I brought my '05 Xterra to Freehold Nissan because the check engine light came on. The problem?? Dead transmission! Thank God for extended service plans. Eric in service and his team of mechanics went right to work to diagnose and then fight for me with the warranty company to get this problem (which WAS a covered repair) fixed as quickly as possible. I thought the doctor's offices had a difficult time!!! Eric must have spent over 3 hours going back and forth with adjusters, reps, and me trying to get this taken care of... which eventually he was able to. While my car was in the shop he was even able to arrange for a loaner at no cost to me! Thank you, Eric, and the rest of the crew at DCH Freehold Nissan!!

I recently purchased a 2013 Altima from Pine Belt Nissan. Unfortunately about 3 weeks in the car started having an alternator issue, and wouldn't you know it, it wasn't "technically" covered under warranty. After several phone calls with the dealership I had the pleasure of speaking to John, the service manager.
I must say it is hard in today's world to find someone who will really listen to your issues and try to do something about it. John Kravchak is one of those good people. He went far above and beyond to resolve the issue for me, including talking to the sales manager and corporate. The entire time he was incredibly professional, courteous and understanding. This is my regular dealer for service. Scheduling is always at my convenience. They explain things in detail and if necessary show me in my car. They are friendly from the start. This time I had a small leak and they needed to order a part and wanted to get it done while still under warranty. They scheduled me quickly and had set up a loaner car without my asking knowing this would take some time to repair. As it turned out they found they needed to keep the car overnight to get another part and I was able to keep the loaner. They washed my car each time I had brought my car in. They explained everything before I left. This is the usual and not the unusual. I am always happy with my service!!

I have to add that the service department has always been so accomodating & efficient without a long wait.

I must say I was very nervous about going to purchase a car, but once I was at Route 23 Auto Mall, the nervousness went away. P.J. was my salesman. I told him right up front I wanted to purchase a used car and told him how much $$ I had to spend. He went above and beyond to show me cars that were within my budget. He was so very patient with me, with all the questions I had to ask.
The overall friendliness of everybody at this dealership was wonderful.
Rich Garcia in finance was also very helpful in explaining the warranties.
Bottom line, I got a 2014 Nissan Versa and could not be happier.

Luz Hernandez I had bought a Nissan Altima 2015 in which I had traded in a Nissan 2014 Armada when I purchased the Altima 2015 on 1/15/2016 they did not make the payment to the bank until 3 months after of 40,000.00 dollars then at the end of the month which was on 3/1/2016 then again the they didn't pay the full balance and again they needed to pay 500.00 dollars. then also when I had purchased the Nissan Altima 2 days after I went back to tell then that I did not want this vehicle and I wanted my armada or to change to a pathfinder they told me that no that they had sold the armada and I told him that is a lie you can mot sell a vehicle without a paperwork and tittle. then on 5/10/2016 I was driving my Nissan Altima car when at 5:30 a,m, I got stopped buy a Union City Police Officer stating that my registration was expired and I told him how can that be I purchased this vehicle 3 months ago. My vehicle they towed it and I got a 54.00 dollar ticket and I needed to take out the registration of 52.00 dollars and also pay 220.00 dollars of the towing in which I went back to this dealership of AUTO EASTERN NISSAN OF MEADOWLANDS THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE DEALED IN MY LIFE WHEN I HAVE BEEN A LOYALTY CLIENT FOR NISSAN IN WHICH I HAVE BOUT FROM THEM 5 VEHICLES OF A PATHFINDER, 2 NISSAN ALTIMA'S AND 2 NISSAN ARMADAS. I tried for them to pay me my money back and still I haven't hear anything from Mr. Bernardo Wohlermann or Nelson Badillo the sales person. Also I am fighting in regards to the delingquent of my credit due to the late payment I am so fed up that now I will be taking legal action and also filing a consumers report so they can make a investigation and also this will not happen to someone else.

I leased the car from the dealership in Englewood. I regret the decision till today. Getting the license plate took them 2 months. No one answers the phone. Ever other month the manager changes. Scheduled my first free service and guess what no one was there and the service center and dealership was closed. An employee standing outside said that electricity is cut off. Told me to go to any other dealer or come back later. No apologies. What else can be expected from them?
