Great experience. I know car buying is different these days (I'm 65) from what I've done in the past, but I shopped around and Hall Honda offered me the best deal by far. They had a very friendly and helpful sales staff, too. The fact that I'm tickled with my purchase is just icing on the cake.

I wanna give praise to one young man who made my day...they call him Mister GIBBS. He is the man to go to in the service department. Welcoming smile and very accommodating. I just drove into town due to an family emergency ...left the ECU Hospital and my HRV directly to the only Honda dealership in Greenville, NC. My poor car's oil indicator was at 10%. It was a sign of relief when Mr GIBBS, said that Barbour Honda Service can take me. We laughed and joked about his unique first name YINESSE....nickname, elliott 'NESS'. I got an oil change, car wash and my remote key fob batteries replaced...Now, that's service. Thank you, Mr YINESE GIBBS.

Be extremely careful when requesting service. You want to ask for an estimate before allowing them to do any repairs. I made the mistake by asking for 2 broken lug bolts and nuts to be replaced and never asked for an estimate. I trusted that cost would not be terrible but was surprised with a bill for over $650. My wife took the car to Leith and spoke with Kerry Blevins, service advisor. Yes we did make the mistake by not asking for an estimate before approving the work and trusted that if it were to be a huge bill, we would be told beforehand. ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE BEFOREHAND........

Just wanted to share my great experience at Asheboro Honda last night. On the way home, my Kia with 231k miles finally gave out on me, so knew it was time to buy a new car. Walked in 1 hour before closing at Asheboro Honda and Aaron Bell greeted me. Asked what I was looking for and showed me the new 2024 Accords. Was able to explain all the differences between the different trims and made my decision easy! Not at any time did I feel rushed or not important even though the dealership had already closed by the time I got into finance. Whole process took 2 hours and was out the door with my new 2024 Accord Hybrid 2k under MSRP! So if you're looking for a new car, go see Aaron! He'll take great care of you
