After visiting a Kia dealer much closer to our home and leaving that dealer feeling very uneasy after they tried to pressure us into buying a car on their lot which was not what we wanted I went online to find another dealer. Executive is the best experience we have had at a car dealership. Full disclosure is one of their motto's and you don't feel like they are hiding anything. Our salesman Chin Chang knew everything about the Sorento in fact he told me things I was not aware of about my Sorento I was turning in. We went there with all intentions of buying out our current lease but Chin was able to get us into a brand new Sorento which we are buying for less per month than buying out the lease. Executive is the real deal and I would highly recommend you take the time to visit them. Don't just go to the dealer closest to you.

I swear I was just going to test drive.... but after dealing with Jeff Sousou and the amazing staff at Danbury Kia (Sal, Tim and Jake) I knew I did not have to spend my entire weekend test driving car after car. Jeff was incredibly patient with the amount of questions that I had regarding the cars, and after driving a few I knew that the first car we test drove was the one for me. I love my new Kia Sorento! I started the negotiation over the phone from out of state with their internet manager-Kim, got honest answers and fair price for the Kia Cadenza and my Hyundai Sonata trade-in. Finalized the deal over the phone with Patrick and went from NJ to CT to pick up the Cadenza.
Nathan Glazewski was on top of everything when I picked up the car and walked me through the paperwork and the workings of the new car.

The whole car buying experience is painful at best; I had gone to several dealerships and was so disgusted - until I got to Kia. I have to rave about my salesman at Kia of Milford, Wallace. No pressure, no bullying, none of the BS I had dealt with at other places on the Post Road. I told him what I wanted, what my budget was and he and the Sales Manager made it happen. Wallace was the epitome of a gentleman, professional, knowledgeable....just what I needed.

Do NOT being your car here for service. They charge you for an 'A' Tech and have a kid do the actual service. There is no communication between the service writers and the techs. They scratched my car and over charged me for the service. When I tried to get some sort of resolution from the service manager Al, he never contacted me.

Dont make the same mistake i made buying from them when i could had gotten it for 3000 less too late to cry about it

He basically forced me to buy this car saying that if i didnt it was going to be towed to my house because i presented the same car to him for less just becarefull not only that but the car brand new and without even taking it out of the lot i get a check engine light

Bait and Switch.
I was emailing back and forth with the Internet Manager named Kalani. I was under the impression of trading in my 2015 MDX for the 2015 Cadenza. I will get the Cadenza with them paying me $13K cash. My MDX has an Edmunds.com value of $47K. Kalani was helpful but unfortunately he was playing the Bait and Switch game that I didn’t realize until he finally gave it up. I’ve asked them to come down to my place of work to appraise my car. At first, he was willing to do so but after a few emails, he said he will take my words for the condition of my car and agreed to have the deal move forward. But there was one big catch. Instead of me receiving a check of $13,000 from them, I actually have to pay $13,000 along with my MDX instead. I was scratching my head and tried to figure out how he came up with that number. My car has a trade in value of $47k, the Cadenza has an asking price of $32,999. So if I have to pay $13K, that would value my trade in for a total of $20K. Thank the Lord I was able to unravel the deal before I went to the dealership to do the paperwork as he insisted. Buyers beware.
