We found the truck weve been looking for on their lot. Decided to ask a salesperson for a look inside vehicle, and about price.....Abe Khan presented us with his card,....on the card is a stamp that says NON COMMISSIONED SALES CONSULTANT????....Really???....
So....now the conversation turned to the price of the truck....he wrote the price on the back of his business card....and then invited us to check the truck out and drive it....
We liked the truck 2016 F450 King Ranch SuperDuty.....and started talking about trade in price....the manager appraised our 2015 Tahoe...gave us a offer on our trade.....Really???......NO HASSEL??...NO FORCED SIGNINGS OF A OFFER TO BUY SHEET.....NOTHING!!!!!!!!?????
And I'm sure this isn't important to some people....but in the background the music that was playing over the speakers in the DEALERSHIP SHOWROOM?.....was CHRISTIAN Music???......WOW!!! What a statement that was from the owners and management.....
Well,....lets summarize our dealer experience,......NO HASSEL,,,,UPFRONT PRICE ON VEHICLE.,,,,FAIR TRADE OFFER,,,,DID I MENTION NO HASSEL?????
When your looking for a new car or truck and ....I'm not saying I was treated different because this was a $76 thousand dollar truck,...I don't like games,...and silly stuff like keeping my keys to my trade and having me sign crap papers just the see the price on their truck and what are they really offering on mine,...etc..etc....I just want HONEST UPFRONT NO PRESSURE OFFERS ON MY DEAL!!!!!
That's what I received at Two Rivers Ford.....and everyone from the salesman (Abe Kahn) to the fianance guy treated us like we were the only customers they've had all year!!!...they were happy to see us and do business,....and being an out of state sale,....they had the paperwork correct and everything mailed quickly.....GREAT JOB!!!!

On a whim, my husband searched for Ford Taurus models in our area on the Kelly Blue Book site. We had been thinking about a 2014 Taurus for a few weeks after riding in one owned by friends. We have been driving a 2006 Chevrolet Impala and planned to keep it a while longer- we even bought a new Interstate battery for it last week and rotated the tires and changed the oil! We saw a "Magnetic Metallic" NEW 2015 Ford Taurus online at Stan McNabb Ford. This was a color choice we had never seen and it sounded perfect. (We live near Nashville-about an hour away). Joel called and asked about the car. Connie answered and said she would check on it. In FIVE minutes she called us back. It was parked on the showroom floor and she put Angela Franklin on the phone to talk to us about it. We decided to ride down there and look at it. We did not arrive until 5:00 PM- they close at 6:00 PM. Long story short...we bought the car and traded in the Impala!! Everyone was so helpful: Angela, the saleslady, Mike, the sales manager and James, the finance manager!! They ALL stayed until 7:30 PM to help us and we drove home happy and SURPRISED!!!! We just love the new 2015 Taurus!!!

We had the most enjoyable buying experience at Franklin Ford Lincoln in Franklin, TN. Our salesman, Clyde Maxwell, was fantastic and took all the stress out of purchasing a vehicle! He is a NO pressure type of salesman and listened to our wants and needs. He showed us the vehicles that met those needs and our budget without any pressure. The entire staff we dealt with were so friendly and relaxed. We will purchase from them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Brake Service 2006 F350 - RickandJanice
We are from Texas and travel the country living full time in our 5th wheel trailer. When we needed the brakes serviced on our 2006 F350, we were staying just outside Dickson, TN. so decided to give Beaman For a try. From the moment we talked to the first service person to make the appointment to the time we left, we were treated with the utmost respect and consideration that anyone could possibly respect. They even offered a loner car at no cost to us since the service was going to take several hours. We accepted this offer and were provided with a nice clean 2011 Crown Victoria during the time required for service at no additional cost. The dealer service area is not real large but is adequate for a dealership this size and it is very clean and everyone is very professional and friendly. When setting up the appointment, the service tech said she would order all the parts that may be required,based on their analysis of the symptoms, so they would have the parts available when we arrived for our appointment 2 days later. We were only charged for the parts required and they accomplished the repair in the time quoted. This was an excellent service experience.

