I had just a wonderful experience with Two Rivers Ford! Gary McCray, our sales associate, was incredibly kind and accommodating. He treated us like people rather than objects (unlike other dealerships we encountered during the day). You can tell that the staff at Two Rivers is non-commissioned, because they really want to help you make a good deal and find the car that's best for you!
I got a fantastic deal on a brand new 2017 Escape, and couldn't be happier. While other dealerships confirmed my worst fears about the car buying process, Two Rivers put them all to shame. I will definitely return to Two Rivers Ford, and tell anyone else to head there first...and last!!!

Wasn't even looking for a Certified Vehicle but one was standing on the show room floor and I fell in love with it. Both Jeff and Sonny were exceptionally knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. As paperwork goes at a car dealership Jeff made the paperwork as easy and as quick as he could. Both Sonny and Jeff assisted me in my request to have an accessory (navigation system) installed on my car which would make my traveling experience more delightful. In addition Lenoir City Ford provides free service (oil and tire rotation) at 5,000 miles intervals.

Brake Service 2006 F350 - RickandJanice
We are from Texas and travel the country living full time in our 5th wheel trailer. When we needed the brakes serviced on our 2006 F350, we were staying just outside Dickson, TN. so decided to give Beaman For a try. From the moment we talked to the first service person to make the appointment to the time we left, we were treated with the utmost respect and consideration that anyone could possibly respect. They even offered a loner car at no cost to us since the service was going to take several hours. We accepted this offer and were provided with a nice clean 2011 Crown Victoria during the time required for service at no additional cost. The dealer service area is not real large but is adequate for a dealership this size and it is very clean and everyone is very professional and friendly. When setting up the appointment, the service tech said she would order all the parts that may be required,based on their analysis of the symptoms, so they would have the parts available when we arrived for our appointment 2 days later. We were only charged for the parts required and they accomplished the repair in the time quoted. This was an excellent service experience.

We live in Knoxville and have bought vehicles form other dealerships in town, but no where else have we enjoyed the experience like we have with Lori Boles at Jacky Jones Ford. As long as she's selling trucks, we'll keep buying from her!

We had the BEST buying experience we have ever had!
After deciding on the new car we wanted and doing a lot of research on price, I ask John Jarnagin, Jr. of Jarnagin Ford to find the car we wanted. I gave him the details of the car we wanted (including the interior and exterior color) and then I ask him for the best price he could get the car for. He located the vehicle that I was looking for. He also gave me the best price that I had found for the exact vehicle that I wanted and had already priced at several Knoxville dealerships and requested their "best out the door price" in writing. I did not share any information from one dealership to another on the prices that I had obtained. I only had this information for my purposes of finding the best deal for the same car. The other dealerships did not like giving me the information, however at Jarnagin Ford they gave me the "out the door price" without any question or any hassle. This is the way it should be at every dealership! Every dealership I visited was higher in price for the same car (except color). John located the car we wanted and arranged for it to be delivered for our purchase. We purchased the car and we are happy to have done business with them. We found this dealership to be very honest and efficient. They also do not nickel and dime you to death with every fee you can think of (believe me there are a lot of fees included that we as customers should not be paying)
We would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good honest price! If they do not have the car in stock, have them look for it like we did. We plan on doing business with them again in the future.

I recently purchased a used Ford Explorer Sport Trac for my son at Landers Ford in Collierville. This is the third car I have purchased from this dealer in the past four years. Each experience has been better than the last. On all three occasions I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Salesman Hani Qoran, Managers Kent Ritchey, Jr. and Julian Roberts, and Finance Manager Peter Cotros.
As a single mom, the car buying process is intimidating. At Landers, I am always greeted by a welcoming sales staff eager to be of service. Hani’s patient, laid-back demeanor makes me feel comfortable throughout the process of searching for the ideal vehicle. I’ve never felt pressure to purchase before being ready. Kent & Julian go above and beyond in working out the details of the purchases and ensuring that I remain a satisfied customer. Peter even makes the financial portion of the purchase a delight.

