When my husband passed away last August the guys at Buzz Chew went above and beyond to help me with his truck. I told them I would be back and was so grateful for all they did. One day I've decided to get my self a Camaro, called toooo many leasing companies and every single salesman wasn't as good as Bob Masoomian or just tried to overcharge me. Bob knows his job very well and provided me the best customer service and price, the way it is supposed to be. I really appreciate it. Had owned a 2008 corvette and it was time to find something as fun to drive but with a bit more room. So along came the idea to check out the 2016 Camaro ss2. Great car with all the bells and whistles. Definitely satisfied my need for power and speed. The salesman that I worked with ( Charles Sicilliano) was the greatest!! Showed me the car and the test drive was fantastic. Had a deposit on a white one but quickly switched to a blue convert with rally stripe. Charles made that happen very smoothly. The process was flawless and the dealership was great to do business with. Charles took care of all the paperwork and the car was ready for pickup on the promised date and time. Highly recommend Arroway for a new or used vehicle and keep an eye out for Charles.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I was very impressed with Adirondack Auto. I was shopping for a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited through true car. I knew exactly what car and model I wanted, so I was essentially bottom line shopping. I got a call from Dave Foley and he cut to the chase in about 60 seconds. I purchased my car from Audia back in 2006, and they have taken great care of my vehicle ever since. Their service staff is extremely friendly and trustworthy. On several occasions, they have been able to find rebates or warranty coverage to help offset the cost of repairs. They are also always honest with me about what they find wrong, what is critical, and what I can hold off on fixing or replacing. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!

I was in the market for a used Camaro RS. I could not find what I was looking for in my own state, so I decided to do an online search. I found what I was looking for at Bill Cram Chevrolet, so I sent an inquiry being it was Sunday. Monday I received a call from salesman Matt Olmstead. We stayed in touch for 2 weeks until I was able to fly there to pick up my car. During this time Matt did everything he could to make the out of state buying process smooth and easy. Personally, I think he went above and beyond his call of duty. Matt was very honest and on point when I asked him any question about the condition of the vehicle being I was over 500 mi. away. I would like to say that the people that I worked with was great I went in with a little afraid because I never had a Chevrolet. When I walked in the person was very nice and told me that I should talk with Joe D. When Joe walked to me he was very friendly. Joe asked me a lot of questions and he addressed my questions. Joe told me he would work on getting me a good deal. I can say he helped me a lot. Joe D Scott D and Mike Crichley helped me out a lot. Someone forgot to tell me something about the sale and because they forgot they worked it out so I would not have to pay all of what I was going to pay. They worked very hard to make my deal happen and I would have anyone go to Joe D. I went to ingersoll of Pawling looking to by a new Camaro after taking a car for a test drive I sat down with Jim and I explained what I was looking for, now they didn't have the car I was looking for but told me they located a few and said they could have 1 in a few days at which point they requested a $1000 deposit which I had no problem doing. The following day I was called by a manager saying they couldn't get the car I wanted cause 1 of the cars was sold and the other was being used as a demo again not a problem I can understand that but then the sales manager keeps pushing me to other options and colors that I didn't really want. After getting off the phone I went on autotrader and punched in what I was looking for and it came up immediately the following day I contacted the salesman Jim and explained to him I found the car at another dealer and I was going with them instead and I asked for my $1000 deposit check at which point I was told was already deposited????? Hang on let me get this straight you took the check and put it in your bank without having the car enroute to your dealership and not even sure if you can even get me the car? I explained to Jim how I found the car and the first thing he says is well we knew it was at that other dealer but they wouldn't release it to us so we didn't tell you, so let me get this straight I was very specific on how I wanted the car and this was the only one available that fit my description and rather than say there is 1 out there but we can't get it they blatantly said they can't find 1. Now I get a dealer wants to make the sale I'm not stupid but if they had said to me if you really want this specific car it's at this other dealer but we would rather you buy something from here I would have had so much respect for them that I would have definitely given them another shot down the road but now I will never step foot in this dealership again!! Not to mention at the time of this post it has been 6 days and I still haven't received my deposit back yet cause I need to wait 7-10 days for the check to clear but they didn't need to wait to deposit it before having a car for me?? Sounds a bit ironic!

I just wanted to say that I always get fantastic service here, I have bought 4 vehicles from Ken Barrett Chevy, the salesman our easy to deal with and very understanding and the managers don't hide in the back like I have dealt with at past delerdhips. The service department is great to they even work on my wife's Volkswagen we purchased there also they always have free coffee and popcorn!

Cody informed me about everything Chevy does for their customers and the benefits of owning a GM vehicle. My husband's Traverse's Lease would be up as of September 2014. He received an offer to wave three (3) months payments. He decided to go back to this Dealership and speak to Brenda Delyser, Sales/Floor Manger about what she had available to lease another Traverse. He purchased our 2011 Traverse from this dealership and were very happy with Brenda and the Service Department.
He took a test drive with Brenda on Tuesday, May 21, 2014. She was very knowledgeable and was able to explain all the accessories how they all work and the purpose of them with the Traverse lLT. Another reason why he went back to this Dealership, the Service Department is excellent.
Whenever, he needed any maintenance work, he was gladly given a car to bring home until out Traverse was repaired.
HE IS VERY HAPPY WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AND WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND PURCHASE A VEHICLE.
