We have purchased 3 Honda vehicles from Honda of Concord, and will continue doing so in the future. One of the things I have always hated, was dealing with dealership service departments. Previous bad experiences has caused me to either learn to do a lot of maintenance on my own (good thing), or try to find an independent service center. HOWEVER, that has changed completely with all the positive experiences I've has at Honda of Concord. Now that I have my go-to service adviser, Brad Hix, I have complete confidence that my service needs will be met to my full satisfaction. Brad even went out of the way to help me locate, and actually communicated directly with, a Honda service center in another city when my daughter had an emergency situation with her Civic. Because of Brad's help, the stressful situation was dealt with quickly and beyond our expectations! This is RARE (in my opinion) for most large dealership service centers. Thank you Honda of Concord and especially Brad Hix!!

I recently visited Burlington Honda in April for some work on my CRV. I'd never been to this location but it was much closer to my new home. I had originally called to ask some questions and getting a quote,but after speaking with a manager there named Danny I was reassured this place would take care of me. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I typically am terrified of getting over charged over problems that aren't real. I can honestly say all of that fear went away after speaking with the manager. He explained everything to me in detail that would make it easy for someone who doesn't know cars to understand. Will definitely be making this my go to shop for any further car problems!

Let me start by saying that I am not one of those people who likes going car shopping (but then again, who is?). I have had multiple bad experiences at car dealerships.
I had nothing but the best experience at Lumberton Honda. I told Angela over the phone that I was not 100% sure I wanted to buy a car and she assured me that there would be no pressure, that I would be treated like family.
They didn't disappoint. Kalena was my salesperson and she was very patient with me through test driving 3 cars and negotiating my payment down to something I could live with. I got more for my trade than what it was worth (a lot more, my old car was special in all the wrong ways). I got a 2016 Ford Fusion SE with Ecoboost with leather interior that I LOVE. I have never loved any car I have ever owned before.
Lumberton Honda is worth the drive.

We purchased a new 2016 Honda C-RV 12/2016.@ Asheboro Honda our Sales Rep. Was David Ford. We stopped in an began to talk David made you feel so at ease he was very friendly not pushy at all. He knew his product. He answered our questions even went above and beyond explained the difference in the vehicles to us we went on a test drive. We did not buy the first day David understood we wanted some time to talk we went back 2 days later and made our purchase David was with us all the way through.
