From start to finish and even beyond competing the purchase, Alex was attentive, kind, patient, informative, and stellar all around. While based in southern Indiana, we explored multiple dealerships on both sides of the river for this purchase. They worked hard and told me exactly what I was going to need to do to get into a new vehicle. My husband bought a lexus SUV. After he purchased it and popped the hood . Bumper cover was glued on and it has been wrecked and here we are 5 thousand later to fix it. Wreck didn't show up on car fax. Will never buy from here. Should have went to Oxmoor Toyota where we normally go to buy cars.

While searching dealerships in the area for a used, small truck I could buy for cheap, I came upon this place. Matt came out to meet me when I pulled up, introduced himself, and listened to what I wanted. He said he'd look into it, but while I waited, he said I should look at the Santa Cruz they had on the lot since that was a small truck. Not believing I wanted a new vehicle, I entertained his request despite thinking I'd be going the used truck route. Long story short, I decided against buying used and went with the good deal he gave me on the Santa Cruz. He spoke sense about used cars vs. new cars with warranties, impending price increases due to tariffs on new vehicles, offered me a great deal on a higher trim model, and didn't blink or pressure me when I said I was going to take the evening to think about it. I came back the next day after looking at a Ford Maverick across the street. Matt was easier to talk to than the guy at the Ford dealership, I liked the Santa Cruz more than the Maverick, and with the deal he gave me, it would cost about the same for a better vehicle. Buying a car from this place felt good. Assuming I want another Hyundai in the future, I don't foresee myself going anywhere else.

I recently bought two new cars at this dealership. The salesmen just answered my questions without any pressure sales pitches. The finance manager which I call "The finance wizard" was amazing! He was truly honest about everything from the beginning. No three hour false back and forth like the other dealerships that wear you out until you agree to a payment that you cant afford. If you have to worry about making a payment every month that you are struggling to afford, it makes it impossible to enjoy your new car. Will went to bat for us with everything he had and got us a payment that we could afford ! For anyone who is thinking about buying a new vehicle but think they cant afford a big payment or dont have perfect credit like us..., you owe it to yourself to give Will a chance to help you. We got a payment that we could afford with zero percent financing! Hyundai is one of the most reliable cars on the market with the best warranty on the market. Oh yeah, and their cars have tons of extra features including incredible safety features that are standard which dont cost extra like the competition charges for.
