Ray was amazing! The level of customer service he provided me surpassed my expectations. In the world of sales "car sales men" have a pretty negative reputation, well Ray would put that to rest. I have attempted to write the review several times but my phone was being faulty, normally i would have given up but Ray and all buyers deserve to know how great he is. He went above and beyond to get me into my Rouge Sl awd at the price I can afford. After getting the initial quote I was convinced I would have to get something else. Ray really took his time, he made sure to get me the most he could on my trade to help with the payments. To my suprise I left with my Rouge and at the righr price all thanks to Ray. The next day he called to follow up with me and to let me know he found my watch in my car. His honesty was admirable. Before leaving Ray took his time to show me all the features and how to operate all the features. Ray is the way!!!

I purchased a new 2016 Nissan Rogue SV AWD in midnight jade from Nissan World of Denville on 6/10/16. I love the car; it is excellent. The salesperson, Royce, was excellent, very attentive, really listened to what I wanted, and extremely accommodating. He is why, after finding an Edmunds Price Promise for the vehicle I wanted, I went back to Nissan World of Denville to see if they would match the price before going to the competing dealership. They did not have the vehicle in stock. However, they asked whether I would be willing to purchase from them for that price if they were to acquire a comparable vehicle. I said yes, of course, and they promptly had that vehicle in stock at 1 pm the next day. While there were some hiccups with the price at finalization, the owner of Nissan World of Denville personally contacted me after I expressed concerns, and the matter was handled to my satisfaction.

Since Mike is now the general sales manage this last time I had the pleasure of working with Domenic who was very helpful & pleasant .
I have to add that the service department has always been so accomodating & efficient without a long wait.

Luz Hernandez I had bought a Nissan Altima 2015 in which I had traded in a Nissan 2014 Armada when I purchased the Altima 2015 on 1/15/2016 they did not make the payment to the bank until 3 months after of 40,000.00 dollars then at the end of the month which was on 3/1/2016 then again the they didn't pay the full balance and again they needed to pay 500.00 dollars. then also when I had purchased the Nissan Altima 2 days after I went back to tell then that I did not want this vehicle and I wanted my armada or to change to a pathfinder they told me that no that they had sold the armada and I told him that is a lie you can mot sell a vehicle without a paperwork and tittle. then on 5/10/2016 I was driving my Nissan Altima car when at 5:30 a,m, I got stopped buy a Union City Police Officer stating that my registration was expired and I told him how can that be I purchased this vehicle 3 months ago. My vehicle they towed it and I got a 54.00 dollar ticket and I needed to take out the registration of 52.00 dollars and also pay 220.00 dollars of the towing in which I went back to this dealership of AUTO EASTERN NISSAN OF MEADOWLANDS THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE DEALED IN MY LIFE WHEN I HAVE BEEN A LOYALTY CLIENT FOR NISSAN IN WHICH I HAVE BOUT FROM THEM 5 VEHICLES OF A PATHFINDER, 2 NISSAN ALTIMA'S AND 2 NISSAN ARMADAS. I tried for them to pay me my money back and still I haven't hear anything from Mr. Bernardo Wohlermann or Nelson Badillo the sales person. Also I am fighting in regards to the delingquent of my credit due to the late payment I am so fed up that now I will be taking legal action and also filing a consumers report so they can make a investigation and also this will not happen to someone else.

The first time we wanted to buy a used car. We spoke with the chat service and they told us- the inventory is there, everything you see on web exist. We believed them. We scheduled a meeting in englewood with one of the sales persons.Guess what- we arrive with misleading info and apparently you are no longer dealing with used cars. To make things even worst, we arrived with a taxi... for nothing.
The second time, we spoke with someone from online sells. We decided to take a lease and we wanted to receive further info. We found a specific deal we wanted which was published on web. He told us, yes come to englewood. "I will personally speak with the brunch manager and update him you are coming". He gave me all the details before I agreed to go out. He gave me prices, information everything I wanted. Again, we took a taxi.We arrived and we found doubt the branch is closed!! We saw the branch manager of the place there, we were so angry! you have no idea. The manager just blew us off the place and said different prices of the deal we just spoke about over the phone. He didn't want to sell us- he just blew us off!
This is really disgraceful, and I will never ever ever will talk with Paramus or Englewood again. Theyr are a bunch of layers, they have no communication with one another... I have no words.
Don't be their next victim.
