Dwayne made me experience at DCH a Nissan wonderful. He was a gentleman and covered everything I could have asked for. He made the experience.
However, an issue arose as when I got home after buying the car, I had received a coupon in the mail and although it said initial needed to be presented at time of purchase, it was within hours of buying the car and the dealership would not accept it. This was not Dwayne's fault but when his manager started with you already got a good deal, I was really upset.
I would recommend this dealership if you can have Feayne help you - just make sure you have your coupon.

I had my Nissan Frontier in their dealership for a warranty replacement of the transmission. When they reinstalled the transmission they crossthreaded the bolt for the starter going into the transmission. The damage they caused cost me $400 when it came time to have my starter replaced. I approached them about the issue, they agreed to reimburse me the cost of the repair.

My car broke down after dark on a bitterly cold and windy Sunday night on Rte 78 in NJ, en route from NC to NY. Our car was towed to Action Nissan, where we used the drop box - no appointment, no advanced notice. On Monday morning the service department said they needed to keep the car for several days. They offered a free loaner and even had a staffer pick us up from our hotel. The car was ready even sooner than anticipated. Every person we dealt with was kind and thoughtful of our situation and acted in a very professional way. I'd highly recommend Action Nissan.

On September 30th, 2016 as a recent college graduate, a very dear friend and his coworkers assisted me in making one of the best life choices in my young years. Before I purchased my 2016 Altima from the kind people at Nissan of Hawthorne, I was really experiencing trouble with my previous vehicle. Being that I am from Long Island and I commute to New York City for work every day, a safe and reliable vehicle was a necessity. I knew my close friend Brian was a salesman at the Hawthorne dealer so I gave him a call. I explained to him my troubles and he was more then willing to help me out. He had me come to the dealer the next day on my day off from work and it was the best choice I have ever made. The crew at Hawthorne really made my experience as stress free as possible and I walked out in a brand new car that very same day. I was recently in a bad car accident and had to find a vehicle right away. I initially had an awful experience at the Nissan Dealership in Egg Harbor Twp, where the sales reps had no regard for my price range, timeframe, or the fact that I was injured and couldn't walk all over the lot to view cars that they thought I should buy. My friend told me about Cherry Hill Nissan and I called Eddie Torres and explained my situation. I could tell the difference between the two locations immediately. He wasn't pushy and listened to what I was looking for and the price point that I wanted to be in. He respected my time limits and enabled me to get in a brand new Nissan Rogue for less than what I was going to pay for a much older model with high mileage at the other Nissan dealership! When I arrived shortly before they closed the night of Halloween with my sleeping children in tow, he and Carmen Pizzo made every effort to accommodate my family and our needs and respected our time constraints. Our sales rep Carmen was amazing and stayed late just to show me all of the new features on the rogue and how to operate them. They were both genuinely excited for me! I was so pleased to have realized how different the culture and people are at Cherry Hill Nissan that I would rather drive an extra 45 minutes to go there over having to deal with anyone else! I couldn't be happier with my experience there and am absolutely in love with my new Rogue!!

So it's that time again to turn in you old leased vehicle and do "the dance" of haggling for another. To alleviate this headache, I considered returning back to Honda in N. Plainfield to lease a vehicle through the Costco Auto Program. After previously doing this and having a great experience I assumed this would be the best route to take. This was not the case! After being quoted a high monthly payment and receiving no Costco documentation with the numbers on it, It dawned on me that upon speaking to a manger that the sales person had lied to me about everything. After he took my Costco card and quoted me "Costco pricing" the truth came out that this dealership no longer participates in the program any more. That helped me make my next decision which was to switch to Acme Nissan where I would meet Andy, Rob, Lou and Jack. These three guys made my next car purchasing experience such a pleasure. My sales representatives Andy and Rob from beginning to end were honest, professional and just plain nice. They were helpful in explaining the vehicle as well as the services and the process. They closely matched the Costco pricing I had received from another dealership even though they are not in the program but to their advantage they offer a great maintenance package when you buy a vehicle there. It was truly a great experience and one you should definitely consider when looking for your next vehicle. I've never owned a Nissan but love my 2016 Rogue and the new Nissan family I belong too. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.
