Fuel Rail Sensor replacement - Sandra Gray
My husband and I came in to have the computer put on the scope as the engine light was on. I was told all of what needed to be done but could not afford to have everything done. The fuel rail sensor alone would be 497.74 plus tax (taking about 1 1/2 to 2 hours labor). In order to get my vehicle to pass emissions I had to have the fuel rail sensor replaced first.
We left to come up with the money needed and when we returned, it only ended up being about 30 minutes which brought the total price down to 297.34. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised not only with the lower price and shorter repair time, but with the honesty of the service personnel.
You see, Joe Trentham and his technician could have very well not said a thing about the shorter labor time and just left us sitting for another hour but they didn't.

All areas were rated excellent except the service department... Out of the four visits, two were horrible. It was late 2009 when I purchased my new truck- The bad experiences have left me very leery of ever returning for service.
Johnny was the only reason I returned to purchase the 2017 Honda. He is one of the only sales representative I have trusted.

Trying to buy a new truck during the busiest week of the year (Year End Sale) for the salesman can be difficult due to the heavy demand. I had a particular truck that I wanted.It was not available locally, but Jarrod Arrington was able to find what I needed.Unfortunatly as the paperwork was being signed we found out the truck had been outfitted with a 4inch lift kit and other accessories by the dealer that was supplying the vehicle to Johnson Ford. Not to be deterred Jarrod was able to locate another truck with the accessories I wanted and a couple more I didn't request but will use.
I appreciate all the help and concern from the Johnson team that helped.

We had the BEST buying experience we have ever had!
After deciding on the new car we wanted and doing a lot of research on price, I ask John Jarnagin, Jr. of Jarnagin Ford to find the car we wanted. I gave him the details of the car we wanted (including the interior and exterior color) and then I ask him for the best price he could get the car for. He located the vehicle that I was looking for. He also gave me the best price that I had found for the exact vehicle that I wanted and had already priced at several Knoxville dealerships and requested their "best out the door price" in writing. I did not share any information from one dealership to another on the prices that I had obtained. I only had this information for my purposes of finding the best deal for the same car. The other dealerships did not like giving me the information, however at Jarnagin Ford they gave me the "out the door price" without any question or any hassle. This is the way it should be at every dealership! Every dealership I visited was higher in price for the same car (except color). John located the car we wanted and arranged for it to be delivered for our purchase. We purchased the car and we are happy to have done business with them. We found this dealership to be very honest and efficient. They also do not nickel and dime you to death with every fee you can think of (believe me there are a lot of fees included that we as customers should not be paying)
We would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good honest price! If they do not have the car in stock, have them look for it like we did. We plan on doing business with them again in the future.

I was in need of a vehicle that could better handle winter weather so we search all of the eastern US to find a dealer that would give us a good deal on a new car as well as on a trade-in. Out of the 4 other dealerships we were in contact with, Landers was able to reduce the MSRP more than any other dealership while also giving us the best trade-in value for my vehicle. When we arrived at Landers to close the deal there were absolutely no surprises, making it a very smooth and exciting transaction. The atmosphere and customer service at Landers in Collierville is the best I seen at any car dealership. I would highly recommend doing business with them as they only want to ensure full customer satisfaction.

I have dealt with Russell Barnett for over 30 years. I just bought another car from Russell Barnett Family. I did not get a full warranty comma just a drivetrain. 5 Weeks Later the alternator went out and they were nice enough to replace it free of charge. Didn't have to do that cuz it wasn't covered under warranty but they stood up and did what they thought was right. I have been extremely pleased with all the years that I have bought vehicles from them, and I will continue doing my business with the Barnett Family.

It was an extreme pleasure buying my new Escape from Charlie Rogers Ford. I did an online search for the vehicle I wanted. I found it here, late Friday night. I emailed the dealership with a few questions and by 9:30 am on Saturday Curtis had answered my questions. We pretty much completed the deal online. The following Monday I drove an hour to the dealership to complete the deal. I was out by noon. No high pressure sales pitch. I received exactly what I wanted at the agreed upon price. I don't know who is responsible for ordering the cars or color schemes, but whom ever does it, hit a home run with this one. Every place I have been over the past week, I have received at least one compliment about the color.
Rex is the finance manager and he found me the very best deal I could possibly get thru Ford Motor Credit. Very pleased with my purchase. I encourage any one looking to buy a new or used automobile check these guys out. I don't think you'll be disappointed. These people do not believe in high pressure sales.

I bought my 150 in 08 from Crown. They have done every service. I will not take out anywhere else. With or without appt my service advisor Randy Tant gets me in and out in short order. Never once have they tried to up sell me on anything I didn't need. Prices for service as good as anywhere else and every 6th one is free.
After 4 Visits Still Could Not Fix Problem on New Ford Van - Vernon Patrick
New 2015 Ford Transit 350 Diesel van had loud rattle in sliding door from day one of purchase. Took to Fairway Ford 4 times, the last of which it was still under warranty. On the last receipt it said, "Customer states sliding door has a rattle in it. Concern due to door flex and size of door. Can not be repaired". I contacted Ford Motor Company and they said the door would be fixed even though my warranty just ran out. Tried to get back with Fairway and they would not fix it. Called Ford again and apologized saying that Fairway was independently owned and nothing could be done. This van cost over $50,000.00 and I paid cash for it. I will never deal with Ford again. I have bought other vehicles from them in the past.
I had taken the van in for other appointments and would not get my van back for 2-5 days. Once with 40,000 miles on the van, my check engine light came on. Tried to call service, left message, after one hour I went to the Service Department in person and 3 service people were just sitting around the table. I was told it would cost $117 just to check it out and it would be next week before they could fix it and that it was not under warranty.
I took it to Friendship Ford in Johnson City, was nicely told it was under warranty and they fixed it the next day.
The service department at Fairway have been very rude to me. They will not return calls and evidently do not know what they are doing. I will never set foot on the property again. Allen White is who I dealt with.

The tutorial given by Shane Hiett took the intimidation out of all those buttons on the dash. I would never have thought I would have a talking car. There was some confusion about which car had a special sale price so the dealer went above and beyond and applied the sale price to the car of my choice.

Dee Harris sold me my 2012 Hyundai Tucson, as he did my last 2 cars that were Fords. He has always done right by me and sold me excellent cars and also got me monthly payments that I could afford! There was absolutely NO PRESSURE and I really appreciated that! He totally went out of his way to take care of me, even down to picking me up and getting my broken car from the garage and Town & Country Ford of Nashville backed him all the way. Ben (salesman) solicited his car selling services to me and stated upon the referral of a buyer I would be sent a referral fee if my referral purchased a vehicle. Well I referred a buyer which purchased a vehicle and I've yet to receive my fee. I asked him about it and he said he would get with Anthony but he had stated the deal lost money. That's not my problem they lost money on a deal. He didn't disclose "if your referrals buy a car, we will send you a referral fee if and only if we don't lose money!" That was never stated. I will never refer people to this dealer if they can't back up their business on the front end.

The day before I was at a campground 40 miles away. My check charging system light came on. Following day with travel trailer hooked up behind. After 10 Miles the light came back on. Blinking on then off I knew I needed service. My daughter called from Chattanooga. Your service dept said they could fit us in. I pulled in and Joey Parris knew I was coming and was very understanding. It was expensive, but we were back on the road in three and a half hours. I used to work a a Ford dealer in the late 70s and early 80s.
I do understand the price structure in the auto parts business.
