The car I found was shipped from another dealer. When it arrived it had a “ hold sale “ sign in the front seat. Problem was no one could tell me why. Finally I was told that it was to check a wire harness that was found to be fine. Another problem popped up when I came to pick up the car. My smart phone would not pair with the car. After several attempts service decided to keep the car to do a diagnostic test that wouldn’t be possible until Monday. Corey from service was great keeping me informed. Ziegler’s service department worked tirelessly with BMW locating the problem, replacing a computer module, reprogramming it and getting it working properly. Although the whole ordeal was very frustrating both my salesman Dan Schedler and Corey Kazienko service advisor, were totally professional and very understanding during this unfortunate situation. They both deserve a gold star.
