I really didn't expect to have an easy, pleasant, experience shopping for a replacement for my 11 year old car. I couldn't have been more wrong. After some simple email communications with Ken Purdy, he called us and quickly identified 2 vehicles for sale that I was interested in seeing. After our call, he provided quotes by email for both cars, and we quickly made arrangements for me to come in. I worked with Ken and Corbett Davis, and quickly settled on one vehicle to see and test drive. I really had a great, welcoming, and pressure-free experience with them. There was one snag, as the keys to the vehicle were nowhere to be found. Both men were very apologetic as a new key was made to accommodate the test drive. In the end, I bought the car and I am really happy so far with the purchase (It's only been 2 days). I was contacted by Corbett on the evening of the sale and was notified that the original keys were found. I had planned to return because I had driven my previous car to the dealership and I went alone, so I had to leave one of the cars onsite. I was given the original keys to the new car, but I would have to come back again the next day to have all the keys programmed together. I can't remember the name of the gentlemen who took care of the my service visit for the keys. I would also like to commend the service department. I could see that they were extremely busy, so I was grateful that they were able to find time to fit me in and take care of the keys without me having an appointment. I also don't want to forget to mention Marquis Mitchell (I think that was his name) who handled my financing. I was confident that he got me the best rate available to me, and helped me determine the best financing options available to me. I had a truly great overall experience. If we need to look for another car in the future, or if I know anyone who is searching, I am definitely going to advise them to check out Vann York for their car buying needs.

I continue to give Honda of Concord my business because every experience I have is exceptional. While having my van serviced, I wandered on to the sales floor to see if it was time to switch to the Honda Pilot. Timbo Black offered his help and was extremely patient with me in explaining all of the differences and took me on a test drive. In the end, I was not ready to switch from my Odyssey, but there was no pressure from Timbo and he genuinely wanted me to be happy in the end. I commend Honda of Concord for keeping experienced sales people of staff that truly have your customers best interests at heart. It is the thing that will keep me coming back.

"Hard to get Vehicle " - KENNETH Duerr
When the new Ridgelines hit the lots i was all about finding one for myself. I made a deal with Priority online only to discover that someone else beat me too it by minutes. Priority's response was we will honor the deal on another truck. Unfortunately due to high demand on this particular trim level they are nearly impossible to get. After a couple of weeks of trying i decided to try and find one thru other dealerships . If i was lucky enough to find one most wouldn't budge on the MSRP. Most were asking more than MSRP due to demand.
After two months of trying i was about to give up and happened to check Priority's website and there it was. i immediately called my salesman and the vehicle was being built and open for deposit. Not only did they honor my previous deal but gave me the same trade allowance on my vehicle with more miles than before. Priority could have very easily sold this truck for the MSRP due to market conditions and availability. They chose to honor a deal that was made when the Trucks were available.
My Ridgeline arrived on the date they told me and the sales process was a breeze. There was a small issue with the vehicle that they handled immediately and professionally.
Every one i dealt with there was friendly and professional and i look forward to a good long relationship with them.

thy only problem was that it took 41/2 hrs for what I was told an 1 1/2 hr job with nothing told to me why an 2 hrs for pick up this time but you are a very great company an 99 percent of thy time am very happy with your service an 100 percent with your work so please keep with thy good work an service , god bless an I thank you all espical steve ,,,, yes I have one other thing when I bought my car from you I pasid for complete paont coverage an my windo meater by my window is pealing was told when I applied to have it fixed it was not covered but when I called to talk to someone about in coverage I explaned it was metal an not plastic they said they would get back with there desion about an in 3 months I still have no answer , I think I should get what I paided for , an thank you very much for thy time an troiuble , god bless

I purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey on September 30th.
Crown had to competitively bid against (6)other Honda dealerships. Crown's internet sales manager Oliver George was the only bidder to submit his bid correctly the first time! When I bid a second time at end of the month Crown was the most competitive.
When I arrived at dealership I met briefly with Oliver, I reviewed the car and it was exactly as I expected and worked perfectly.
Lastly I met with the finance manager Mr Tran he was friendly and professional. I wanted to leave a deposit for vehicle and he insisted they would hold vehicle until I received my check from my bank the following day.
I arrived the following day and the car was still there and detailed spotlessly. It took less than one hour to process the paperwork, get keys etc. Reggie did a great job getting me out the door in a timely manner so I could pick up my son! He took extra time to show my wife features of the vehicle later that night.
Crown Honda did exactly what I requested and I got a great price.
No pushy up selling just a straightforward bussiness transaction.
Purchasing a new car is a major investment and I look forward to dealing with Crown Honda's team in the future.

Purchased a new Honda Odyssey. The pricing was straightforward, good and with absolutely no surprises. Of the dealers in the area by far the easiest and most straightforward to deal with. Hard to find car dealers who are not playing games of adding dealer installed options or any trick to get you in the door. None of those was my experience here and I will be back again if we are in the market.

Let me start by saying that I am not one of those people who likes going car shopping (but then again, who is?). I have had multiple bad experiences at car dealerships.
I had nothing but the best experience at Lumberton Honda. I told Angela over the phone that I was not 100% sure I wanted to buy a car and she assured me that there would be no pressure, that I would be treated like family.
They didn't disappoint. Kalena was my salesperson and she was very patient with me through test driving 3 cars and negotiating my payment down to something I could live with. I got more for my trade than what it was worth (a lot more, my old car was special in all the wrong ways). I got a 2016 Ford Fusion SE with Ecoboost with leather interior that I LOVE. I have never loved any car I have ever owned before.
Lumberton Honda is worth the drive.

This is the seventh car I bought from Tim Marburger dealerships. They always give me a great deal and they first prices beats other dealers. Be careful of other dealers come-ons like "free" oil changes that require tire rotation and lifetime warranty that cost you and doesn't cover what you think it does. Always ask to see the real warranty and read it first. Gerry Wood never would show me their lifetime drivetrain warranty.

General Mgr opted to increase offer during negotiations $1,500. Yes increase! Bought my new Pilot today from another dealership $2k less. The GM never had a nice word to say, was a jerk. The sales person was young, new and friendly. Have no idea how he works for this man. I have even written Honda about this horrible experience.

My entire family has dealt with Gerry Wood Honda for the several years and we always receive excellent service. My husband and I were in the market for a new Honda Odyssey EX-L. I shopped around online with different local Honda dealerships in the area, and was offered a great price on the Odyssey by Boyd Honda. Since Auto Park Honda is the closest Honda dealership to my home, I decided to test drive the car there and see if they would price match the price Boyd Honda offered me, but they declined to price match. I contacted Charles Clegg, the Internet Sales Representative at Standford and he was not only able to price match, but beat Boyd Honda's price.
When I went to purchase the Odyssey, I met with Mr.Clegg and Mr. Philip Sidden who were both very friendly & professional. They both made the process easy. I feel we got the BEST price, and the process was made quick & easy. There was no games or gimmicks with them; we were in & out the door with my 10 week infant in 90 mins. They did not add any extra hidden fees. If you want a great deal on your next Honda purchase go to SANFORD HONDA...it's a bit further if you live in the city, but it's worth the drive there!
