Just purchased a F-150 through Zeigler Ford, Lowell, MI. We worked with Stephen Roberts and had a very pleasant experience. Stephen went to the mat for us and did all he could to ensure the feeling was good on both sides as we came to an agreed upon price. He had the shop transfer my hard tonneau cover without an issue. We can confidently recommend Stephen Roberts as a source in your search for vehicle. BTW, Zach in the finance office was also a very good experience for us. Very thorough.

I was notified when my vehicle arrived at the facility and minutes later the Advisor for my vehicle called to get details as to the service I needed done. Customer Service often isn’t like it used to be- One of the exceptions is Taylor Ford. I don’t write very many reviews, but I really feel the need to share my experience. I went to several Dealerships before landing at Taylor Ford. Everyone there is so friendly! They will go out of their way to help you. We have a fantastic salesperson-Andrea Merrihew. Perry in Finance has been wonderful to work with. We’ve met several people in the Service Dept who went above and beyond to assist with any issues or maintenance. And last but certainly not least- Charlene Vines is Phenomenal! She made sure we had a rental when needed. She was so kind to us! I’m so grateful for such a positive experience. We have purchased our last 3 vehicles there-and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! They truly treat you like family.

Great experience pre-purchase with the Sales Staff, very knowledgeable. Morning of pick-up had to wait quite a while for vehicle to be washed, prepped, etc. Sadly, we were told this all would be complete before our appointment. Attention to detail on the paperwork could also be improved. Quite a few items were misworded and incorrect. Lein information from our lender, names on the title, etc. Other than that, a good experience. Would recommend them to others based on friendliness, just plan 3-4 hours on pickup day rather than the 1-2 estimated.

This is my fifth vehicle purchase from Hines Park Ford and they have always been great to work with. Hines Park even managed to win over my wife on her purchase and that was not an easy task given her previous poor experiences at other dealers. I don't know if I'm supposed to name drop in this review but Constantin, my salesperson is truly a credit to the car sales / automotive industry. His knowledge of the vehicles he's selling goes well beyond the normal basic information you get as an industry norm from car sales people. I realize I may be different than the average car buyer in the amount of research I do on vehicles prior to ever setting foot in the dealership to look at one in person which makes it all the more refreshing to speak with someone who has done his research and can contribute more to my decision making process than the basic taking a copy of my license, handing me the keys for a test drive and asking me "how did it drive" when I get back. Hines Park Ford has earned my business because their sales approach goes beyond the aesthetics of the car or truck, I don't need a car salesman to tell me how good the GTD or the Darkhorse Mustang are, I think the cars tell the story for themselves. What I do need to know is that my F350 can pull my 17,000lbs trailer, the type of range I can expect to get, and what my options are to fit my specific needs in a vehicle, whether those needs require factory options or aftermarket options and assist me in completing the upfit of my truck. Thank you Hines Park for going above and beyond to assist me with my vehicle needs!
