This is the most honest, caring and committed auto dealership I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from. My salesperson Barbara Yarber is knowledgeable and most importantly honest and committed to her customer. I had no problem asking her opinion of various options and feeling very comfortable that her recommendations were in my best interest.
Following my auto purchase as I was leaving the dealership parking lot (still in the lot) an individual backed into the side of my brand new car. I was devastated as they towed my car away. After some discussions with the dealership personnel the general manager made the decision to replace the car and the dealership would take responsibility for the crashed brand new car. I am so appreciative for the level of commitment to customer satisfaction by all of the employees starting at the very top.

My wife and I were about 30% sure we were going to buy a new Honda. After visiting the dealership and meeting Michael Thomas I was 95% sure I was going to buy. The biggest point that I can stress, was that he was not pushy like car salesman can be. He gave us our options and let us know that he was available to answer any questions that we had. He then left us alone to talk and feel comfortable with our decision. He was available and on the spot with every question that we had. Very respectful and caring man. I felt that I was dealing with a friend and not a salesman. 100% satisfied with my experience. Will recommend Vann York and Michael to as many people as I possible can. We bought not 1, but 2 new cars from Metro Honda this year, both from JR Raulerson. Shortly after we bought the first car, we were rear ended by another driver. Our new car was totaled. After checking prices with other dealerships, JR came through with the best price for our second car. He even spoke to our insurance company on our behalf to help us through the process. He is a genuinely nice person and made the entire experience as easy as possible which (if you've spent any time in car dealerships) is saying A LOT. Never pushy or overbearing- just makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend working with him if you plan to buy from Metro Honda.

My wife and I were shopping for her a new car for a couple of weeks. We visited several dealerships in the Gastonia / Charlotte area. One of the last stops we made was to McKinney Salinas Honda in Lowell, NC. We were greeted by Pete Kienlen. We explained that we were just looking and were planning on visiting a few more dealerships that day. Pete offered assistance if we needed it and then allowed us to browse the lot on our own. We had walked the entire lot by ourselves and were starting to write down stock numbers of cars we were interested in to ask Pete about when he came by to see if we needed any water (it was hot & humid the day we were there). I asked him about the vehicles my wife liked and he went and got the keys to let her sit in the vehicles. We decided to go ahead and do a test drive. After driving a couple of vehicles, I asked Pete about financing and warranties. We went inside and he went through the pricing, financing, warranties and options with the different models. Pete was very thorough and professional. After discussing everything about the cars, he respected our original statement to him that we were still shopping and never tried to force the sell or bring in a manager to force the sell. He thanked us for coming in, introduced us to a manager who only thanked us for coming in and invited us to contact them with any questions. Our entire experience had been very enjoyable that morning.
We went on to visit some OTHER dealerships and look at other cars. At one (Toyota) dealership, cars were disorganized and it was hard to find what we were looking for. At another (Ford) dealership, the original salesman was inexperienced, didn't even know how to turn the vehicle on and we were almost hit by a salesman driving a car. A sales manager became rude and disrespectful after we explained to him the same thing we explained and McKinney's Salina's. We walked out of that Ford Dealership.
I called Pete to see if he was still at work, he was, and told him we would like to come back and look at two of the vehicles again. When we got to the dealership, the cars were up front, running and cool. We did another test drive and sat down discussing all of our options. We purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V Touring. A Honda will pretty much sell itself based on performance and reliability. What sealed the deal for us was Pete. Pete never pressured us. He was thorough, courteous and professional. Everything from the initial visit to driving the car off the lot was relaxing and amazing. The car is fantastic!! We have had it for a week and have done city and highway driving. It has preformed as advertised and made our traveling experiences very enjoyable.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND McKinney-Salina's Honda and Pete Kienlen for your next car buying experience. We will definitely be back when the day comes to get another vehicle.

I was set on leasing a Buick Regal, as that was the last car we leased, but it was totaled by a drunk driver. We had heard wonderful things about the Honda Accord so we decided to check it out. We leased a Honda! The young man, Herbert Temoney, was very knowledgeable of the car, and had an infectious personality. Everyone we had the privilege of speaking with was courteous and mild mannered. The young man that handles the financial paperwork was patient in explaining the things we didn't quite understand. When we got home my husband noticed a small scratch right under the bumper. He called Mr. Temoney and without hesitation the service department is going to take care of it. I appreciated the fact that we were not pressured. Pressure from salesmen causes me to press on the exit door and leave! Thanks for making our Honda experience a great one!

Recently purchased an Accord Sport at SCH. Scott Clark Honda is the best dealership in Charlotte. I visited a few dealerships but none of them are accommodating as SCH is. They made sure I was completely satisfied by all means before I took the vehicle. Scott from the Finance department was awesome and helped me understand various options and gave me some valuable suggestions in choosing some protection packages. Kevin, Alex and Om from the sales team were also very helpful and cooperative throughout the process. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Honda vehicle.

After graduating from college and starting my career, I made the decision to purchase a new car. I shopped tons of dealerships in the area hoping for the absolute best price and Crown Honda had it. Aside from great prices, the team, including salesman Jonathan Kieffer, general sales manager Tony Puccio, and sales manager Cannon Forrest, went above and beyond to ensure that it was a smooth process being that it was my first car. There was no up-selling or finance games. I could not be more happy with my new car purchase.

Purchased a new Honda Odyssey. The pricing was straightforward, good and with absolutely no surprises. Of the dealers in the area by far the easiest and most straightforward to deal with. Hard to find car dealers who are not playing games of adding dealer installed options or any trick to get you in the door. None of those was my experience here and I will be back again if we are in the market.

Let me start by saying that I am not one of those people who likes going car shopping (but then again, who is?). I have had multiple bad experiences at car dealerships.
I had nothing but the best experience at Lumberton Honda. I told Angela over the phone that I was not 100% sure I wanted to buy a car and she assured me that there would be no pressure, that I would be treated like family.
They didn't disappoint. Kalena was my salesperson and she was very patient with me through test driving 3 cars and negotiating my payment down to something I could live with. I got more for my trade than what it was worth (a lot more, my old car was special in all the wrong ways). I got a 2016 Ford Fusion SE with Ecoboost with leather interior that I LOVE. I have never loved any car I have ever owned before.
Lumberton Honda is worth the drive.

This is the seventh car I bought from Tim Marburger dealerships. They always give me a great deal and they first prices beats other dealers. Be careful of other dealers come-ons like "free" oil changes that require tire rotation and lifetime warranty that cost you and doesn't cover what you think it does. Always ask to see the real warranty and read it first. Gerry Wood never would show me their lifetime drivetrain warranty.

General Mgr opted to increase offer during negotiations $1,500. Yes increase! Bought my new Pilot today from another dealership $2k less. The GM never had a nice word to say, was a jerk. The sales person was young, new and friendly. Have no idea how he works for this man. I have even written Honda about this horrible experience.

When I came in for service she pointed out that I might like to consider trading due to miles. I had not thought of this, so I drove a 2016 CRV.
