This is for the Service Dept: I cannot express my thanks and appreciation high enough for your Service dept !!! We were on our way, driving to Florida from New Hampshire in our Honda Ridgeline when we suddenly got a check engine indicated, and we lost more than 50% of engine power. To make a long story short, we were able to get off the highway and get it towed to Hagerstown Honda. With Jarrod’s help, it was fixed promptly the next day ! We are now in Florida with a fine running Ridgeline ! Hagerstown Honda’s Service Dept. was an absolute blessing !!! We can’t say Thank You enough !!!

I had tried for a year to get an appt to get a recall fixed. Taking the car in and the check-in process was very easy. When I finally got the appt I was told I could get a shuttle ride home. But then I was told they only drove about 10 miles at the time I went in. I did get a ride home but I t was not a seamless process.

I called them and they drove to my home in Littlestown to pick up my car and drove it back to my home once the work was completed, I never had to leave my house. Wow! I was impressed! I switched to Annapolis Subaru a couple routine service trips ago, as I found the car-purchase-dealership in Glen Burnie okay but not great. Annapolis Subaru is easy to make appointments, both online and via phone, and their service has a quick turnaround. When my mom's Forester's A/C quit working, it was sort of an emergency, as she is 94, and she relies on her children to ferry her around to many appointments per week. She has severe health challenges, and the Subaru is the best car for ease of access and egress for her. I commend Paul and the entire service team for their very quick turnaround in replacing the A/C condenser and getting the A/C up and running shortly after I approved the cost of the work. My brother was able to chauffeur my mom to her medical appointment that same afternoon in her beloved Subaru! Thank you, Paul and Team Annapolis Subaru! R.

I told James that I be hearing a popping noise in the speaker of my suv he told me it takes like 3 hours to fix but, he would get me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to wait.. I really appreciate that. Anytime I have a concern he will definitely put my mind at ease.I live in Baltimore city and I’m sure it’s a Acura Dealership closer to me. But when you have a great service advisor like James you would travel knowing your vehicle is in good hands.
