Kennis was an excellent salesperson to work with. He had the car we had selected ready for us in front of the building, and came out to greet us when we arrived.

This dealership has many good qualities. Samantha Pridgen is by far the most amazing dealer I got to work with. She was not pushy at all, she was very helpful, and she genuinely cared about my wellbeing and getting a car that I loved. She was also funny and just had an amazing attitude throughout the whole deal. My car I had before I bought my Toyota Prius was quite dangerous, and She even called while I was out of town to make sure I got there safely. It was very apparent she cared not only about her job but her customers as well.
The other employees I dealt with were not as good, unfortunately. Samantha had to leave at one point one day and Uber came to help me. He, as well as the other employees that helped were extremely pushy. They made me quite uncomfortable and would not let me leave the store. When I walked away that day they were even mad that I wanted a night to think about the purchase before going through. They made me feel like I was not important and that they just wanted money out of me, which caused me to almost not purchase a car at all.
Honestly, Samantha is the saving grace of this dealership. If it wasn't for her I would not be driving the best car I have ever seen. I would recommend anyone to her, but not the other dealers I had to speak with. If you go here, ask for Sam! She's great and she will make sure to get you what you need! I cannot say the same for the other employees.

I am a resident of Washington, DC. I've been doing business with The Scott's Clark Honda company for 10 months now. Honestly, there have been a lot of hurdles, trials, mishaps and misunderstandings. A most recent situation in the service dept.
When my truck was delivered to me, the driver, before he left had prayer with me, that God Bless my purchase. It has been some scary moments within my experience. Overall every situation has been worked out!

After graduating from college and starting my career, I made the decision to purchase a new car. I shopped tons of dealerships in the area hoping for the absolute best price and Crown Honda had it. Aside from great prices, the team, including salesman Jonathan Kieffer, general sales manager Tony Puccio, and sales manager Cannon Forrest, went above and beyond to ensure that it was a smooth process being that it was my first car. There was no up-selling or finance games. I could not be more happy with my new car purchase.

Purchased a new Honda Odyssey. The pricing was straightforward, good and with absolutely no surprises. Of the dealers in the area by far the easiest and most straightforward to deal with. Hard to find car dealers who are not playing games of adding dealer installed options or any trick to get you in the door. None of those was my experience here and I will be back again if we are in the market.

Let me start by saying that I am not one of those people who likes going car shopping (but then again, who is?). I have had multiple bad experiences at car dealerships.
I had nothing but the best experience at Lumberton Honda. I told Angela over the phone that I was not 100% sure I wanted to buy a car and she assured me that there would be no pressure, that I would be treated like family.
They didn't disappoint. Kalena was my salesperson and she was very patient with me through test driving 3 cars and negotiating my payment down to something I could live with. I got more for my trade than what it was worth (a lot more, my old car was special in all the wrong ways). I got a 2016 Ford Fusion SE with Ecoboost with leather interior that I LOVE. I have never loved any car I have ever owned before.
Lumberton Honda is worth the drive.

This is the seventh car I bought from Tim Marburger dealerships. They always give me a great deal and they first prices beats other dealers. Be careful of other dealers come-ons like "free" oil changes that require tire rotation and lifetime warranty that cost you and doesn't cover what you think it does. Always ask to see the real warranty and read it first. Gerry Wood never would show me their lifetime drivetrain warranty.

General Mgr opted to increase offer during negotiations $1,500. Yes increase! Bought my new Pilot today from another dealership $2k less. The GM never had a nice word to say, was a jerk. The sales person was young, new and friendly. Have no idea how he works for this man. I have even written Honda about this horrible experience.

Michelle and Dean listen closely to my daily driving habits and needs. I bought my CRV from Michelle and she is great. When I came in for service she pointed out that I might like to consider trading due to miles. I had not thought of this, so I drove a 2016 CRV. She and Dean pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of trading before 100k and waiting to beyond 100k. No pressure --they let me decide what was best for me. After consideration, I decided trading was best. The process was easy, pleasant and I now have a new 2016 CRV! Love Love my new CRV!!! Thank you!

Dropped off my 2015, Honda Pilot at 8:30. Got a call from service letting me know what needed to be done to fix a concern I had about my Pilot brakes. The brakes were fixed, oil got changed, and the wipper blades replaced in a reasonable amount of time. Awesome service, great customer service, a 5 star experience!

We can not speak highly enough about the great car buying experience we had with Daniel Hodges and Leith Honda of Aberdeen! He was knowledgeable, friendly, flexible and helpful throughout the whole car buying experience. We never felt pressured, he truly listened to our family's needs and wants. We had multiple interactions including initial interest in Honda vehicles, test driving multiple ones, and later purchasing our new family vehicle. Here I sit again after 90 minutes and the car just sits in the service bay . Apparently my 8:45 scheduled appt was just for me to be here. When asked about the time I'm told by one service writer YOU need to talk to the person who wrote you up and WALKS AWAY. "MY" service writer tells me that the time was for you to be here . So first appt and scheduled appt mean nothing to them ...again! Last time the service writer tells me he has not eaten lunch and will be right back. Ten minutes later i see him eating lunch and never came back to me. I complained ..no apology or expedited service. Nothing. It took 2 hours last visit to get the battery out of warranty by a month replaced. No credit. They inspected and washed the car when I specifically asked them NOT to as I was in a bit of a hurry. RUN do not walk away from the set is department. Go anywhere else.