I have dealt with Russell Barnett for over 30 years. I just bought another car from Russell Barnett Family. I did not get a full warranty comma just a drivetrain. 5 Weeks Later the alternator went out and they were nice enough to replace it free of charge. Didn't have to do that cuz it wasn't covered under warranty but they stood up and did what they thought was right. I have been extremely pleased with all the years that I have bought vehicles from them, and I will continue doing my business with the Barnett Family.

It was an extreme pleasure buying my new Escape from Charlie Rogers Ford. I did an online search for the vehicle I wanted. I found it here, late Friday night. I emailed the dealership with a few questions and by 9:30 am on Saturday Curtis had answered my questions. We pretty much completed the deal online. The following Monday I drove an hour to the dealership to complete the deal. I was out by noon. No high pressure sales pitch. I received exactly what I wanted at the agreed upon price. I don't know who is responsible for ordering the cars or color schemes, but whom ever does it, hit a home run with this one. Every place I have been over the past week, I have received at least one compliment about the color.
Rex is the finance manager and he found me the very best deal I could possibly get thru Ford Motor Credit. Very pleased with my purchase. I encourage any one looking to buy a new or used automobile check these guys out. I don't think you'll be disappointed. These people do not believe in high pressure sales.

They want you to think you're getting a great deal until after you sign the paperwork and have to come back with issues that they won't fix until the issue gets worse. Needless to say the history of accidents wasn't disclosed before the purchase! Under warranty or not they sold a car with problems they don't want to fix.

My daughter recently purchased a car at this dealership. We had looked all over the area, including Knoxville. This was about the 8th dealership that we visited. I have to say, that we dealt with so many salesman, I was getting very frustrated. When we arrived here, Jeff met us on the lot and I was extremely impressed with him. His mannerisms and words showed that he truly wanted to help us find what we wanted, and not just make a buck. Throughout the entire process, he was very pleasant, well spoken and professional. He has even called us to check on how happy we are and sent a thank you note. This is what you call customer service. I will never have to shop around again, as this is where myself and all of my friends and family will go. Awesome people.

14 years ago, my husband and I bought our first car there together as a married couple. It was brand new, reliable, and we loved it. Recently, we began looking for another vehicle (used, but in decent shape). Chris Shultz and Gett Monday were fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful! They answered all our questions and we were able to make a deal on a car that was affordable, in great shape, and more than suited our family's needs. We would definitely recommend this dealership and its salespeople. On another note, not long ago my father in law was in the market for a used truck. He was quite specific about what he wanted and didn't want. He stopped by this dealership periodically looking for "the truck". He struck up a conversation with one of the salespeople one evening and the man took down his information. That gentleman said they get vehicles in all the time and if he came across a truck he might be interested in, he'd give him a call. About two weeks later, my father in law got a phone call. He drove down, thoroughly looked the truck over and bought it that day. That man went above and beyond for my father in law. Mr Shultz and Mr Monday worked hard for us. Happy customers are repeat customers!
Watch Out for the "Dealer Administration Fee" - Unhappy Gent
Dishonest sales team. Lie, try to cheat, Intimidate. I walked out while signing paperwork. They called me back an hour later and agreed to remove the Fee. $595.00 plus the sales tax.
After the salesman apologized he stated that a survey would be coming and that anything less than excellent is considered a fail. Promised me that he would top off my gas tank, never did. The day of the purchase, I posted a negative review. The following morning, he called me and started yelling at me. I ended the conversation.
After taking possession of my truck on the 12th, I finally got what appears to have everything corrected, and picked up my truck yesterday, the 25th.
Scott Brewer, Rita Crowe & Jackie Lively were the only responsible people I dealt with.
The salesman, the salesman's assistant, the sales manager & the 1st finance man, proved to be untrustworthy.
2nd and last vehicle I buy from them.
