Asked for 60k service minus oil change and air filters. Also, requested brakes be checked and changed if needed. $1800 later-charged for oil change, filters, and brakes were never checked. Changed air filters the prior week…should have been obvious, aside from me telling them. I expected them to recommend wiper blades replacement(my rear wiper had the rubber piece clearly dangling), but no mention. Had been avoiding bringing my car to them due to poor customer service during previous visit….im done with this dealership

Purchase a preowned vehicle called there shortly after purchased many problems developed, took it to the dealer. Dealer refused to help, they wanted to charge me over five grand to fix the problems. Did not want to meet in the middle. Just refused to help. Decided that I wanted to try and trade it in and the dealer offered me 10 grand less for what I purchased the car for buyers beware, be very, very careful when purchasing a preowned vehicle from this dealer.

Welcome back to owning a Hyundai. Owned two previously, switched to Nissan briefly (horrible, horrible experience less than two weeks after purchased on recalled parts that weren't replaced - tried to stick me with $5k cost). My Hyundai's never, ever gave me issues. Plus, treated extremely well - by all staff! Highly recommend 👌. Get one before the tarrifs go up! Also, when I bought my last Hyundai, my trade in value was higher than the original purchase price. Talk about value.

Terrible dealership, avoid at all costs. I have been waiting for 2 months for a shock absorber for my truck that should be covered under warranty. I filled out the review they sent me and the manager responded asking me for my contact information. I sent it and he never made any attempt to call me, been 3 weeks now. Looks like it is bad from the top down. I will never go back there I will make the drive to Columbia its a much better dealership. I bought my truck from Columbia because of how bad Beaman was. I thought maybe they could handle a shock absorber I guess I was wrong.

I had been looking for a small truck with low miles and a manual transmission. I wanted a basic no-frills truck to keep for the long haul. I had been looking on AutoTader.com, Cars.com, and CarGurus.com. I would find trucks and call but they would be gone shortly after they were listed. I happened to be driving by Stan McNabb Chevrolet and saw a little black GMC Canyon and looked in the window, and it had a manual transmission. They weren’t open so I went home and looked online and saw that it had 45k miles and was priced right with a good Carfax. I called and talked to Don McKay and decided to go test drive it. It was what I was looking for and I was happy with the price. I already had financing arranged but they got a lower rate for me. It was a no-hassle transaction with none of the expected upsell drama. They listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Danny Veirs was also involved because Don was working with another customer who came in the same time as me asking for him. I’ll come back the next time I’m looking for a vehicle and give them another shot.

They don’t communicate well. They are way over priced. Called multiple times and left msg for a call back never got call back. Won’t go here again

Thought it was gonna be hard from "out of state" (Georgia) but this Tennessee Vol Fan made it too easy. once we found the vehicle we wanted..all we had to do is make the drive...(we chose to do that) and he did everything else from online paperwork to emailing and texting everything we needed. No pushy sales talk...any of that... EVERYTHING was up to us moving forward. He's just a Great Person!! Once we got there, everything was ready....vehicle was CLEAN....fluid levels correct..and ready to drive back to GA. Just couldn't ask for any better experience than that. Tremendously Great Experience!!!!
