Went in to look at the new Accords and Pilots. Arrived around lunchtime, place was busy. Was greeted by Gerard Apadula. We told him the stock #'s we we're interested in, simple enough. He retrieved the keys, got a copy of license, and sent us out for a test drive without the normal "high pressure" tactics of the sales rep riding with you. When we made our mind up that we'd make a trade if we could work the numbers out, he answered all questions about the features and took his time with us. Never once did he pressure us, only assuring us it was too hot and too busy to play the back and forth numbers game. He kept stating he'd put us dead on the money and he did. He come back with a trade appraisal which was close(approx.. $1000 apart from what we needed for the trade in) Told him where we needed to be, he come back and got there. No haggle, no hassle. I was reasonable and fair and was treated the same way. A fair trade in allowance along with a fair price on the new car always makes the sale a lot easier! He then introduced us to Ryan Crist, Business Manager to handle the financing aspect. Ryan was also great, taking his time explaining to us the different warranties available as well as prepaid maintenance plans. He also didn't pressure us into anything.....just explained, answered questions and presented what each warranty/maintenance option would do to the monthly payment. He also made sure we received the Super Preferred Rate from AHFC, a huge plus!!! Great price, even better %, and fair pricing is all I could ever expect from a new vehicle acquisition. These guys are definitely a standout bunch of people and made the extra drive well worth it. Definitely recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a vehicle.

In 2014 I purchased a Honda Pilot and had a very good experience doing so! However four years later I get a letter from Vann York Honda telling me they could put me in a 2017 at the same payment of 2011 Pilot! Then I realized it was a bate and switch and that the letter was to get me in the door!
Nice people but playing car dealer games is not what I do! I came in because I trusted the dealership up until now!

Young man said he hadnt been there long but he went over car from bumper to radio to spare tire and gas cap. I just bought a 2017 Honda CRV from Jess Johnson at Hendrick Honda. The car is awesome, but working with Jess made it a standout experience.
I was really dreading going into a dealer and the whole new car buying process in general. But about two years ago I got a recommendation from a friend who bought her car from Jess. I met her briefly for a test drive but wasn't ready to buy and she was respectful of my timeline. Fast forward to May of 2017. I was finally ready to trade in my old 2002 Accord. I scheduled an appointment with Jess one evening after work. She is a great listener, patient and answered all of questions - no matter how silly they seemed to me. She and her team presented a price I was very happy with. I was out of there in about an hour. The car I wanted was on back order so it was a couple weeks before it came in. The morning I went to pick up my car, all the paperwork was quick and I never felt like I was getting pressured. Jess spent a long time going through things with me and answering my questions.
All along the way communication was very clear, I felt heard and my time was respected. The whole team at Hendrick are true professionals. Jess made what I was dreading a truly pleasant and easy experience. Service is really the only thing that differentiates businesses anymore, so you really need to bring your A-game when you’re dealing with consumers. Jess Johnson brings it and I highly recommend her!

I traveled about 250 miles to check out a hard to find car they had in stock. Upon arrival Lamont recognized my out of state tag and greeted me by name. He also, thoughtfully directed me to the restroom before anything else. That stuck me as being very customer focused rather than trying to lay a sales pitch as I stepped out of the car. The salesman I worked with, David, was very personable and relaxed so there was little pressure.
Although the car was not the right one for me I can genuinely recommend these folks to anyone just based on the 30 minutes I was there.

I'll start with review of dealership first. I purchased two Honda's in April 2016. The experience was great. Then Hurricane Matthew came along and my 2016 Honda Fit drowned. So then after insurance company totaled the Fit I went back to Hall to look at a replacement. I worked with T. J. Johnson in making the purchase. Both of us being prior service made the experience easier for me. I knew he wasn't going to BS me or try to put me in something that would put me in a bind to pay for. He worked with me to get me in a step up in model of HRV I was looking at. Even after the sale when I go in to get service he will take time out of his busy schedule to talk to me if even for just a few minutes. I would highly recommend if you are in market for a new/used car to head over to Hall Honda of Elizabeth CIty and look up T.J. Johnson. I am confident he will put you in the car you are looking for.

Let me start by saying that I am not one of those people who likes going car shopping (but then again, who is?). I have had multiple bad experiences at car dealerships.
I had nothing but the best experience at Lumberton Honda. I told Angela over the phone that I was not 100% sure I wanted to buy a car and she assured me that there would be no pressure, that I would be treated like family.
They didn't disappoint. Kalena was my salesperson and she was very patient with me through test driving 3 cars and negotiating my payment down to something I could live with. I got more for my trade than what it was worth (a lot more, my old car was special in all the wrong ways). I got a 2016 Ford Fusion SE with Ecoboost with leather interior that I LOVE. I have never loved any car I have ever owned before.

We bought a new Honda CR-V from this dealership, and Troy was the salesperson. Almost Everything about the buying process was positive, especially our interactions with Troy. The price of the vehicle was fair (Internet information easily gives the buyer the dealer cost), and the trade-in value on our car was spot on with the Kelley Blue Book research we had done before visiting the dealership. By the time we took our final test drive, we had narrowed our choice down to the CR-V or a Subaru Outback. Ultimately, we chose the CR-V because there were more standard safety features, the turbo engine was more responsive than the Outback four cylinder, and the price of the CR-V was several thousand dollars less than the Outback.

I bought the car while in Colorado, and despite the distance, they made everything very easy to arrange. They were honest about the cars condition, maintenance records, and previous owners. I drove it back to Colorado and couldn't be happier. Bill was in constant communication with me, and very friendly.
