This is my 2nd car purchased from Duncan Honda/Hyundai. I purchased my new Accent in 2014 and my new Elantra last week. Michael Procaccio was my Car Specialist for both purchases. The first employee we met was Kaleb, he was very nice, informative, and showed us the way they did business. It was late and the dealership was closing, but we enjoyed the brief 15min experience with him that we decided to come back. When we came back, Kaleb had a previous appointment already since we just walked in without notice, so he directed us to Sherri right away to save us time. After getting to meet Sherri, she had the same AMAZING customer service and took care of us over the next couple of days. She didn’t pressure us in anyway; she informed us of ALL the features in every car we took so we could make the best decision for us. We test drove a few cars and actually ended up falling in love with an affordable loaded 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. The amazing customer service experience even extended to the team leader (Sammy), he was also able to help us make the best decision for US when comparing the vehicles and given our credit situation. OVERALL AMAZING EXPERIENCE, WILL SHOP HERE AGAIN!!

Landmark Honda is my go to Honda dealership in the area. They have a world class service department and yesterday I went in to purchase my second car from them.
It had been several years since I needed to purchase a new car and I was hesitate because I didn't want to deal with what I thought would be high pressure from the sales force. This was not what I experienced and the whole purchasing process was outstanding and no hassles. My sales person was Minhaj Adeel and he was very knowledgeable on the makes and models of all of the cars I looked at. I did not know at the time what model I wanted, so I was able to test drive several.
I am very happy with my new CRV-EX and I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Landmark Honda in the future. From Adeel, to the manager, and Maria in the finance department, the whole experience was very easy and enjoyable.

I drove on the lot looking at used and new vehicle. Made two complete trips around the lot looking but never stopped my vehicle. There were no pushy salespersons chasing after me. I left the lot for about 20 minutes and then came back. I drove up to the showroom and put my window down to ask some questions. That is when I first met Chris Simmons. We had a short conversation about what I was looking for. We went inside and went over several options based on what they had on the lot. I found the car that met all my requirements. Chris was able to discuss pricing before I had even driven the car. The price was well below sticker price and within my budget so we took a test drive. At no time was there any pressure to buy. None whats so ever. After the test drive I was sold so I made the purchase. Chris made the buying experience very enjoyable and relaxing. This is the third car I have leased with Joyce Koons Honda. This time, we leased a 2016 Honda Odyssey and I thought the experience was just awesome and that Joyce Koons Honda really took care of me and values the relationships they build with their customers!
Typically, getting a new car, whether leasing or buying, is one of stress and discomfort, but this time around was just awesome. After my initial phone call with Jeff Hever, the sales associate, I had a good feeling that he would be able to help me with the new car while transitioning away from the current CR-V lease I had.
After arriving at the showroom, I felt Jeff was genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed and didn't feel pressured to make a decision that was outside of my goals. It was also nice to be able to talk about family and learn more about him while we waited! Both Jeff and his sales manager, Tim Welton, were very eager and determined to help me find the right car at the right price...which they definitely came through on! Lastly, I was impressed how Behzad Mahmoodi, the Finance Manager, made the process of handling all the paperwork and financing super smooth as well as the ease of transferring my existing license plate to the new car without having to deal directly with the DMV!
Yesterday, I got the kid's car seats loaded up and we all went for a family ride (the first time we've actually made an event of it!) and everyone was super excited about the new car.
Overall, my wife and I felt like we made a solid decision with no regrets and that Jeff Hever, Tim Welton, and Behzad Mahmoodi made it happen! I will definitely be directing people their way when given the chance. Keep up the great work!
Recall refix - kczieg
I had a recall for the passenger air bag. Took the car in for the fix with an appointment. It was promptly returned and I was very satisfied. Unfortunately the dashboard airbag light would not go out indicating a malfunction. Made a new appointment and the correction took less than 1 hour, less time than promised. I was very pleased. Plus for my inconvenience they hand washed the car. My service adviser Rachel Higgins was terrific. It is a sham the first repair did not work out, but Rachael made it right. I recommend the shop repair mechanics do a better final check of the work so it is repaired correctly the very first time.

There was no further haggling or gimmicks once I got there to complete the purchase. The whole process once I got to the dealership took less than 2 hours to complete. I highly recommend Justin. Honda CRV versus Toyota Rav 4 - Greg Everett
My wife and I decided we needed a new vehicle and had narrowed our selection down to either the Toyota Rav 4 or the Honda CRV. Our saleman Andre Abitbol new his merchandise well and that of his leading competitor. He was right in showing that even though I normally prefer Toyotas; dollar for dollar the features included with the Honda CRV made it a better purchase and we did compare both in a test drive. Andre was there for the sale begginining to end. He even programed the cars blue tooth system for my wifes phone upon delivery of the vehicle to her. Matt his sales manager was able to farely nogotiate an agreeable price knocking out all the added fluff. From the lady selling us the added corrosion protection package through the finace manager the Staff here at Priority Honda is top notch. Given time and with such vehicles as Honda seems to be producing I don't expect it to be long before this patictular dealership grows and expands as large as its Toyota brother up the road gaining its own snack bar as well. Priority's sale price with its guarantees on this particular vehicle significantly beat out the Checkerd Flags and First team Hondas price. Priority Honda a true winner.

I have been coming to this dealer for service on my Honda for 4 yrs now...If there is ever a time where you feel like the service wasnt up to par just speak to a manager. They aim to please and appreciate their customers. That says a lot. They really do try to strive for ppl's business which is why I continue dealing with them. I went across town in Chesapeake to buy another car at another Honda dealership because First Team Honda didnt have much of a selection at the time. Worst mistake! Even with the other dealership's gimmicks of free oil changes and engine guarantees you can't beat First team Honda's attitude going above in beyond to provide excellent customer service. while they may not give you free oil change but their vehicles are already price cheaper than that competitor that it really does NOT matter. Plus how much do you really spend in oil change a year anyway? $130 if even... Not worth paying thousands in total price of a car at the other dealership. Do your research and do the math. In addition to the care, and excellent customer service you will receive at First Team Honda. Spent your hard earned dollars where a company value you as a person and not how much they can get from you.
