ONLY looked at web, for HONDA dealers in Jacksonville area. ONLY found what we wanted at Lejeune Honda, our granddaughter lives in Jacksonville, and my wife said she wanted to buy her a car, as she had told her it would be great to turn 16 and see 'her' car in the driveway!!! I initially spoke with Kelly, the internet guru, she and I decided which CRVs would workout, as I have owned two, and just bought my new 2017 Touring Model, here in Texas! Kelly is AWESOME!!!! She then introduced me to our salesperson, Whitney. She 'took control' of the deal and we worked out a scheme to surprise our granddaughter!!! I told Whitney I had no patience for the 'I will talk to my manager' routine, so, once I told her what we would pay, for either of two CRVs we were considering, she put me in touch with Dave, her manager!!!! IT WAS PAINLESS! We both agreed on pricing, and made our deal!!! The last person I spoke to was Justin, the 'Money Man', and made final arrangements for payment, and discussed TT&L, etc. He was GREAT, also!!!
If I lived in the Jacksonville area, like I did back in 1968, while stationed at Camp Lejeune, and not here, outside of Dallas, Texas, THEY are the ONLY Honda dealer I would deal with!!!! Oh, I am a CRV driver for life!!!! Now, I hope our granddaughter will be too! I know she loves the one she got last night! Using the Costco discount program, I was directed to Vann York to work with one of the authorized dealers. Mr. R. Hamilton responded to my email inquiry with a phone call within 90 seconds! He arranged for Mr. T. Ward to let me test drive a Honda Civic on Wednesday the 13th and I brought that very car home. The transaction with Mr. Ward was completely professional and respectful of my sentimental feelings for the car I drove onto the lot, a Saturn coupe, Babe, I had been riding in for seventeen good years. I went back for Babe that afternoon, and would have been bereft to have left her there.

He asked what we were interested in and then spent several hours with us working to find us the perfect SUV for us. We recently purchased a new Honda Ridgeline from McKenney-Salinas Honda. We had a great buying experience with Leroy Bringe as our salesperson. Leroy was very personal & knowledgeable. Leroy was in service and now moved into sales. He is very likable and personable. We did negotiate to a compromise of price. I had my Honda Element for 13 years and am hoping for another good run on this Honda. We had an a/c issue that the service diagnosed and fixed to full satisfaction. My Service Advisor was: Wesley Gibby. My Service Technician was David Miller.

I just bought a 2017 Honda CRV from Jess Johnson at Hendrick Honda. The car is awesome, but working with Jess made it a standout experience.
I was really dreading going into a dealer and the whole new car buying process in general. But about two years ago I got a recommendation from a friend who bought her car from Jess. I met her briefly for a test drive but wasn't ready to buy and she was respectful of my timeline. Fast forward to May of 2017. I was finally ready to trade in my old 2002 Accord. I scheduled an appointment with Jess one evening after work. She is a great listener, patient and answered all of questions - no matter how silly they seemed to me. She and her team presented a price I was very happy with. I was out of there in about an hour. The car I wanted was on back order so it was a couple weeks before it came in. The morning I went to pick up my car, all the paperwork was quick and I never felt like I was getting pressured. Jess spent a long time going through things with me and answering my questions.
All along the way communication was very clear, I felt heard and my time was respected. The whole team at Hendrick are true professionals. Jess made what I was dreading a truly pleasant and easy experience. Service is really the only thing that differentiates businesses anymore, so you really need to bring your A-game when you’re dealing with consumers. Jess Johnson brings it and I highly recommend her!

Let me start by saying that I am not one of those people who likes going car shopping (but then again, who is?). I have had multiple bad experiences at car dealerships.
I had nothing but the best experience at Lumberton Honda. I told Angela over the phone that I was not 100% sure I wanted to buy a car and she assured me that there would be no pressure, that I would be treated like family.
They didn't disappoint. Kalena was my salesperson and she was very patient with me through test driving 3 cars and negotiating my payment down to something I could live with. I got more for my trade than what it was worth (a lot more, my old car was special in all the wrong ways). I got a 2016 Ford Fusion SE with Ecoboost with leather interior that I LOVE. I have never loved any car I have ever owned before.
Lumberton Honda is worth the drive.

I bought my tan Acura MDX in 2001 and am sorry to report that 230K miles and 16 years later, I am in the process of donating my wonderful vehicle to a local nonprofit. For 16 years, the fantastic folks at New Bern Pecheles ALWAYS went out-of-their way to treat me fairly, keep me happy, and keep my car going through life's ups and down, including several expensive (and life-altering/life-threatening) challenges.
I would love to report that I will be purchasing a new Honda, but (unfortunately) "common-sense" and parental obligations recently "won-out" after I inherited a newer vehicle that is a different make and model, but since I am already missing my Acura (and that great Pecheles customer service), I can't wait to contact them when I'm ready to experience "that new car smell."

He made sure I understood the vehicle and showed me all the options for add-ons but I didn't feel pressured.
