I had an oil change with a tire rotation. Then I had a full inside and outside detail done. This was my first time having Garber do the detail work on my SUV. They rocked it, and I have already recommended them to family and friends. I worked in a full detail back when I was younger, so I knew what to look for and they did it just as good, if not better. Matt in service took care of me with everything, and I recommend him to anyone who needs to speak to a service rep at Garber

I recently purchased a vehicle from Curry Subaru. Every person I encountered in the dealership was extremely nice, and made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. That speaks volumes as GOOD customer service nowadays can sometimes feel like a thing of the past. Marc DeBenedictis was my salesman, and he was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted in a car, took me out to test drive those cars, and found the color I really wanted. Marc was patient with me and gave me the space to process everything at my own pace. When it came time for me to make my decision to buy, he was ready, and moved at the speed of lightning to make it happen. All in all, it was an easy, no-pressure, but very thorough experience, and so far I'm lovin' my new car. Thanks Marc.

Work with Kli when choosing a salesman. He has a calmer demeanor than the rest of them. He's also not push to shove when it comes to making a sale happen. Kli was patient and let the sale happen naturally. I was not impressed with the rest of the staff. I enjoyed working on financing with Nick though!

I've been going to Matthews for 8 years now. Only once was I disappointed in my service experience, and Mike Savage was very willing to meet with me to correct the discrepancy in my bill, to my satisfaction. Today I went back to purchase my second Subaru, as my current Subaru was rear-ended. It was a busy Saturday, bur Dillon and Liam still made sure to fit me in to their schedule, to help me look for a new car. Liam asked appropriate questions about my likes and dislikes in a new car, to determine a "best fit" for me. Another dealership forgot that my car was in for service that day. (It has not been moved, when I returned at 5:00 p.m.) Two other dealers did not rotate my tires when they claimed they did. After 8 years, I still trust Matthews ! I have never felt as comfortable at a dealership as I do at Matthews.

I’ve been bringing my Outback to this dealer since it was new. Jamie Nussbaum has gone above and beyond insuring that my appointment is expeditiously processed along with a thorough inspection. His focus and attention to detail gives me the confidence that my vehicle is in its best operation range. I appreciate and I’m most grateful to have Jamie Nussbaum’s full support. I have one suggestion for East Hills Subaru. I would highly recommend a new protocol for all sales. I would have potential customers be introduced to Jamie Nussbaum. Most people do not trust “Car Salespeople “. The lack of trust and ultimately lack of confidence initiates a poor customer/dealer relationship. I believe this new protocol can bring your dealership to another level. Again, thanks Jamie Nussbaum for all you do for my family and all the people you serve. Because of being a caregiver it was difficult to go to dealership in person, however, I was able to call and tell my car salesman, Jeff Meadows, exactly what I wanted. He was able to take care of all the paperwork in advance of my actual appearance at the dealership. Mark Paone had checked all financial contacts and had paperwork ready for me to sign. This is my fifth Subaru and am very happy with the service I received that day and have been very happy with the service side of the dealership as well. Made appt on line, was told what to expect at the time of service and the potential cost of the service. Would definitely recommend to anyone the Subaru car and services that I have received.

I recently bought a pre-owned Subaru Forester from Lacy. It was my first time doing business with them. Every aspect of my experience working with Lacy was superb. Don and JC were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and generous with their time. They never pushed or rushed me. It was a stress-free pleasure working with them. Lacy’s inventory is large and I had many options. When I chose my Forester, Lacy prepped it to perfection. Without my asking, they also put on new tires, filters, and wipers, and checked and inspected the car. They also handled the registration, plates, and stickers. I drove off the lot with a car that looks, feels, and drives like a brand-new model. Lacy exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the sale process. Don and JC stayed in touch throughout and kept me informed. On top of that, they stayed within my budget. In the end, Lacy’s price for my model beat any of the competition’s. I can’t think of anything that was lacking in my experience. I am thrilled with my purchase and I feel very lucky. I highly recommend Don, JC, and the whole Lacy team.

Best experience I've ever had buying a new vehicle. Everyone made it so easy. They gave us great value on our trade in, and we're able to get us to right where we wanted to be for financing.
