I found a car I liked were working out the deal, l asked if the car had two keys. Was told that it would checked on. We got the deal worked out ,about ninety five % completed I was told there was no second key. They would no supply one.i could have walked out right then, but I liked the car and I think I got a very good deal. We discussed it and was told that they would supply a key at there cost. It turns out the smart key cost's $475 dollars and the dealer doesn't get a break. They pay the same price as me. It turned out the salesman would buy a key blank from the internet, about 80 dollars, I would meet him get new key coded, at a cost I don't know yet and I would and would pay him.l assume it end up in 350$ range. I still think I got a good idea rich out about 75 mi for this car they beat all other prices by about 3000$. Also they gave me a very good price on my trade.. The salesman name is Jay, not listed below. Also I don't think there was a manger available. At least they never talked to me.

They can't be trusted - Allicraft
I recently leased a car from them and set a 10,000 mile limit per year. I was told that if I thought I'd exceed that limit, to call and they would up my mileage limit for an extra monthly fee. I moved down to nc last month and went to the dealership down here to discuss upping the mileage. I was told that kia motors doesn't "up" mileage for a fee and as long as I plan on buying the car (which I am and I told kia of milford that) the mileage doesn't matter. I called kia headquarters to confirm which they did. So where would the money that kia of milford was going to charge me to "up my miles" go? In their pocket?! They're sketchy and I wish I'd given someone else my business.

Last week my brother-in-law and I went shopping for a new 2016 Kia Soul. I presently own two Kias. A 2011 Soul and a 2013 Sportage, I am quite familiar with Kia products. I purchase a new vehicle every couple of years and interface with many dealerships.
When we arrived we were greeted by salesperson Windell Hinkson. I asked Windell several questions and he randomly pulled answers out of the sky. Most of the answers were incorrect. I already knew most of the answers. If you don't know the answers, don't xxxxxxxx the new car buyer. Kindly tell him you will research the question and find the true answer. Windell needs training...
Windell then asked my brother-in-law to rate his own credit score. It's none of a salesman's business especially when he was originally paying cash. He purchased a kia the next day which Michael got from another dealer. The price was substantially less. " Thank you internet." The savings was never passed on. The window sticker on this vehicle was lost, Wonder why? They paid $179.00 for window etching but it was never etched. Check the numbers (price) before you buy. Mistakes seem to happen in their favor. Again, I own two kias and none of them were bought there.

Never any problems... only issue was I never received a return call on trading in my forte from Eric to do a new lease. Text, email and calls failed so I stopped trying. Sadly because I like the dealership I will have to seek a new lease elsewhere that will accommodate my terms. At least a return phone call.