I was looking for a pre-owned Camaro to purchase. I wanted a 6-speed manual with a sun roof. After searching the web in my home state of AL, and looking throughout GA, TN & MS, I found Jacky Jones in Sweet Water TN. Jacky Jones had a 2011 Camaro RS at the best car at an unbeatable price.
My salesman, Matt Hartup and I hit it off right away. We are both military veterans (he was Air Force and I am Army). Matt tossed me the keys to the 2011 Camaro RS and told me to take it for a spin. Matt allowed the car to sell itself......no pressure. Heck, he didn't even ride with me during the test drive. I took it out on the road and felt NO pressure whatsoever.
The entire Jacky Jones Ford Lincoln staff was a please to deal with. They gave me what I expected for my trade and took real good care of me. I would drive from Anniston AL back to Sweetwater TN to do bushiness with Matt Hartup and Jacky Jones Ford Lincon again in a heartbeat.
Well worth the drive.

We had the BEST buying experience we have ever had!
After deciding on the new car we wanted and doing a lot of research on price, I ask John Jarnagin, Jr. of Jarnagin Ford to find the car we wanted. I gave him the details of the car we wanted (including the interior and exterior color) and then I ask him for the best price he could get the car for. He located the vehicle that I was looking for. He also gave me the best price that I had found for the exact vehicle that I wanted and had already priced at several Knoxville dealerships and requested their "best out the door price" in writing. I did not share any information from one dealership to another on the prices that I had obtained. I only had this information for my purposes of finding the best deal for the same car. The other dealerships did not like giving me the information, however at Jarnagin Ford they gave me the "out the door price" without any question or any hassle. This is the way it should be at every dealership! Every dealership I visited was higher in price for the same car (except color). John located the car we wanted and arranged for it to be delivered for our purchase. We purchased the car and we are happy to have done business with them. We found this dealership to be very honest and efficient. They also do not nickel and dime you to death with every fee you can think of (believe me there are a lot of fees included that we as customers should not be paying)
We would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good honest price! If they do not have the car in stock, have them look for it like we did. We plan on doing business with them again in the future.

I recently purchased a used Ford Explorer Sport Trac for my son at Landers Ford in Collierville. This is the third car I have purchased from this dealer in the past four years. Each experience has been better than the last. On all three occasions I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Salesman Hani Qoran, Managers Kent Ritchey, Jr. and Julian Roberts, and Finance Manager Peter Cotros.
As a single mom, the car buying process is intimidating. At Landers, I am always greeted by a welcoming sales staff eager to be of service. Hani’s patient, laid-back demeanor makes me feel comfortable throughout the process of searching for the ideal vehicle. I’ve never felt pressure to purchase before being ready. Kent & Julian go above and beyond in working out the details of the purchases and ensuring that I remain a satisfied customer. Peter even makes the financial portion of the purchase a delight.

I have dealt with Russell Barnett for over 30 years. I just bought another car from Russell Barnett Family. I did not get a full warranty comma just a drivetrain. 5 Weeks Later the alternator went out and they were nice enough to replace it free of charge. Didn't have to do that cuz it wasn't covered under warranty but they stood up and did what they thought was right. I have been extremely pleased with all the years that I have bought vehicles from them, and I will continue doing my business with the Barnett Family.

BEWARE: Purchased a vehicle from the dealership. Sales people were great and friendly. After having the car a less than one week a big issue came to light. Now when I say big issue I mean the mechanical operations of the car NOT just some small cosmetic issue. When I called the dealership and spoke with the Robb (General Sales Manager) told me he would be happy to take a look at the issue but would not fix it without a charge, because we did not buy a warranty, now I would under stand that if we had the car for 3 weeks or even longer but it has literally been less than 1 week(6 days). To me that means they just sold me a P.O.S.!!! Now how is that good business? They just took ownership of this business 2 weeks ago and already running it into the ground with service like that. Not to mention we paid CASH! So they already got their money and I guess that all they were worried about.

