I purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback which I saw on line. Pete, the salesman, was excellent at telling about all the "bells and whistles" on the vehicle as well as noting the radio/screen was malfunctioning. At the close of the deal, I was assured it would be replaced. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and helpful in many ways. When the radio/screen arrived, I was back for replacement within three days. Not being familiar with the road system in Columbia, Garrett did more than just tell us, he drove us and showed us how to go around the turnaround system nearest the dealership and alleviated our concerns and fears of driving home safely. I am very pleased with my experience and super excited about my new/used Subaru!
