Duncan Honda and Hyundai seem to have much better customer service than others. I'm 67 and I've seen a lot of poor service. Michael Procaccio responded immediately to my internet request regarding a pre-owned pickup shown on the website. Those initial contacts with Mike convinced me to drive out to Christiansburg instead of shopping in Roanoke. I like their no-hassle, best price concept. Be sure to see their vintage Honda cars on display!

Back in August; my car cut off while idling. I got it towed to Colonial Honda 23836, I was told "we started your car and let it run for 45 min. & nothing was wrong". Recently my car cut off AGAIN in September while idling very upset because I just got a multi point inspection (state inspection) in June. Now here's my problem my car has been in the shop TWICE since June. & my car was to be okay. NOW Today October & my 2012 Honda Accord is making this horrible noise and I can barely turn my steering wheel; so I call HONDA and set up an appointment stating to check my alternator, run battery test, & also check my steering pump. What do you know my steering pump is leaking into my alternator causeing my car to shut off! Not to mention I NEED A NEW BATTERY. Now why wasn't this done in the beginning; in which I asked and was told mam this could've just happened! Really?? further more I set up a time to get all this stuff fixed and they gave me a loaner with a big xxx dent in the rear driver side; it was filthy in the inside. I do not keep my car dirty nor will I drive one! I took the loaner and brought it right back and requested a new one I was told there wasn't any more, so I asked them to wash and vacuum the loaner it takes them 45 MINUTES I am feed up at this point! Give me my car back and I will get my car serviced somewhere else. So you guys just tell me what ever sounds good with out digging you all in the hole I am very very disappointed in the service I received I have been to HONDA 3 times in the past week and my car still have not been serviced!!!!!!!

I When Landmark Honda of Alexandria refused to replace the defective airbag of my 2010 CRV on a Saturday because they might loose profit? I contacted Honda of America and they informed me that ALL Honda dealerships are required to perform defective airbag replacements during their normal operating hours, which obviously includes Saturday. Contacting Browns Arlington Honda, they welcomed my vehicle on a Saturday with open arms! Service writers Ms. Shemeka, and Mr. Deemer, are both honest, thorough, yet proifessional. Service writer Mr. Deemer who had authorized the technician to perform a safety check of my vehicle. Could have attempted to hard sell me on new tires, because my CRV will probably need them by next summer. Yet he did not and remained cool, calm knowledgable... Should I choose to purchase another Honda product, or need further servicing Browns Arlington Honda has won a new customer!

A few years ago I bought a civic ex there and had to pull teeth to get the valet key as nobody would return my call. Then I bought a 2016 civic touring model from college park Honda which has 100 times better customer service. So I take my civic to auto nation for service on 21sep16, I did get a loaner which is nice, but I can't get anyone to return my calls, I've had an infotainment system issue since I bought the car and auto nation just can't get it right. I've been there several times for the same issue but their respond time on returned phone calls is almost non-existent and the management has holds no accountability. I only go to auto nation because it's close.

I have been coming to this dealer for service on my Honda for 4 yrs now...If there is ever a time where you feel like the service wasnt up to par just speak to a manager. They aim to please and appreciate their customers. That says a lot. They really do try to strive for ppl's business which is why I continue dealing with them. I went across town in Chesapeake to buy another car at another Honda dealership because First Team Honda didnt have much of a selection at the time. Worst mistake! Even with the other dealership's gimmicks of free oil changes and engine guarantees you can't beat First team Honda's attitude going above in beyond to provide excellent customer service. while they may not give you free oil change but their vehicles are already price cheaper than that competitor that it really does NOT matter. Plus how much do you really spend in oil change a year anyway? $130 if even... Not worth paying thousands in total price of a car at the other dealership. Do your research and do the math. In addition to the care, and excellent customer service you will receive at First Team Honda. Spent your hard earned dollars where a company value you as a person and not how much they can get from you.
