I’ve had the privilege of dealing with Ray Gandurski for the past decade, during which time I’ve bought or leased Cadillacs including XT5s and Lyriqs. I just recently picked up the car of my dreams….a 2025 black Lyriq wrapped in Pearl Light Green. It is the most beautiful and distinctive car you will ever see. I got a flat tire and after AAA installed my spare, I drove directly to the dealership. Arlen Brodeur was very helpful and was able to fit me in even though I didn’t have an appt. He expedited the process for me to get new tires installed that same day so I wouldn’t have to drive too far on the spare. I’ve been a customer for many years and this kind of service is why I keep coming back.

Any questions or concerns that I had were clearly addressed. She was very pleasant to work with and was quite relatable. She was respectful, and did not try to push anything on me that I was not interested in. They matched the TrueCar price immediately, so there was no haggling. The process to purchase the vehicle was very straightforward and all of my questions were answered. I was dreading going through the whole process, but after two visits I basically signed the papers and was out a little after two hours later. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Asim Syed was our sales person and Anthony Pociask was the manager. we made the deal on a Wednesday and picked the car up the next day. everything was ready for us and it took 1.5 hours for doing the finance deal, and getting a tour of the car, and them making sure they answered all of our questions. In case you are wondering, Yes I would highly recommend them to a family member :-)
