My husband bought a truck from Jon Andrews today 4/1/25 and let me express how amazing our experience was with Jon! This was truly the smoothest experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Jon is very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we wanted and went the extra mile to make it happen. Once our sale was completed, Jon didn’t stop there. He came back and thoroughly went through the entire truck to make sure we understood where everything was located, and how to operate it. I can't say enough positive things about my experience dealing with Jacobs Mitsubishi, specifically Dustin and Ashley in the vehicle buying center. They were fair with the offer to purchase my vehicle, made the process fast and efficient for me while respecting my time, and followed through with everything they said they would do (I left some items in the vehicle and they retrieved them for me plus they paid off my loan quickly.) Dustin and Ashley are both extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would absolutely work with them again and will refer others.
