I was shopping for a new vehicle as I wanted a smaller car. My husband and I had been looking at several other dealerships when we stopped into Bryan Honda and met Romie. He asked us what size car we were interested in purchasing and took us right to the perfect car! We test drove it and the next day we went back to purchase it. I disagreed with the initial figures and the dealership really worked with me to bring the figures into my target budget range. Everyone there was very helpful and pleasant. I recommend this dealership and Romie to anyone that is serious about purchasing a car and wants to be treated in a fair manner without a lot of pressure. We LOVE our new Honda Fit!! I went to visit Leith one afternoon to check out the new Honda Accords. I honestly just went to look. The next day, Mike Anbar and Cray reached out. To make a long story short, they were great and I was given an awesome deal on a 2016 Honda Accord. It warmed my heart to give Mike Anbar his first deal during his first week at Leith! Once again, I received excellent service for my Hondas at Hendrick Honda in Woodgbridge, VA. We have been owners of many Hondas since 1983, and with Hendrick since 1991. We have always received excellent service in both purchasing and service each and every time. This visit was to obtain
annual Safety Inspection and my service writer was Phil (?). He met me upon my arrival and quickly and efficiently processed me in and in normal time expectations notified me that the inspection had been completed and that the vehicle was in excellent condition. He further advised me where the vehicle was parked and that all of the paperwork was in the vehicle. As stated above, once again I left Hendrick Honda fully satisfied.

I do not like shopping and buying cars, the experience for me is always met with trepidation. I have to say that this is the first time I've ever had an experience like this. I did my research, determined the best price for the vehicle, under dealer invoice price, went in and told them how much I was going to spend out the door. To my surprise, without much haggling it actually happened, the no nonsense back and forth I've experienced with most dealers didn't happen. I'm thankful for a positive buying experience and will continue to do business with Honda of Concord.

We recently purchased a new car from Mark Buchanan. We would not hesitate to work with him again. He was very helpful but not pushey. We left after our initial visit to visit another dealer and they were understanding of our reasons for doing that. We purchased a used vehicle from the same dealership 10 years ago and that was also a very good experience. Additionally I have talked to a number of people who have purchased cars at Hendrick Honda over time and their experiences have been very positive.

We bought not 1, but 2 new cars from Metro Honda this year, both from JR Raulerson. Shortly after we bought the first car, we were rear ended by another driver. Our new car was totaled. After checking prices with other dealerships, JR came through with the best price for our second car. He even spoke to our insurance company on our behalf to help us through the process. He is a genuinely nice person and made the entire experience as easy as possible which (if you've spent any time in car dealerships) is saying A LOT. Never pushy or overbearing- just makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend working with him if you plan to buy from Metro Honda.

Bravo to Mr. Austin Murray - Wise Old Armenian Man
I bought a 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP Turbo Convertible, a make and model hard to find in good condition from any dealer, from Stevenson Honda in Wilmington. I saw it on the internet and made the 100 plus mile trip to check it out and bought it on the spot. It looked and drove like it just came from the factory so I didn't mind the higher price tag as I was buying this car for life. After a short time, however, I found many things weren't right so I contacted the dealership only to get a cold response. The salesman was in limbo and the manager had one foot out the door. After I complained to the "top levels" of management the new general manager, Austin Murray, got right on it and made everything right to MY satisfaction. He even hung in there to get me a new owners manual which the car lacked and without it is near impossible to maintain this car. I would suggest highly that anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car go directly to Austin Murray as he is a man of his word....something very rare in business these days.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. George and Mr. Prinsep. Every time I sent them an email, they replied back within a few hours during business hours. They were very patient in answering all of my questions and were willing to negotiate within a reasonable price. They were always honest about their price and never once deceived me with hidden costs, like some other dealerships have. They also gave me a great price for my trade-in. Ms. Brown at finance was very helpful. She explained all the documents that I was signing and answered all of my questions. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Crown Honda of Southpoint at Durham, North Carolina. I wish they were the only dealership that I had to deal with. I contacted around 10 Honda dealerships around North Carolina via email, asking for the best quote for 2016 Honda Civic. Some did not reply at all, some gave me ridiculously high price, and some lied about their price. If you value honesty and fair negotiation, you will not be disappointed at Crown Honda. If you have unrealistic expectations, you will be disappointed wherever you go. I will definitely go back when I need another car and will recommend Crown Honda to anyone I know who wants to buy Honda.

Purchased a new Honda Odyssey. The pricing was straightforward, good and with absolutely no surprises. Of the dealers in the area by far the easiest and most straightforward to deal with. Hard to find car dealers who are not playing games of adding dealer installed options or any trick to get you in the door. None of those was my experience here and I will be back again if we are in the market.

This is the seventh car I bought from Tim Marburger dealerships. They always give me a great deal and they first prices beats other dealers. Be careful of other dealers come-ons like "free" oil changes that require tire rotation and lifetime warranty that cost you and doesn't cover what you think it does. Always ask to see the real warranty and read it first. Gerry Wood never would show me their lifetime drivetrain warranty.

General Manager rude - LOve my new Honda!
General Mgr opted to increase offer during negotiations $1,500. Yes increase! Bought my new Pilot today from another dealership $2k less. The GM never had a nice word to say, was a jerk. The sales person was young, new and friendly. Have no idea how he works for this man. I have even written Honda about this horrible experience.

Michelle and Dean listen closely to my daily driving habits and needs. I bought my CRV from Michelle and she is great. When I came in for service she pointed out that I might like to consider trading due to miles. I had not thought of this, so I drove a 2016 CRV. She and Dean pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of trading before 100k and waiting to beyond 100k. No pressure --they let me decide what was best for me.
