I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2017 Honda Ridgeline at Valley Honda in Staunton VA recently. The staff are very pro-active regarding customer satisfaction. Unlike past experiences when purchasing a vehicle, the staff at Valley continually kept me advised regarding the status of my truck from pre-build status, to the actual build date and delivery. I also received a follow-up telephone call after I had the truck for a few days asking if I was satisfied and happy with our new Ridgeline. The service department seems to follow the same philosophy in keeping the customer updated regarding vehicle status while waiting. Valley takes the 'extra step' in making a vehicle purchase a pleasurable experience.

He never pressured me and was constantly there when I had a question. Even 3 months after the purchase, Tyler has responded to every text since I pulled out of the dealership and answered any questions or concerns I had. Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome that wasn't corny or cliche' in anyway. Mr Paul Parker then assisted me with everything from there. I have to say he was a straight shooter& there was no fluff or anything of the sort. Basically , he was a true professional who got straight down to business with a no nonsense "salesman" stereotype approach. Most dealers I visit, I literally feel like they are vampires trying to exploit an opportunity--NOT AT Priority Honda! Staff was awesome and again, no corny cliche' sales stereotypes of any sort. A friend recommended me to go to Boyd Honda and ask for Tabitha. She is the best salesperson ever; She's honest, great personality, straight to point and very professional. Everywhere else I went to purchase a vehicle, no one could help me. But somehow Tabitha did, she took charge of my situation and even pick out my new truck. Not taking anything away from any of the other sales persons, but I have to say in my opinion, Tabitha is #1 on the sales list!!! Boyd Honda has the Good, The Better and Tabitha is the Best!!!

Moses was very helpful on providing competitive quotes on a Honda CRV, and was always prompt and with followups. Highly recommend his service if you are considering buying a Honda. The dealership is also transparent on new car pricing; you can see the discount on its website. The discount is far higher than several dealers I called and asked for the best offer.

Back in August; my car cut off while idling. I got it towed to Colonial Honda 23836, I was told "we started your car and let it run for 45 min. & nothing was wrong". Recently my car cut off AGAIN in September while idling very upset because I just got a multi point inspection (state inspection) in June. Now here's my problem my car has been in the shop TWICE since June. & my car was to be okay. NOW Today October & my 2012 Honda Accord is making this horrible noise and I can barely turn my steering wheel; so I call HONDA and set up an appointment stating to check my alternator, run battery test, & also check my steering pump. What do you know my steering pump is leaking into my alternator causeing my car to shut off! Not to mention I NEED A NEW BATTERY. Now why wasn't this done in the beginning; in which I asked and was told mam this could've just happened! Really?? further more I set up a time to get all this stuff fixed and they gave me a loaner with a big xxx dent in the rear driver side; it was filthy in the inside. I do not keep my car dirty nor will I drive one! I took the loaner and brought it right back and requested a new one I was told there wasn't any more, so I asked them to wash and vacuum the loaner it takes them 45 MINUTES I am feed up at this point! Give me my car back and I will get my car serviced somewhere else. So you guys just tell me what ever sounds good with out digging you all in the hole I am very very disappointed in the service I received I have been to HONDA 3 times in the past week and my car still have not been serviced!!!!!!!

Poor Service, Worse Sales - hondadriver
Bought vehicle back in September and had a bad experience with the sales department both in demeanor of sales person (Jim) and sales manager (Freddie) but they also gave me a vehicle with a known defect. (front passenger door actuator broken) that makes a loud "shuddering" noise trying to lock the door every time I lock the door. Leading me to their poor service department which has tried to fix it, and did not succeed - tried to take it back to get fixed and was told technician was out on vacation and no one else could handle it and I would have to wait a week.
Additionally frustrating - even though I came in with a pre-approved loan from my bank the finance manager ran my credit against several other banks causing my credit score to be negatively affected.
Overall - very bad - would not recommend, and wish I had not gone there in the first place.

A few years ago I bought a civic ex there and had to pull teeth to get the valet key as nobody would return my call. Then I bought a 2016 civic touring model from college park Honda which has 100 times better customer service. So I take my civic to auto nation for service on 21sep16, I did get a loaner which is nice, but I can't get anyone to return my calls, I've had an infotainment system issue since I bought the car and auto nation just can't get it right. I've been there several times for the same issue but their respond time on returned phone calls is almost non-existent and the management has holds no accountability. I only go to auto nation because it's close.
