I loved that the service mechanic texted me a video while in the waiting room showing me the undercarriage and narrating the nail he found in my tire. So cool!

This shop came highly recommended by a friend who had work done on her car. I am very satisfied with the work at the price I paid. Very professional auto body technicians made my car look like new. I have taken my car to Napleton VW of Orlando several times over the past few years for a reoccurring issue. Each time the service staff have been professional, kind, and helpful. Roger has gone above and beyond to make sure that I and my car have been taken care of properly. Occasionally I have had long waits for parts to come in, but that is not the fault of the dealership or of the people working there, just a reality of current times. I will happily continue bringing my GTI to Napleton of Orlando for any future service needs.

They have an advanced coffee maker that crushes the beans to make you fresh coffee. They also have a vending machine and plenty of space where you could sit comfortably to wait for your car. They also have a few tables, a TV, and offer free WI-FI
