I bought a new Rogue last month and while my buying experience was a little aggravating since the salesman put the wrong VIN on paperwork my visit was extended. However, somehow Brandon Wright got involved and started helping me and that transformed the experience! Talk about going above and beyond?! Brandon helped me so much even after I left and I often wonder why he didn't get the credit for my sale since I haven't heard a word from my salesman who was multitasking! Brandon is definitely an asset that you guys should cherish! He totally transformed me from a disgruntled buyer to a happy buyer! His follow up is amazing and well received might I add...

Car trouble made easy - AltimaTransmission2017
Had a bad transmission in a 2014 Altima. Got CVT Recall performed at a different Nissan dealer, when the problem continued, I brought it back and they couldn't tell me what was wrong. "The computer is still rebooting itself it'll drive fine." 3 days later when I stalled on a highway in NY and got towed to ANOTHER Nissan dealer, over the weekend, they couldn't tell me what was wrong.
I bring it to Liz in Freehold, she got me a loaner at 6pm, and by lunch the next day, she called to tell me that the transmission is shot, and she will make certain it is covered under warranty. A HUGE help to my peace of mind. Thank you!

I have never been disappointed by this dealership. My Altima Coupe needed a repair to the vents for the air conditioner and heater. The turn a round time was less than 24 hours. I had a 2017 rogue to use while they wer repairing my car. ( very nice..something to consider). John repaired my car to my satisfaction, and Heather kept me informed as to the stages of the repair. She was friendly and a pleasure to talk to . Tim Kelly as usual made everything smooth and made sure (as usual) the customer is treated above and beyond. This is truly a wonderful dealership.

I generally don't write dealer's reviews but I must say that I am very impressed with the entire car leasing experience with Edison Nissan from start to finish. Steve Leonardis was my sales rep who was very knowledge, easy person to speak to about any questions I had and I appreciated his no-pressure and relaxed attitude. Even the car financing aspect was a good experience. I was prepared and knew exactly what I wanted. Very happy that I was not pressured into higher monthly payments than I actually expected Overall, a very nice experience - highly recommended!

I had my 2012 Nissan Versa in for service twice in the last month. Three repairs were don on recalls. One was done that I had to pay for but I have a case in with Nissan America to be reimbursed because the problem with the sensor on the accelerator was a recall on other models and I think they should have recalled my car and I shouldn't have had to pay for it. Everyone at Springfield Nissan was very nice and took care of me very well. My Service Advisor was 5054, Luis Castillo and he treated me with ultimate respect.

My sales rep Adam Smigleski was very good and provided all the information I needed to decide on making a difficult decision. I bought a Nissan Rouge, brand new from Adam. This was after spending half a day at Mazda Crystal Auto Mall along Rt 22. for the Mazda CX5 which was my other choice. The sales experience was made easier by Adam and he continues to provide sales support days after I drove off with the new car. I think the big difference was at Mazda Crystal the sales person was not allowed to negotiate the deal with me and instead a 'closer' did the negotiation for the sales rep. At Bridgewater Nissan they let Adam do all the dealing all the way until I drove off with the new car. I did not have to deal with 'other big guns' who would put put the pressure on you.

Was really pleased with this car buying experience. Showed up knowing basically what I wanted and Sansone Jr's had great inventory of Kia Souls in stock so it was no problem to drive a few different models. Didn't feel rushed or pressured by our salesperson, Mike Tiedemann, who did a great job running through different buying options to get us the maximum amount of rebates possible. Overall a great experience at Sansone Jr's 66 Automall and we're loving our new Kia Soul.

Completely Incapable of Anything But LIES - MrStupid&Screwed
Found a 2014 Ford Edge on auto trader and came down to drive and purchase on 6/14/17. Battery was dead. Lie #1...We will replace it right away. Lie# 2...WE replaced it. Lie # 3 ...service manager verifies it and we will purchase a new one if it fails. After having battery tested and found to be useless at a Ford dealership and having texted Mr Kwan Thornton he tells me his service manager will not honor the warranty.
Next, after driving away from dealership and getting onto freeway (the test drive did not include a drive on freeway as traffic was too congested) found brakes to be barely working. Incredibly unsafe on the NJ Turnpike!!
Lie # 4...Get vehicle to Ford Dealership and verify problem. We will pay without question per the WARRANTY AGREEMENT. Checked with Mr Kwan Thornton throughout process. Last thing I heard was that his General manager, as yet unamed, is refusing to pay per agreement by voice and text.
These people take lying to a new level. Do not believe a word they say! Do not subject yourself to this kind of abuse!!
Their reputation is in the gutter per the internet and Better Business Bureau. If only I had looked!!!
