reviews on line, but I just had to let everyone who might be interested in buying a classic car, that Napoli Classics in Milford, CT is the place to go. Lenny Napoli is a class act in his attention to detail in assisting me in the purchase of my 1970 Buick GS. Everything from making sure the car is in working order, handling financing and shipping the car to my house. This is my 2nd purchase from Lenny, and he would be the only one I would ever go to in the future or refer anyone to him. I am also in the car business and its nice to deal with someone with the same level of professionalism and courtesy that I deal with my customers. Again Lenny, Thank you.
Great Kia At A Great Price - LD
I worked with Alex G. to purchase a gently used Kia Forte and he was very patient with all of my questions, and went the extra mile to help me get a pre-purchase inspection and with any followup regarding the purchase. If I could give him 10 out of 5 stars I would, he really helped me get a car I've been driving for a month and love.
The dealership does make it a point to sell cars that are in good cosmetic and mechanical condition and agreed to fix the minor repairs that came up during the pre-purchase inspection. Their service department was very quick.
My only gripes with the dealership are as so:
1) Advertised pricing does not include dealer fees. These amount to nearly $600 on top of the sticker price, excluding taxes and fees paid to your state DMV. This seems to be an common business practice in Connecticut where this is legal, and they DO disclose fees on a big sign when you enter the dealership, but keep it in mind as part of the "big picture" before traveling a long distance to look at the vehicle.
2) You literally have to be walking away from them to head to another dealership before they will even begin to budge on the price.
Overall I'd recommend the dealership and especially Alex G.

I stopped by Kia of East Hartford on a Sunday just to look around. There, I met Ryan Peterson who was friendly and knowledgeable and gladly showed me vehicles, though I told him I was just doing research before my current lease expired. I liked the cars and Ryan and was planning a return trip for an actual test drive. To my surprise, on the very day I had hoped to return to the dealership, I revived a text from Ryan inquiring about my interest and a vehicle he had in stock. I went right over. Long story short: the car was great, Ryan was great, the deal was just what I needed, and they helped me ground my old lease. I drive out in my new 2017 Sportage. A great experience.

I appreciate the personal touch your service employees have. When I come in, they know my name and why I am there. I get good advice on what is needed and during the wait time they let me know how things are going. I also appreciate the car wash and vacuum that is given for free.
