It all started back in 2012 when we purchased 2 Kia vehicles from Danbury Kia, then decided to trade in the 2012 Sorrento (loved it but figured why not benefit from all the awesome new technological advances and gizmos...) for the 2016 version. Great decision! Still a happy camper.
On Monday, we decided to see what opportunity the fantastic President's Day sale might afford us...and low and behold, we have added a 2017 Sportage to our Kia collection.
Our salesperson (Ryan Eriquezzo) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of the vehicle. Working with James Skarzenski in Finance convinced us that there really was no other option for us to consider but to get into a 2017 Sportage. James helped us create the most cost effective solution.

Bottom line up-front, I am pleased that I put my trust in Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I traveled over 500 miles to complete the purchase of a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was not available in my local area. I had spent a good bit of time getting to know Tito Ottino over the phone, so when my work schedule made coordination a challenge, I decided to hop on a plane to go complete the deal and pick-up my vehicle.

I was pleased to find that everything with my purchase was exactly the way that Tito promised, from price, to prep, to process. Absolutely NO surprises. After meeting Managers Scott Johnson and Derek Rudge I came to understand that Putnam is in the business of running a high-performing team at their dealership. That team serves and supports their customers, their Community and lastly, the very same employees who participate in making their business excel. Long story short, I was able to see the results of that quality teamwork up-close. The facility is attractive, welcoming and spotless. The team is courteous, professional, attentive and VERY well informed. Everything is stocked and works properly. One walks in and promptly receives a pleasant and attentive greeting. I only wish that they were located a little closer to my home, so I could have my new vehicle serviced by that same high-performing team.

Lenny Napoli is a class act in his attention to detail in assisting me in the purchase of my 1970 Buick GS. Everything from making sure the car is in working order, handling financing and shipping the car to my house. Walked in the show room unannounced but met sales person Sergio who was very pleasant and helpful, but he was waiting for a customer who he had an appointment with so in order not to honor his appointment he excused himself and explained that he didn't want to keep them waiting, which I understood and appreciated. He then asked a couple of the order sales rep (who were standing around doing nothing if they can help my wife and I and they simply refused. How rude is that?? I feel bad for Sergio, but I'll never visit or recommend this dealer to anyone. They would have made a sale because I'm ready to buy!

My husband and I were given different prices multiple times and had come to an agreement on deal with all fees included. When we sat to sign paperwork- prices had changed dramatically and not only was it not what we agreed on, they ADDED FEES ON TOP OF THE INCLUDED FEES AND THEN TOLD US THAT THEY COULD NOT SELL US THE CAR FOR THE AGREED UPON PRICE! Salesman was friendly but business office people are dishonest.
We walked. After two full days (9 hours total) of sitting at the dealership and discussing prices- they failed us. Waste of time and energy- shop elsewhere!
