I had an EXCELLENT experience over the phone at AutoNation Ft. Myers. My sales associate, Emma was so helpful and a pleasure to speak with. I called to inquire about selling my 2016 Chevy Spark and felt all my needs were addressed, she offered me the best price from all the dealers. I called several times and spoke to Kenia, Christopher, and Sherry as well. Unfortunately I could not drive the car to Ft Myers due to mechanical issues. Outstanding i had my Rav4 in for its check up. From the time I pulled my car in till I left everyone spoke politely and positively I would like to hilight 2 persons however. Monica Balley was extremely helpful. She was cheerful and just made me feel good. I explained that I didn’t understand some things relating to the screen with the maps, contacts etc. She immediately had Kiko Mayes come and help me. He was very polite, positive and cheerful. He took time to explain things to me. Thiugh all the staff that I had contact with were good these two, Monica and Kiko were outstanding
