My sincerest thanks and appreciation to Logan and the service department for accommodating an emergency repair. My family and I were on our way back to NJ and towing our camper when the vacuum assist for the brakes failed on our Sierra. By the grace of God we safely made it to their dealership and Logan got the truck diagnosed and repaired within a few hours while my family and I waited in our camper at the back of their lot. You can schedule appointments at your convenience and they stick to the scheduled time, provide the estimated cost before the work is done and estimate how long it will take to be completed so you can wait or borrow a loner. I definitely recommend this dealership for their service dept. as well as their showroom. I have purchased several Subarus and love these cars.

The work is done right the first time, the cost is reasonable, and we are kept informed of the status of the work by the service rep. I can't imagine ever wanting to have service on our Foresters done by anyone else but Farrish Subaru.
