Updated review: While it took some effort on my part, the general manager was willing to ensure the cost of the repair to my 2025 GLI was covered. While I'm still not particularly pleased with Keith Haverty's customer service mentality, my experience with everyone else at the dealership has been stellar in both sales and service. Overall, the sales experience was fantastic. Derrick and Kevin were very helpful, professional, and honest. Alex and Derek in the service department were also very helpful and I felt really taken care of by all of them. My previous experiences with the service department with my prior car (2017 GLI) also exceeded my expectations. While the Troy dealership is no longer part of the Suburban family, my experience with the Suburban Collection has been absolutely stellar over the years. I'm glad my issue is being resolved, as I've grown to feel some loyalty to Suburban as they've otherwise always taken care of me and my wife and made us feel like valued customers. Sometimes things happen, and I'm thankful that this could be resolved amicably and that the business relationship between my family and Suburban can continue.

I was hesitant on leasing and I always purchasew my cars. scott was very patient with me while I test drove multiple vehicles and he went over my payment options which I liked. where my faith was restored in dealerships was when I sat down with the finance director julia, she took her time answering all of my many questions with a smile and really made me feel comfprtable with my new lease. i knew what to expect at the end and she went over options that i didnt even know were available for a lease. she explained everything with great detail, even I understood what was going on. i really recommend vic canver in fenton. ask for julia and scott!

She merely printed out the spec sheet and told us look at the car online since they didn’t physically have it in stock. Just not the best experience overall.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a salesperson Ms.Eilish Thomas who welcomed me with a warm firm hand shake, ensuring me that I have come to the right place. Not only was I given the GM employee family price, Costco discount and a BONUS DISCOUNT. I was floored; not only did I get one great price, but I also receives the family type fellowship from Eillish as well as a warm wonderful service from the financial manager. My wife's lease on her F-150 was close to being up and with her being spoiled by driving 4x4 trucks for the last 6yrs., she wanted another one.
