It was not our intention to actually purchase a new vehicle on the day of our visit, rather we were merely looking and considering our options. Our previous experiences with LC Ford were not the greatest but we had settled on giving them one more chance if we happened to find what we were looking for.
After browsing through the lot, Jo grabbed our attention and we immediately let him know we weren't really ready to jump just yet. Jo assured us that was fine, yet made every effort to show us exactly what we were looking for and then back it up by making certain we were not settling. Low and behold, the truck we were actually seeking was right there on the lot!
We were SUPER impressed with Jo, his hospitality and above all his HONESTY! Not once did Jo make promises he couldn't keep or lie to us! He was outright honest from the get go and atop all that, he went above and beyond to occupy our 5 yo while the deal was happening!

It was an extreme pleasure buying my new Escape from Charlie Rogers Ford. I did an online search for the vehicle I wanted. I found it here, late Friday night. I emailed the dealership with a few questions and by 9:30 am on Saturday Curtis had answered my questions. We pretty much completed the deal online. The following Monday I drove an hour to the dealership to complete the deal. I was out by noon. No high pressure sales pitch. I received exactly what I wanted at the agreed upon price. I don't know who is responsible for ordering the cars or color schemes, but whom ever does it, hit a home run with this one. Every place I have been over the past week, I have received at least one compliment about the color.
Rex is the finance manager and he found me the very best deal I could possibly get thru Ford Motor Credit. Very pleased with my purchase. I encourage any one looking to buy a new or used automobile check these guys out. I don't think you'll be disappointed. These people do not believe in high pressure sales.

I have dealt with Russell Barnett for over 30 years. I just bought another car from Russell Barnett Family. I did not get a full warranty comma just a drivetrain. 5 Weeks Later the alternator went out and they were nice enough to replace it free of charge. Didn't have to do that cuz it wasn't covered under warranty but they stood up and did what they thought was right. I have been extremely pleased with all the years that I have bought vehicles from them, and I will continue doing my business with the Barnett Family.

After 4 Visits Still Could Not Fix Problem on New Ford Van - Vernon Patrick
New 2015 Ford Transit 350 Diesel van had loud rattle in sliding door from day one of purchase. Took to Fairway Ford 4 times, the last of which it was still under warranty. On the last receipt it said, "Customer states sliding door has a rattle in it. Concern due to door flex and size of door. Can not be repaired". I contacted Ford Motor Company and they said the door would be fixed even though my warranty just ran out. Tried to get back with Fairway and they would not fix it. Called Ford again and apologized saying that Fairway was independently owned and nothing could be done. This van cost over $50,000.00 and I paid cash for it. I will never deal with Ford again. I have bought other vehicles from them in the past.
I had taken the van in for other appointments and would not get my van back for 2-5 days. Once with 40,000 miles on the van, my check engine light came on. Tried to call service, left message, after one hour I went to the Service Department in person and 3 service people were just sitting around the table. I was told it would cost $117 just to check it out and it would be next week before they could fix it and that it was not under warranty.
I took it to Friendship Ford in Johnson City, was nicely told it was under warranty and they fixed it the next day.
The service department at Fairway have been very rude to me. They will not return calls and evidently do not know what they are doing. I will never set foot on the property again. Allen White is who I dealt with.

I have to say if there was a star less than a 1 I would have to use that. From the other reviews, it is apparent that most people are happy with their vehicle purchases with this company, and it does appear that their main focus is on new car sales. Keeping their customer's satisfaction in service is another matter perhaps.
As for their service department I do have a major issue in that they will not honor a tire warranty on two new tires that I purchased for a total of $174.53 on June 14, 2016. The two new Kelly tires that was purchased had a 55,000 mile warranty, but the tires were sorely worn out by only 25,320 miles! Their half life was blamed on me and I was told that since they were unevenly worn, it would have indicated that the tires had not been rotated nor balanced since the time of purchase.
That is not true. I have had my car's tires both rotated as well as taken care of any other issues, but not at Jacky Jones as it is a great distance to drive from my home, and have preferred assistance in my home town of Tellico Plains. Both tires were evenly slick on the surface of the tires. That's under normal road wear on state and county roads and highways.
Both tires that I had to replace were purchased on June 29, 2017 in Tellico Plains, TN.
I will explain this in great detail in order that others might know what I encountered regarding this company's policy is for tire warranties.
On July 27, 2017 I was preparing for a trip from Tennessee to visit family in South Carolina. I always take my car to one of my local auto/tire companies to have my car checked over for road worthiness which includes checking the car's oil, fluids, tires, etc. In checking this, the man who does this informed me that my front tires (Kelly tires from JackyJones) were in such a bad state as to prove extremely hazardous to drive very many miles at all. He indicated that the overall tread on both tires were gone to the state of wires peaking through the rubber. I did look at both tires and was in total agreement with him. I had him to order two new replacements that were installed on July 29, 2017.
This car is a 2001 Ford Focus that my sister and her family gave me 4/22/2016 that was very well taken care of when she gave it to me.
When I received the car there were 4 Fuzion tires on it, two of which were in excellent condition and two that were showing some wear. These were the two that eventually needed replaced by the two Kelly tires at Jacky Jones.
I had to stand in the very hot sun for at least 1/2 hour on Monday, July 10th trying to explain to Mr. Littleton and his manager (?) who said that I should take the problem up with the manufacturer as it wasn't their problem! I won't go into details of that conversation other than to say that finally they agreed to a 20% rebate only if I purchased two new tires from them and had them installed by them. And by the way I had to pay an additional $79.95 to have them aligned. I not only felt a slap in the face but also flabbergasted that they didn't feel responsible in the least for a product they installed that failed so miserably.
I expected at least a 40-45% rebate on the tires or a refund of that much of my total purchase for the two Kelly tires that failed. Their 20% rebate on the tires only would be $31.60 and only if I purchased from them!
This is hardly what I expected from a company that is supposed to pride itself on customer satisfaction. I was treated like I was a country bumpkin female that didn't know one end of the car from the other. They didn't know that in my younger years I prided myself on knowing how to do repairs and maintenance on my own vehicles by myself, both under the hood and outside as well. I didn't just "fall off the turnip truck yesterday" Jacky Jones!
I am not a satisfied customer by any means, and if you're considering using this company, please read all of the poor reviews geared towards their "service" department. Brand new car sales might be great, but their customer service stinks as badly as a dead skunk in the middle of the road to me.

