From the time I first walked into Schumacher the customer service was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable staff all willing to go above and beyond throughout the purchasing process. Emanuel Fernandez initially showed me the vehicle and answered all my questions. Yaris Martinez took me for a road test of the vehicle and worked diligently to find a Taos in the color I wanted. Just prior to obtaining my new vehicle I received a call from Starlin, service manager, that there was an issue with the vehicle I was about to purchase and they identified another that actually exceeded my expectations. I very much appreciated the honesty and transparency on the situation and how Schumacher communicated with me all updates in a timely manner. Yaris has followed up with me after my purchase to ensure my satisfaction with the vehicle. Thank you Schumacher VW in North Lake. I commend your honesty, integrity and customer service.

Not sure how I feel. We didn't even make it out of Pensacola before the truck started overheating. We had to have it towed back to the dealership. We find out that the water pump has to be replaced, then I get a call this past Friday that it started overheating again & now the headgaskets have to be replaced, so now it's going to be another 2 weeks before we get the truck.
