They were fast Instructive friendly certainly not intimidating Angel over saw the deal ahead of time and was accommodating and handed to Jeff to take menon test drive and he quickly put my onstar together and briefly instructed me it was raining and probably about 9 9:30 when we got fone that night. Everyone was still friendly and helpful even at thst time Nick the financial guy was great Kept it quick and simple. Kudos!!!
