Bought my first Hendrick Honda Woodbridge vehicle several years ago. Excellent sales and finance experience and my service experience was also excellent. This is what brought me back to Hendrick Honda and I was not disappointed. The Sales Person, Robert Kamga did an excellent job selling me my new Civic. He is extremely knowledgeable of the models and utilized a patience approach to putting me in my new vehicle. Closing the deal with the Finance Department was again, another excellent experience. I was glad the Chinaka Achurka was the Finance Manager that closed out the deal. Extremely thorough, professional and personable. A great team!!

Purchased a new Honda Civic ('16) Touring and Mrs. Klimova was great to work with! I never felt pressured or pushed to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. She was very informative about the car and if I asked something she wasn't 100% sure on she got back to me with an answer in a timely manner. I went to this dealership with no intention of buying a car that day but to look at the colors available on the Ridgeline and to see what the "out the door price" price would be. I was introduced to Matthew Lazar who was extremely pleasant and very sociable. Matt was very knowledgeable about the new Ridgeline even though Honda did not make a Ridgeline last year. Matt worked with me and was able to get me a great trade in price on my old Honda (sight unseen) even with a head gasket leak! I left that day with a new 2017 Ridgeline in the color I wanted. The service I have repeatedly received on my leased Honda Accord EX-L V6 by Samuel Zelaya continues to be exceptional. He listens to your concerns, indicates what can be done, explains any costs and gives a very good estimate of the time required. On my last visit I was concerned about some seal deterioration around the sunroof. He ordered the item necessary, scheduled the date for repair and said the company would cover the cost. When I received a pick-up call, my car was washed and vacuumed! So appreciated.

A few years ago I bought a civic ex there and had to pull teeth to get the valet key as nobody would return my call. Then I bought a 2016 civic touring model from college park Honda which has 100 times better customer service. So I take my civic to auto nation for service on 21sep16, I did get a loaner which is nice, but I can't get anyone to return my calls, I've had an infotainment system issue since I bought the car and auto nation just can't get it right. I've been there several times for the same issue but their respond time on returned phone calls is almost non-existent and the management has holds no accountability. I only go to auto nation because it's close.
