Wow, amazing, courteous, professional and prompt. I purchased a 9 year old used car from this dealership. The sales experience was matched only by the service dept. After a week or so of driving we had a number of concerns. We contacted the dealership scheduled an appointment brought the car in and they addressed and resolved every concern in 2 days. Alignment, brakes, tire balancing, throttle body, and a few others. No hassle, no nickel and dime, deductible or xxxxxxxx like that. They send videos from the service tech and manager going over everything they’re doing and have done along the way. I will drive the hour each way to give them my business again and again.

I have purchased many different brands of vehicles mostly higher end but recently purchased two Chevy’s from out of state ( 2019 Z06 and a 2022 Camaro 2SS ). Bill treated both my son and I as if the vehicles had been purchase at Copeland. Having experience dealing with several managers from different dealerships I can truly say that Bill is second to none. He is a by far the most professional, accommodating, understanding. I was very impressed! Hope he never leaves Copeland!!!! Also want to shout out to “Coach”!

On Wednesday 5/21, I took my CRV in for a scheduled oil change. When further work was necessary, I was advised by Joe Penebre, my service consultant, who explained what was needed and the expected cost. When more time was required, I was provided a “Lyft” home. Later I was called that more work was necessary. Again I was made aware of the problem and additional cost. When work was completed, I was provided another “Lyft” back to the dealership. I very much appreciate the attention to safety and thoroughness of this service department!
