A year ago, I found a 2013 Civic on the Internet site for Hendrick, went to see it and later drove away very happy. I dealt with Tony Howsare Internet Sales Manager who took me all the way through the process. I can't say enough good things about him. I have special needs for rear passenger comfort,, and I must say all the Honda models outshine other car manufacturers for roominess, comfort, fabrics, and overall construction details.
And, the 2017 CRV us just stunning - as close to a Mercedes as you will get; at half the price!. Kudos.

Service has always been very good. Our very recent purchase of a 2016 Odyssey from Adrien Curry went smoothly and pleasantly. Manager Matt Harrell handled our trade-in and left us annoyed. He evaluated our 2006 average mileage Odyssey, told our it was worth way less than any rated value we had found on the web for trade-in for a car in good shape and 130k miles. He then proceeded to insult us by finding faults with what was a mechanically well maintained car with some small dings, and telling us that it would have to go to auction and only bring $1000. We tried hard to do some honest bargaining, and we got him to come up a little in value, and left it at that. Then four days later we see our van sitting out front, waxed up and with new tires, with an asking price of $7,495." Image how that made us feel. Adrien - thanks for you service., Matt, we are sorry you felt compelled to bargain dishonestly with us to get the deal your way.

After test driving and dealing with high pressure sales people at several local dealerships, we were understandably not looking forward to visiting yet another dealership. However, after meeting and talking with Ted Anderson at McKenney Salinas Honda, we were instantly reassured that we had found the right dealership and the right car. Ted and staff at McKenney made the entire process painless, and actually very pleasant. After a test drive, the numbers on the new car and our trade were presented factually and professionally as opposed to nothing being presented in writing at the other dealerships. My vehicle was involved in a total loss accident on December 26, 2016. Hence I was obviously in search of a new automobile. I visited several dealers throughout the Piedmont Triad area in an effort to locate the right fit in vehicle, value, customer intimacy, customer focus, and sales pricing. Having said that, I did not feel a warm and fuzzy on any of my visits until I met with Briana Burris of Crown Honda. Ms. Burris was extremely warm and welcoming from the moment that my daughter and I stepped on the lot. She took the time to patiently listen to and address our needs and desires regarding our impending purchase. With that being said, I advised Ms. Burris that we were in search of a Black on Black EX-L V6 Honda Accord and that we were encountering extreme difficulty in locating one. Ms. Burris assured my daughter and I that she would find it, if that was the vehicle that we truly wanted. She then took the time in searching multiple databases of in-stock and out-of-stock vehicles. She soon located our vehicle of choice on a transport truck. Ms. Burris then advised us that she could have it pulled if we were truly wedded to that particular selection. I advised Ms. Burris that we would indeed like to have the vehicle pulled.
I further advised her that we would drive off the lot that evening if she could give the vehicle at a fair and equitable price. Ms. Burris said, “Mr. Moone we’re not going to lose your business over a few hundred dollars or so. I promise you that we’ll work with you on the sales price if you're willing to work with us.” I told her that she had a deal and we took the black on black V6 for a spin. I soon found out that Ms. Burris was no ordinary salesman or pretty face as she was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, it's inner workings, and it's various features. I was flabbergasted as she appeared to be more knowledgeable than any of the other salesmen that I encountered previously. I was convinced that I wouldn't leave the lot without the vehicle as Ms. Burris truly sold me. She did all of this without the aid of aggressive sales tactics as can be the typical modus operandi of many salesmen. Ms. Burris then worked aggressively with her sales manager to get me the vehicle at the price that was most comfortable for my needs upon reaching my commitment to procure. She then passed me over to Darrius Sutton, Finance Manager to finalize the sales transactions and paperwork. Mr. Sutton presented himself as extremely humble, transparent, knowledgeable, and friendly during and after our interactions. Hence with everything being said and done, I walked away not only pleased with my vehicle, but with the outstanding experience that I experienced at Crown Honda. Please go visit Ms. Burris at Crown Honda if you're in need of a new or used auto and tell her that Dedrick sent you. You’ll ultimately find yourself walking away smiling as a result of your encounter. Ms. Burris and Mr. Sutton are a dynamic team that is truly going places.

Purchased a new Honda Odyssey. The pricing was straightforward, good and with absolutely no surprises. Of the dealers in the area by far the easiest and most straightforward to deal with. Hard to find car dealers who are not playing games of adding dealer installed options or any trick to get you in the door. None of those was my experience here and I will be back again if we are in the market.

Let me start by saying that I am not one of those people who likes going car shopping (but then again, who is?). I have had multiple bad experiences at car dealerships.
I had nothing but the best experience at Lumberton Honda. I told Angela over the phone that I was not 100% sure I wanted to buy a car and she assured me that there would be no pressure, that I would be treated like family.
They didn't disappoint. Kalena was my salesperson and she was very patient with me through test driving 3 cars and negotiating my payment down to something I could live with. I got more for my trade than what it was worth (a lot more, my old car was special in all the wrong ways). I got a 2016 Ford Fusion SE with Ecoboost with leather interior that I LOVE. I have never loved any car I have ever owned before.
Lumberton Honda is worth the drive.

General Mgr opted to increase offer during negotiations $1,500. Yes increase! Bought my new Pilot today from another dealership $2k less. The GM never had a nice word to say, was a jerk. The sales person was young, new and friendly. Have no idea how he works for this man. I have even written Honda about this horrible experience.

Mr. Ralph Young was our salesman. My wife and I came in looking for a full size SUV, and Mr Young took his time and showed us all the vehicles comparable to the Dodge Durango we had. The staff was polite and Mr Young made sure we were completely happy before we drove away in our 2012 Escalade Platinum. I will be recommending all my friends take the trip from Charlotte to Salisbury to get their next vehicle.
