This was our first time using Buzz Chew and purchasing a Cadillac. Our salesman, John Galligan was great. He explained the various differences between the models we were looking at and made us feel very comfortable. At no time did he put pressure on us or use the typical sales pitch (very unusual). After searching the Atlantic internet site for a pre-owned SUV I stopped in to the store and was greeted by Paul Cappola. My decision to buy a 2015 Suburban was made after Tim offered me exceptional dollar on my trade. Paul was patient and professional while even offering me a slice of pizza while I waited. The financing dept was also very efficient and made the process of buying my vehicle very pleasant. I was not very happy with them this time we went there to purchase a vehicle when we went to pick up the vehicle we were there for almost 4 hours. Then when we got it and had to sign the papers nothing they told us was happening, the payments were much higher and they would not give us an extended warranty and there were items we wanted in the vehicle that they did not give us. Then they tried to take more money for a downpayment after we had already put money down they did not use that is some one stealing money from people for their own good. Nothing went right with them. I was extremely disappointed in all the people working there.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I was very impressed with Adirondack Auto. I was shopping for a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited through true car. I knew exactly what car and model I wanted, so I was essentially bottom line shopping. I got a call from Dave Foley and he cut to the chase in about 60 seconds. He gave me a fantastic deal right off the bat with no back and forth. When I went to pick up the car, they had everything set to sign with no pressure to buy back-ends. This was truly one of the most efficient and no hassle car buying experiences I have ever had. I purchased my car from Audia back in 2006, and they have taken great care of my vehicle ever since. Their service staff is extremely friendly and trustworthy. On several occasions, they have been able to find rebates or warranty coverage to help offset the cost of repairs. They are also always honest with me about what they find wrong, what is critical, and what I can hold off on fixing or replacing. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!

I would like to say that the people that I worked with was great I went in with a little afraid because I never had a Chevrolet. When I walked in the person was very nice and told me that I should talk with Joe D. When Joe walked to me he was very friendly. Joe asked me a lot of questions and he addressed my questions. Joe told me he would work on getting me a good deal. I can say he helped me a lot. Joe D Scott D and Mike Crichley helped me out a lot. Someone forgot to tell me something about the sale and because they forgot they worked it out so I would not have to pay all of what I was going to pay. They worked very hard to make my deal happen and I would have anyone go to Joe D. I just wanted to say that I always get fantastic service here, I have bought 4 vehicles from Ken Barrett Chevy, the salesman our easy to deal with and very understanding and the managers don't hide in the back like I have dealt with at past delerdhips. The service department is great to they even work on my wife's Volkswagen we purchased there also they always have free coffee and popcorn!

Dealt with John Stauffer. Professional,respectful and most importantly no games that other dealers constantly try. The "I'm working for you but you've got to help me". Nope. The let me step out and all of a sudden the "sales manager" appears with a better offer. Nope. A little back and forth but that's to be expected.

The finance manager was easy to deal with as well. I financed through the dealership and they were honest with the rates. Better than what I had found myself. They did ask and I declined the rust proofing and the extended warranty. No pleading or trying to convince me I really needed it. One answer and we moved on. plus free oil changes for life. Can't beat that.
All in all a great experience. I would go back there in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend both John and the Molye dealership to everyone I know.

Went in looking at a Silverado. I also looked at an F-150 at the Ford dealership down the road. Cody informed me about everything Chevy does for their customers and the benefits of owning a GM vehicle. After he showed me the vehicle and we went for a drive, he got me the payments and the Deal I was looking for. I had never considered leasing but after his sales pitch on it, I finally understood it and decided it was best for my driving/trading habits. Will definitely be back!

Its supposed to end with feeling like you not only got the vehicle you wanted, but feel like you got a great deal! You're supposed to be smiling when you drive it off the lot, and very time you turn the key after that! Your supposed to remember the salesman name, because he did everything perfect.
