Choosing a car can be a daunting process, but my recent experience at Krieger Ford was great from start to finish. From the beginning, Carl Easley was very welcoming. I was not sure which vehicle I wanted but he listened attentively to what I was looking for and presented several models and explained all of the options. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and he was patient while I test drove a few different models and even looked at other vehicles at other dealerships over the course of a couple of weeks before deciding on the Mustang Mach-e. As it is my first electric vehicle, he sat with me and went through all of the vehicle setup options and offered helpful tips to make the most of my driving experience. After 2 weeks, I am very happy with my purchase. My very tall family fits comfortably and it is so fun to drive I no longer dread my daily commute! I highly recommend Carl Easley at Krieger Ford if you're looking for a positive car buying experience!

I was shopping around for new tires and called Klaben Lincoln of Warren. Niall in the Service Department took my call and gave me all the information I needed to make a definitive choice. He answered every question I had, carefully checking all the details (numbers and specs), comparing them to a quote I had already been given from another business. Niall was friendly, patient, easy-going, and super nice. It was like talking to a friend, actually. His whole demeanor made me feel very comfortable and confident to make the appointment with them (Klaben). These days, so many people are sloppy, distant, and lazy over the phone. But, NOT the people at Klaben! Since purchasing my car from them, anytime I’ve called there over the years, it’s ALWAYS been a good experience. The people they hire are truly attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and nice. When I arrived at the dealership, Niall had all my paperwork in order, informed me about some available options, etc. He went above and beyond to help me with the rebate paperwork, as well, carefully breaking down what to expect after my visit with the forthcoming rebates they were offering at the time of my purchase. I left there feeling super good about my decision to purchase tires from Klaben. Thanks for all your guidance and help, Niall.
