Warranty Repair - trucker
I took my 2010 F-150 Lariat in for a missing and loss of power problem My consultant was Ron Penepent. Ron had the technician drive my vehicle and diagnose the problem. Because it was a extended power train warranty with Fidelity Warranty , they had to send a n adjuster in to okay repair.
Ron arranged for a rental F-150 to drive while repairs were being done. He kept me informed about the status of my claim and also about the time I could expect my vehicle back. Ron was great to work with and I am very satisfied with the repairs. The truck runs great.

As I was looking for a used Mustang GT, I came across Miracle Ford online. I ultimately did not purchase my vehicle from Miracle Ford, BUT they were by far my favorite dealership I dealt with. The only reason I did not by the vehicle from this dealer was because I was looking for a specific color still within warranty- literally the only reason I did not buy the car from this dealership. Everyone I spoke with was awesome, but Bryan Hopper was particularly exceptional. He was who I dealt with primarily. He was straight forward, and he consistently went out of his way to help me with everything I requested prior to purchasing the car (being from Georgia, Bryan understood my concern of the vehicle's condition, and made videos of the vehicle (including imperfections) for me to review). If you want a dealer that is on your side, go to Miracle Ford. If you want a person who is on your side, go to Bryan Hopper.

Brake Service 2006 F350 - RickandJanice
We are from Texas and travel the country living full time in our 5th wheel trailer. When we needed the brakes serviced on our 2006 F350, we were staying just outside Dickson, TN. so decided to give Beaman For a try. From the moment we talked to the first service person to make the appointment to the time we left, we were treated with the utmost respect and consideration that anyone could possibly respect. They even offered a loner car at no cost to us since the service was going to take several hours. We accepted this offer and were provided with a nice clean 2011 Crown Victoria during the time required for service at no additional cost. The dealer service area is not real large but is adequate for a dealership this size and it is very clean and everyone is very professional and friendly. When setting up the appointment, the service tech said she would order all the parts that may be required,based on their analysis of the symptoms, so they would have the parts available when we arrived for our appointment 2 days later. We were only charged for the parts required and they accomplished the repair in the time quoted. This was an excellent service experience.

After deciding on the new car we wanted and doing a lot of research on price, I ask John Jarnagin, Jr. of Jarnagin Ford to find the car we wanted. I gave him the details of the car we wanted (including the interior and exterior color) and then I ask him for the best price he could get the car for. He located the vehicle that I was looking for. He also gave me the best price that I had found for the exact vehicle that I wanted and had already priced at several Knoxville dealerships and requested their "best out the door price" in writing. I did not share any information from one dealership to another on the prices that I had obtained. I only had this information for my purposes of finding the best deal for the same car. The other dealerships did not like giving me the information, however at Jarnagin Ford they gave me the "out the door price" without any question or any hassle. This is the way it should be at every dealership! Every dealership I visited was higher in price for the same car (except color). John located the car we wanted and arranged for it to be delivered for our purchase. We purchased the car and we are happy to have done business with them. We found this dealership to be very honest and efficient. They also do not nickel and dime you to death with every fee you can think of (believe me there are a lot of fees included that we as customers should not be paying)
We would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good honest price! If they do not have the car in stock, have them look for it like we did. We plan on doing business with them again in the future.

Each experience has been better than the last. As a single mom, the car buying process is intimidating. At Landers, I am always greeted by a welcoming sales staff eager to be of service. I have dealt with Russell Barnett for over 30 years. I just bought another car from Russell Barnett Family. I did not get a full warranty comma just a drivetrain. 5 Weeks Later the alternator went out and they were nice enough to replace it free of charge. Didn't have to do that cuz it wasn't covered under warranty but they stood up and did what they thought was right. I have been extremely pleased with all the years that I have bought vehicles from them, and I will continue doing my business with the Barnett Family.

It was an extreme pleasure buying my new Escape from Charlie Rogers Ford. I did an online search for the vehicle I wanted. I found it here, late Friday night. I emailed the dealership with a few questions and by 9:30 am on Saturday Curtis had answered my questions. We pretty much completed the deal online. The following Monday I drove an hour to the dealership to complete the deal. I was out by noon. No high pressure sales pitch. I received exactly what I wanted at the agreed upon price. I don't know who is responsible for ordering the cars or color schemes, but whom ever does it, hit a home run with this one. Every place I have been over the past week, I have received at least one compliment about the color.
Rex is the finance manager and he found me the very best deal I could possibly get thru Ford Motor Credit. Very pleased with my purchase. I encourage any one looking to buy a new or used automobile check these guys out. I don't think you'll be disappointed. These people do not believe in high pressure sales.

I drove to Kingsport from Chattanooga to inquire about a used Toyota truck which I ending up trading my car for and buying. I dealt with Jeff who was really great and straightforward and very helpful the whole way through. Knowing that I had driven so far to look at a vehicle most dealers would have used that as a way to take advantage of a determined buyer, but this was not true at Kingsport Ford. They treated me very fairly on the trade and the purchase. They treated me like family. Everyone there was really great and super friendly and fun to talk to. Even the people that weren't involved in the sell treated me great. That is rare these days. The next time I need a vehicle I will definitely shop here first.

So...I bought a 2013 Ford F150 from Ted Russel Ford on Parkside 3 months ago. I take it in to get first oil change and tire rotation. Next thing I know the service girl is telling me that my left front caliper is locked up and worn down the outside brake pad. Need to replace caliper and brake pads to the tune of $350. I asked if they were going to take care of it seeing I had only driven the truck 7000 miles. They replied "no" because it is not covered under warranty. Then a service/sales guy comes out and tells me he will knock of $60 bc I have not had the truck very long. Well I said "no" and took it to someone else to get a second opinion. When I took it for second opinion I asked them to inspect brakes and told them nothing else. They came back and told me essentially the same thing except, they would inspect caliper and see why it was locking up. Ford did not do this, they just tried to get me to buy a new one. The caliper pins were not lubricated properly which was causing it to lock up. (Why wouldn't Ford figure that out??) I had to replace both rotors and both sets of brake pads to the tune of $450. After replacing these during the test the brake pedal was going all the way down to the floor. Apparently that is a problem with the master cylinder. So I did some searching on brake problems for 2013 Ford F150's and there is a recall on master cylinders for "some" 2013 Ford F150's. Also pages and pages of complaints on braking problems just like I am having. Apparently my model has not been recalled and the dealership refused to fix the problem, unless I paid for it!!!! I just bought a Ford truck from a Ford dealership, driven 7000 miles and now having to spend $800 on a known issue and they refuse to fix! I will never buy another Ford if this isn't rectified and I will sure as xxxx not buy from Ted Russell ever again! Mystifies me why a dealership on their product, purchased from them would lose a customer over a part that probably costs them $100??!!

Bad charging system - Jimj409
The day before I was at a campground 40 miles away. My check charging system light came on. Following day with travel trailer hooked up behind. After 10 Miles the light came back on. Blinking on then off I knew I needed service. My daughter called from Chattanooga. Your service dept said they could fit us in. I pulled in and Joey Parris knew I was coming and was very understanding. It was expensive, but we were back on the road in three and a half hours. I used to work a a Ford dealer in the late 70s and early 80s.
I do understand the price structure in the auto parts business.