Just pecking around on the computer saw three preowned trucks of interest at MTN. View Ford and Lincoln ,on Sunday evening. I got up Monday morning and drove over to the store to see them in person and was greeted by a great sales person " Craig Beckler" He showed me the three trucks which where no disappointment ,they were just as shown on the web site. Craig was patient and very knowledgeable answering questions while I was deciding which one I wanted. After the decision was made Craig in a very professional manner handled the paperwork and I was soon on my way in my like New Preowned F 150 witch I love." Thanks Craig" See Ya Next Time.

Well the first car I remember being bought from a dealership was a 1986 Ford Escort GT hatchback bought from this location, fast forward through life and my mom was bringing the old Escort to trade in for a 2003 Focus shes had for over 10 years. I decide one day to trade in one of my project cars for a pickup truck and the recommended salesman found the exact red Dodge Ram I have always wanted within my budget. Even went out of town to pick it up and bring it back and I didnt even haggle the price just paid in full. That warrants the 2nd star for the rust free low mileage Red Ram. After driving the truck for a few days it has obvious issues such as no front brake pads, just metal carving into the rotor, has a horrible vibration at 30-35mph and feels like the U-joints are worn. Simple things really but low and behold I take it in for the inspection that I was told would be about 45min-1.5 hours. At the 3 hour mark had to ask what was going on and was told work was being done that I didn't authorize, (its my truck now as its paid in full.) Finally the service manger came in after nearly 4 hours to tell me they replaced a licence plate bulb and I needed a new multi function switch. Well the multi function switch works just fine, on the Ram you can flash high beams or turn them completely on by pulling the lever just a bit more. I`m an auto enthusiast and just a parts specialist not a ASE cert. tech but I`d at least put the effort into inspecting the actual issues but they didnt even seem interested in anything I had to say. I will never go back for even free parts or service, I dont trust the people working on vehicles there.

A nice place, but disjointed. - built Ford tough
I recently took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation and no one was at the service counter. After a moment a busy young man from the parts counter came over and apologized for the wait and took me in for service. I headed to the waiting room where I sat for a little over an hour before Mark, the service man came to give me my keys. I head to the counter to pay and find out they hadnt rotated my tires. They were quick to apologize and offer to do it right away, but I figured after an hour of waiting they would have done it. I also couldn't help but overhear some salesmen talking about looking for lost keys and generally being very frustrated with one another. It sort of made the place seem out of sorts and unorganized. To summarize the work done to my car was great but the place could use some better management. The popcorn was very good though.

I have had my 2016 F-150 for a year now and am very satisfied with my experience. My salesman Shane Farley has been there to answer questions and helped pull me out of a situation I was in not understanding the new way spare tires are stored. The truck has excellent power , rides and handles well. The follow thru by Shane is also well appreciated , its nice not being forgotten. The service department also does a good job of getting me in and out . We did have one issue but with one phone call and a very short service call my issue was solved quickly. I requested a sprayed on bed liner and Shane set that up with Line-X at a more affordable cost and that also was done great..

April was amazing!! I just bought a 2017 Mustang Ecoboost and the first one was pretty dirty when I test drove so I didn't get a good look at it but after signing paperwork, I noticed that the paint had A LOT of major paint issues due to bird poop. After pointing this out to April and management, they told me to take that one and they would find me one exactly like it and I could come back a resign. The one they found was an upgrade from the initial mustang and the ate the difference. They also got me financed at a lower rate and lower term and had me come resign papers again -- most dealerships wouldn't have even told the customer that but they did and they saved me over $5,000. Overall, I'm very pleased with this experience.