I had researched several cross over SUV's and decided the Ford Escape was the right vehicle for me.
I saw on-line at the inventory on hand at Fairway Ford and picked out the one I wanted. When I went to the dealership to drive the SUV. I was met by Doug Cloud, a new car representative. Doug showed me the car, informed me about the overall features and after the demo drive I knew that was the vehicle I wanted. Doug was so helpful and full of information and his sales pitch was the primary reason I bought from Fairway. He made me feel welcome and took so much time explaining all the features. Doug made me feel like a valued customer.

The salesman I worked with was Billy Manis and he made my car buying experience excellent all the way around. It seems that most dealerships make the car buying experience way to difficult but dealing with Billy (car salesman) and Rex (Financing Officer) and Casey (general manager) at Charlie Rogers Ford could not have been any easier or more pleasant. It was such a pleasure buying our Pre-Owned Subaru Outback from Jenkins and Wynne. Last month I stopped in to look at VW Passat TDI SE that they were selling and met our sales lady Jessica and her manager Rob. They were very nice and courteous. The thing is at that point, I really had not considered buying another car. I just stopped to look at the Passat. I did not feel pressured, nor did I feel on edge talking with them as I so often feel when I talk to car sales people. Jessica gave me her card and after my experience I decided to come back later. A month later I drove by and saw that they still have the VW. My wife and I love our TDI’s that we’ve had and was very interested in their TDI they had for sale. So I stopped again. I went in and Jessica was there again with a beaming smile and warm personality. As I talked with them, I was preparing for a test drive for the Passat and a saw a Pre-Owned Subaru Outback. I liked it at first sight. Jessica with her intuition saw that I liked it and got the keys to show me the SUV. Thinking it would be out of my price range I kind of disregarded the thought but she still offered to allow me to test drive it. As I drove it I began to like it more and more. Jessica was very informative and very knowledgeable of her cars. I was very impressed in her capabilities. As they appraised my 2014 Honda Civic, Rob, her used car manager came back with a very reasonable trade for either the Passat or Outback. Once we agreed to proceed to buy the Outback in comes J.J. who is the finance manger. J.J. was very warm and friendly who wanted to also find the right fit for our finance. She worked tirelessly to get the very best rate and the best bank to finance. As we closed the deal, she was very thorough making sure every detail was understood. She had all the paper work ready when we came to sign. Both Jessica and J.J. and all the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They made us feel that we were the most important customer. Our over all experience is excellent. Deborah and I would happily buy from Jenkins and Wynne again. I was recently at a crossroads deciding whether to go with a 2016 Camaro 2SS or a 2016 Mustang GT Premium. After going to several dealers, test driving, and checking prices I chose the Mustang GT Premium at Ted Russell Ford. They offered the best price on the car that I wanted. I dealt mostly with sales associate DJ that wasn’t pushy and made the car buying experience a good one. The sales manager that came in and spoke was great too but I can’t remember his name. So far I have nothing but good things to say about the folks at Ted Russell Ford Kingston Pike location. If they continue to treat me good I will continue to do business with them. I feel real confident that this was the best deal I could have got. I love the car!

You will find no better customer service than what was provided to us!!! Upon arrival I met Jason McClellan who was a professional from the start not a pushy salesman you normally get. He showed us a few cars and nothing really stood out. He went to the used car Manager Luis Angiano who met with us about finding a vehicle from a sister site or from the auction. We were nervous about making such a purchase but Luis made us feel good about it and said "If I get a Vehicle and It doesn't meet our standard or yours you have no obligation" He then printed off several vehicles and we selected a Chrysler Town and Country. He sent a driver to pick it up in Florida to find that it passed the sale inspection but failed when the driver left to bring it back to Tennessee. This is where we felt the dealership made the difference instead of masking the problems we got a phone call from Luis stating "The Van has a transmission problem and we will return it and I will look for another deal for you" This he did and after several vehicles he found a 2008 Honda Odyssey for us. Let me tell you the pictures sent did not do this Van justice it was near perfect. Then comes the deal with the Finance Manager Matt Crabtree who was amazing and not a pushy you gotta have this and that and if you don't kinda guy. Instead he made a few recommendations and that was it. This was probably the most comfortable car buying and trading experience I have had. These Guys Are Worth A Visit If you are looking to buy a new Car, Truck or Van!!!! ?????
