I found a car I liked were working out the deal, l asked if the car had two keys. Was told that it would checked on. We got the deal worked out ,about ninety five % completed I was told there was no second key. They would no supply one.i could have walked out right then, but I liked the car and I think I got a very good deal. We discussed it and was told that they would supply a key at there cost. It turns out the smart key cost's $475 dollars and the dealer doesn't get a break. They pay the same price as me. It turned out the salesman would buy a key blank from the internet, about 80 dollars, I would meet him get new key coded, at a cost I don't know yet and I would and would pay him.l assume it end up in 350$ range. I still think I got a good idea rich out about 75 mi for this car they beat all other prices by about 3000$. Also they gave me a very good price on my trade.. The salesman name is Jay, not listed below. Also I don't think there was a manger available. At least they never talked to me.

A Kia Owner, I have been struggling with a problem with my rio for 6 months. Back and forth with insurance companies, collision services and Kia itself, each company pointing fingers at the other, with noone to take responsibility for a bad transmission problem. the car finally died and needed another new transmission (car is a 2013 with 14,000 miles). I filed a complaint with the CT insurance commission with no result. FINALLY, in true desperation, having been out of a car for 6 months, we came to Kia for, "just because no one else will help" assistance. Art Colley took charge, and reviewed several resolutions, showing alot of creative thinking. We had some imperatives; no additional loan, comparable car, etc.) Art worked with Adam and quickly came up with a very fair and pleasant solution. They put us in a new car which we actually like better!! It was fair all around.
The friendly and expert service from Jennifer Powers, Art and Adam was outstanding. It was clear that they take their job personally and work well together and with their clients. As a customer service consultant for J.D. Power for 16 years, I can see why you are rated highly in service.
It has been a pleasure working with you all, and you must know how universally expert your Napoli staff is. the delight factor comes with their friendliness, creativity and personality.

Good experience - Happy customer
Ryan was helpful in getting everything put together from the papers being signed to the insurance. The finance manager was very informative and went over each paper before we signed it. He also got us a good interest rate in our loan. Alexis called the day after we bought the car to check in and was helpful and courteous. The service department did a nice job on the Permaplate application and was finished faster than expected. Ryan and Alexis meanwhile worked on getting the drver's manual I asked for and did it with a smile. All in all, a good car buying experience.

Terrible - Easy to please
Work not done and when I took it back in to get fixed they told me my car was not safe and it cost $550.00. Let them do the work and when I got it back the airbag light was onand my window button was broken. When I ask them about it they said "well the mechanic didn't do anything around those places." It felt like revenge for the bad review I left.

I had my car serviced at Kia of Stamford. I inquired about the new update to the UVO system. Ernesto the manager, asked Steven to do the update for me. After it was complete, I decided I dId not like that the navigation system was not operable with the new update. I wanted the update removed. Steven did not know how to accomplish that.
I left the car at the dealership overnight so that Steven could work on it. He managed to get everything working to my specifications and satisfaction when I returned the next day.
Steven went above and beyond what was expected of him to make sure I was happy with the results.
They can't be trusted - Allicraft
I recently leased a car from them and set a 10,000 mile limit per year. I was told that if I thought I'd exceed that limit, to call and they would up my mileage limit for an extra monthly fee. I moved down to nc last month and went to the dealership down here to discuss upping the mileage. I was told that kia motors doesn't "up" mileage for a fee and as long as I plan on buying the car (which I am and I told kia of milford that) the mileage doesn't matter. I called kia headquarters to confirm which they did. So where would the money that kia of milford was going to charge me to "up my miles" go? In their pocket?! They're sketchy and I wish I'd given someone else my business.

My husband and I were given different prices multiple times and had come to an agreement on deal with all fees included. When we sat to sign paperwork- prices had changed dramatically and not only was it not what we agreed on, they ADDED FEES ON TOP OF THE INCLUDED FEES AND THEN TOLD US THAT THEY COULD NOT SELL US THE CAR FOR THE AGREED UPON PRICE! Salesman was friendly but business office people are dishonest.
We walked. After two full days (9 hours total) of sitting at the dealership and discussing prices- they failed us. Waste of time and energy- shop elsewhere!
