I cannot say enough amazing things specifically about this location OR Greg Taylor- run to Rusty Wallace Kia ALCOA!! My amazing experience started with Greg who is THE BEST from start to finish (and multiple times in between lol)- I have been taken advantage of in the past by salespeople- NOT him. He is a true family man and you can actually trust he will treat you as he would his wife or children and have your best interest at heart. He was more than patient enough with me throughout the car buying process (I am not the easiest cookie by this point in life lol) and I got an amazing deal thanks to him. He is extremely hands on and involved even AFTER completing the sale- and I had a false alarm w my car only a week after getting it and couldn't be MORE IMPRESSED with his continued care and customer service (answering and helping me after hours on the wknd!!), and this compliment extends to the service dept in the dealership as well. Donna was my first point of contact for that and she was really on the ball getting things set up to be checked out asap and accommodations made. Nick, the service advisor, could not be more courteous, helpful, and efficient. I feel so good knowing my car will be under his care when needed in the future!! I honestly didn't know what I could expect from a dealership service dept so that was a wonderful surprise. I can happily report that it was an accessory I had placed on my Kia Soul that caused the engine not to start (a safety feature), hate the drama that ensued to figure that out :P, but can say without a shadow of a doubt I made the right decision to make such a large purchase with Kia Alcoa bc I know how I will be treated if any issues DO arise!! Greg has continued to follow up with me since I got my car back. The customer service at this specific location is just outstanding. My car is amazing and so much fun to drive, but that much more great having the security I feel thanks to the dealership I got it from! Most people can't say that with certainty after just the first week of buying their car hehe but I can! Thanks so much again Greg for helping me make the best decision!!!!

Service was great, I made my selection on tires, however the service center recommended a slightly more expensive tire but after telling me the benefits and listening to my concerns about driving in the rain due to an accident a few years back… the slightly more expensive tire was the BEST OPTION, making me feel safe in my commute. Great experience! We had all of needs and questions answered for us primarily by Miracle the internet manage. She was great. We also was helped by Jamar with the financing. They supplied a bottom line price "out the door" for we brought our own financing. When we arrived to take delivery we were introduced and assisted by our very knowledgeable salesperson Eric. We were in and out in a very short time and on our way home to Germantown, TN 225 miles away. One of the best experiences we have had buying a new car in years. Subaru of Gallatin beat the Memphis prices hands down! Great place to do business. Would consider doing business there again. Keep up the good work guys! RDuke
