I called on Monday morning to see about getting an oil change on my F350 prior to going out of town on Tuesday. Bobby asked me if I could be there at 3:00 pm that day. I arrived early and was checked in immediately. I also asked about a "low tire pressure sensor fault" that kept appearing and then disappeared. They changed my oil and then recommended that I change my fuel filter. Since I was already there, it made sense to replace it then instead of coming back for a separate appointment. They checked for the fault code, but informed me that without it registering, they couldn't tell which sensor was bad, and the battery in one of them was probably going bad. They did check on the tire stems though to see if any of them were bad, check the tire pressure in all my tires, all my fluid levels, and provided me with complimentary water and a cookie. Not bad for not having an appointment 5 hours earlier.

Overall my experience was excellent. I knew what car I wanted to test drive and I called ahead to make sure it was still available. I was connected with Chin and he told me he wanted to go put his hand on the car to be certain it was there before I made the trip there. He called me back after about 30 minutes and said the car was not there at the moment but it would be available to test drive the following day. So we made an appointment and I test drove the car the following day. Chin did a wonderful job of presenting the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about the car. He was not pushy and seemed genuinely happy to be showing it to me and was very friendly. The test drive went well he and gave me ample opportunity to test out all the cars functions and all the bells and whistles on this particular model. I told him I wanted the car upon return to the lot and we began paperwork. My one and only issue is that the dealership has a "no hassle no haggle" price policy which I am not a huge fan of. I do realize; however, that this is a trend in car dealerships so it was unlikely to be a deal breaker especially since the vehicle was priced fairly based on the research I had already done. Chin was very good about communicating with me as the process for financing went on and was very good about telling me the obligations I would have to fulfill on my part with insurance and trade-ins. I test drove the car on a Tuesday @ 5:00pm and I was picking it up less than 48 hours later. They made a wonderful presentation of the vehicle and it was in excellent condition. All in all it was a very painless and pleasant experience and I would absolutely recommend Executive Kia and Chin Chang.

I went i to look at a dodge ram, couldn't afford it so looked at a ford equinox, had to many miles on it, looked at a mid size sedan kia optima and it just wouldn't work for my size family, the salesperson work with numbers with the finance advisor and came up with the car I have now. I appreciate the personal touch your service employees have. When I come in, they know my name and why I am there. I get good advice on what is needed and during the wait time they let me know how things are going. I also appreciate the car wash and vacuum that is given for free.
