We had dealt with a lot of dealers as we searched for a new/newer vehicle. We finally decided on a Honda Ridgeline either new or used. Metro Honda had a 2014 with low mileage listed online. I made a call and was connected to Luis. We made arrangements to see the vehicle the next day, a 2.5 hour drive away for us. We met Luis and went for a test drive in the new 2017 and the used 2014 Ridgeline. During the test drive I was impressed with Luis's knowledge of specifics of each vehicle. He knew his cars. There was no pressure, the one thing one dreads in a "new" car purchase. There was of course the negotiation, but through it all Luis maintained his soft spoken manner with no pressure and allowed us time to come to our own decision. There were a few things to be corrected with the Ridgeline and Luis gave us regular updates by phone and even emailed photos of the work done. We made a second trip to pick up the vehicle. We met with David Helms, the finance guy, who appears stern but is a nice guy and were out of there in minutes. Thanks to Luis, best car buying experience ever!

Working with Myles, I traded in my 2015 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L, and they paid off the lease buy out, with only 12 months on the lease. Then they gave a great price (Glenn Hildreth) on a 2016 Honda CRV SE. Jamara assisted Myles and took me for test drives and handled the paperwork because Myles was out the day I came back. Tony Lowder did the finance, and gave lots of good advice.
After about 3 weeks, I noticed the antenna had been smacked and bent up off the roof. After showing the dealer, they decided instead of fixing it, they would simply replace the car with another brand new one! THAT my friends is "above and beyond!" Chris Whiteman, in Service, and David, worked together to get me home in a loaner car, and back again 2 days later to pickup my new, new CRV. I worked with Jamara again for the paperwork, and then Scott for the finance. I had to call my insurance company with the new VIN, and then drove home.
Seems crazy, I know - but this dealer is doing EVERYTHING right, as far as I can tell, and they will bend over backwards to make you happy!

Aside from great prices, the team, including salesman Jonathan Kieffer, general sales manager Tony Puccio, and sales manager Cannon Forrest, went above and beyond to ensure that it was a smooth process being that it was my first car. There was no up-selling or finance games. I could not be more happy with my new car purchase.

Purchased a new Honda Odyssey. The pricing was straightforward, good and with absolutely no surprises. Of the dealers in the area by far the easiest and most straightforward to deal with. Hard to find car dealers who are not playing games of adding dealer installed options or any trick to get you in the door. None of those was my experience here and I will be back again if we are in the market.

Let me start by saying that I am not one of those people who likes going car shopping (but then again, who is?). I have had multiple bad experiences at car dealerships.
I had nothing but the best experience at Lumberton Honda. I told Angela over the phone that I was not 100% sure I wanted to buy a car and she assured me that there would be no pressure, that I would be treated like family.
They didn't disappoint. Kalena was my salesperson and she was very patient with me through test driving 3 cars and negotiating my payment down to something I could live with. I got more for my trade than what it was worth (a lot more, my old car was special in all the wrong ways). I got a 2016 Ford Fusion SE with Ecoboost with leather interior that I LOVE. I have never loved any car I have ever owned before.
Lumberton Honda is worth the drive.

This is the seventh car I bought from Tim Marburger dealerships. They always give me a great deal and they first prices beats other dealers. Be careful of other dealers come-ons like "free" oil changes that require tire rotation and lifetime warranty that cost you and doesn't cover what you think it does. Always ask to see the real warranty and read it first. Gerry Wood never would show me their lifetime drivetrain warranty.

General Mgr opted to increase offer during negotiations $1,500. Yes increase! Bought my new Pilot today from another dealership $2k less. The GM never had a nice word to say, was a jerk. The sales person was young, new and friendly. Have no idea how he works for this man. I have even written Honda about this horrible experience.

When I came in for service she pointed out that I might like to consider trading due to miles. I had not thought of this, so I drove a 2016 CRV. My friend bought a brand new Honda Civic. She bought the car with an extended warranty on top of what it came with. The car had around 2000 miles on it and the valve cover cracked and took it here. Dealer told her she vandalized it and would not cover it. They also told her they would not give her loaner car. She has to have a Honda representative come and look at it. This place is an absolute disgrace and does not stand by anything. I would highly recommend going elsewhere to buy a car..
