The overall atmosphere of the dealership was relaxed and welcoming. Both the general manager and finance manager were very polite. Additionally, the playroom provided allowed our youngest child to be entertained, enabling us to conduct business more efficiently. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Mr. Vick and Hubert Vester to everybody.

Had recall on Kia Soul. Called made an appointment and expected to drive vehicle back home same day. During diagnostics there was an "Oops" moment and I was advised car was unsafe to drive and they would have to order part for necessary repair. Eric Hicks, service adviser, ordered an uber which took me to Enterprise Rentals and provided me transportation home. Eric kept me advised over next few days status of vehicle. Kia of Burlington went beyond what I expected to get vehicle back on road and I am very appreciative of their excellent service. I would recommend Kia of Burlington and especially their service department to others. Thank you Kia and Thank you Eric.

I filled out some information on the dealership website inquiring about a vehicle. Tylor reached out to me about the vehicle. Tylor was absolutely phenomenal. He made the car buying process easy . He listened to what I wanted and answered all of my questions and was available the entire time. This was by far the most friendliest dealership I purchased a vehicle from especially considering this is my first Volkswagen. The vehicle is totally living up to my expectations that my next vehicle will be another Volkswagen and purchasing it from Leith.

Having lost my husband within the last month, I was fearful and dreaded having to encounter such a large financial decision alone, without the encouragement and support of my lifetime partner. I certainly did not look forward to any hassling relating to costs involved, and my “car shopping memories” reminded me of multiple previous experiences over the years which were less than pleasant! I was referred to this dealership by Chris Turpin, a family friend and an employee in the parts department. As I entered the lobby of this dealership, I was greeted by a very vivacious personality who guided me throughout the entire process of buying a vehicle without stress or pressure . . . Brandon Buckwilder. With Brandon, I never once felt pressured. In fact, I felt most comfortable and was frequently reassured that my feelings of doubt and my lack of knowledge were being respected and addressed. I also never felt rushed in any way. Next, I met Heath the sales manager. Heath spent sufficient time listening to my needs and never pressuring me whatsoever. Now, it was a done deal! Many of my family members and friends have commented on the terrific price that was negotiated. And, all without stress or pressure! I am 82 years old and hopefully may never need another vehicle, but if I do, I will head straight for AutoStar Chevrolet in Waynesville!

The best car buying experience I have ever had. David was extremely helpful and made the whole process a breeze, as did Mike. Test drove the car on Tuesday after work. Got back with David early Friday morning, we handled all of the specifics on Friday via phone/e-mail. 9AM Saturday appointment to sign everything and was out of there in a little over an hour. Definitely recommend this dealership!
