I was turning in my leased forte and leasing another. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience. Adam was super nice, this was my second experience with him. Everyone who needs a new car should see him. They make what is usually a scary thing very pleasant. Recommend them to anyone.

I visited Executive Kia in Wallingford in mid-June as I was looking for a vehicle that would be a better fit fuel efficiency-wise for my work. Our experience was not only pleasant (REALLY), but it was easy. Jorge (our salesman) and the manager, John Gogliettino, were both great to work with. There was no negotiation needed as the sticker price is what the price is. I picked up the car the next day and was so happy to take it away!

I found a car I liked were working out the deal, l asked if the car had two keys. Was told that it would checked on. We got the deal worked out ,about ninety five % completed I was told there was no second key. They would no supply one.i could have walked out right then, but I liked the car and I think I got a very good deal. We discussed it and was told that they would supply a key at there cost. It turns out the smart key cost's $475 dollars and the dealer doesn't get a break. They pay the same price as me. It turned out the salesman would buy a key blank from the internet, about 80 dollars, I would meet him get new key coded, at a cost I don't know yet and I would and would pay him.l assume it end up in 350$ range. I still think I got a good idea rich out about 75 mi for this car they beat all other prices by about 3000$. Also they gave me a very good price on my trade.. The salesman name is Jay, not listed below. Also I don't think there was a manger available. At least they never talked to me.

Great experience with Mario, seemed that they were having some technical issues with their financing department and it took about an hour and a half longer to get out than my wife an I anticipated. I think the finance guy was a little overwhelmed that day but overall the experience was good. Just took longer than I thought.

Upon yet further review, I see I owe Gary Rome Kia a big apology for my previous post. Now that I have the facts in front of me, it seems that the cause of my problems was Farm Car Care, Not Gary Rome Kia. In Fact, Farm Car Care insisted that the tranny pan and the corresponding seal were leaking, and Gary Rome fixed it at no charge. That seal is no longer leaking, but the rear seal is. I Have been told that this is because of an overfilled transmission, something that Gary Rome had nothing to do with. I also have been told this is the kiss of death for a transmission. So, in short Gary Rome Kia is dedicated to making clients happy.. Too bad Farm Car Care cant say the same.

The staff were friendly, and willing to help in any way that I needed. i am happy with my new/used car and would return for a future purchase!!

I recently leased a car from them and set a 10,000 mile limit per year. I was told that if I thought I'd exceed that limit, to call and they would up my mileage limit for an extra monthly fee. I moved down to nc last month and went to the dealership down here to discuss upping the mileage. I was told that kia motors doesn't "up" mileage for a fee and as long as I plan on buying the car (which I am and I told kia of milford that) the mileage doesn't matter. I called kia headquarters to confirm which they did. So where would the money that kia of milford was going to charge me to "up my miles" go? In their pocket?! They're sketchy and I wish I'd given someone else my business.

I would not give this one star, but that was the lowest I could use. My husband has been looking at mustangs for the last three weeks we went to Crowley Kia because on the phone The Internet manager told my husband that it was going to be $26,000 so we hopped in the car and we drove over an hour to get there in 95 degree weather. We were surprised that the dealership is in a run down factory neighborhood. Between my husband and myself,we have been buying cars for over 50 years each. When we got there they told us the car was 27,500.00!! Plus a dealer add ins of $1500.0! When we said that the Internet manager told us the price was $26,000., they accused us of lying! When my husband said he wanted to test drive the car, they would not let him. The reason that they gave was the price had to be negotiated BEFORE he would be allowed to test drive the car! The sales manager was very offensive to me and accused me of having a bad attitude! OMG, what kind of car sales manager would do that? We were ready to make a quick cash sale and instead, we were treated so poorly that we just left in discuss. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP. The people at Crowley dealership were deceitful, dishonest, and lied about their prices to get us into their dealership. It is my intention to inform as many people as I can about this absolutely awful dealership.
