I recently bought a 2025 Camry from Oak Lawn Toyota and I must admit I was a little nervous when I first went into the showroom. It's been about 12 years since I bought my last car, so I didn't know what to expect. Then my wife and I met Liz Cavez, our salesperson. She made the whole purchase so easy and enjoyable. Liz is a very friendly young woman who was very knowledgeable in all areas of the purchase. She made our purchase so easy explaining every part of the transaction. I don't think we had a question she didn't answer to our satisfaction. After the selection of a vehicle, the test drive and some paperwork, Liz turned us over to Finance Manager Marty Maggio for the scary part, the financing. What would normally be kind of stressful, Marty made so easy and actually enjoyable. Marty asked us the basic questions and explained every aspect of the financing. There was no pressure to take all the extras which some dealerships often do. Marty was very friendly and seemed to have our best interests in hand. With Liz and Marty's help, we walked in and left with a brand-new car in about 2 hours. That has to be a record for us. With employes like Liz and Marty, my wife and I will definitely be going back to Oak Lawn Toyota for our next car. We even told several of our relatives about the great service we received.

Service is great and no need to return,, it is repaired right the first time, the service personnel always make sure you know what is needed and keep you updated. I have been to Fair Oaks Ford many times have always been very pleased and plan on continuing to have my car serviced by them. I mostly have dealt with John M and he is the greatest, and the other day I dealt with a different person ( a woman) I think her name was Jenny, and she was just a great . If you want great service and want to keep your car in ship shape this is the place to get it done,

Only one issue. I think they forgot I was waiting for a ride home with the shuttle. I had to bring it to there attention that I was still waiting after almost an hour. Also the young man that took me home was wearing a hoodie with the hood on while driving. In my opinion that is a safety issue. Your head can move but the hood does not. It was 85 degrees outside and warm inside the van. He did not ask if I was comfortable. Don’t know if that is required. The service part of my experience was excellent. Thank you very much for taking care of my issues stress free.

Ally was very helpful with me when I was trying to buy a car. She was prepared and worked with the sales manager in trying to help me buy a vehicle. I didn't buy a vehicle but Ally was great to work with. I apologized to Ally for my earlier disrespect to her when I tried to buy a vehicle in last year. She was very understanding. I hope I have the opportunity to buy a car from her in the future. She really did her best to get the car at the price I was comfortable with. Thank you

Great service with accurate diagnosis and repair. Went to multiple dealers to resolve a constant noise issue and the technican Ricky found the issue promptly and repaired it. Daniel the service manager was very pleasant to deal with which helped make the experience seamless. Will be going here for all my dodge service needs in the future.
