From a brother in Christ, I can tell you, Mark Robinson was simply the best sales consultant over every met. He was very wise, not just about Honda cars, but all cars. He was transparent upfront and helped me navigate any obstacles that came up. He and Derrick , on the financial side of things, helped me walk out in a brand new car with 17 miles on it. They pulled it right off the showroom floor. Derrick was Kind and helped me get the right price, I was completely satisfied when I left. I’m a Honda Owner and will continue to be a Honda Owner. Let me break down how great the purchasing experience is from beginning to end. I was at Honda of Huntersville to have my current Accord Hybrid Serviced. Lewis handled all my service needs. I have been working with Lewis for years now. He makes your purchase complete. The way he handles service makes me never question why I bring my vehicle to Honda for service vs utilizing another vender. Since I was there and I was interested in pricing on a potential lease, I decided to ask questions. Eric, a Sales rep saw I was looking around and was there before I could ask. Eric instantly walked me out to the truck I wanted. Eric was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle. I had no questions. Eric walked me every inch of the truck and explained everything. Eric is exceptional. I told him I was interested in trading in two vehicles that were, let’s just say, not pretty to look at. I was honest and let them know up front the condition. Eric grabbed the Sales guru, Dani. He broke down my pricing options. Let me just say, just because you think your vehicles are not worth trying to trade in, ask. They offered me a deal I could not pass up. I didn’t even have to question the offer. Dani made me an offer for my trade in value that was too good to be true. He knew I wanted this truck and he made sure he worked out a deal that was exactly in the price range I gave him. This man is a number cruncher that will put a smile on your face. I then met with Carlos a credit manager. He worked his magic working in conjunction with the Lead Sales Rep Brian. I was able to get exactly the pricing I could afford. I will tell you; I purchased a brand-new Honda Ridgeline Truck. Our family loves it. Honda is great. They are straight forward and Honest. Every promise they offered to me, they honored. Everyone was so friendly. It was an exceptional experience. I recommend buying from Honda of Huntersville. If you don’t own a Honda, you should.

unbelievable how this company treats its customers. had a head gasket done on my civic late 2023...nearly 1 year later and cylinder #3 leaking again.. due to bad practice of never changing the stretch head bolts. Honda refuses to cover service charger for there mistake. may have to change car brands because this is crazy unacceptable. almost a $4000 job

I have bought two new CRVs from Honda of Indian Trail (formerly Metro Honda). Both times they have provided the most aggressive offer on a trade in. Trading in my 2014 for a 2025, I had my CRV appraised at Honda of Indian Trail, Hendricks Honda, and Scott Clark Honda. Honda of Indian Trail beat the next closest dealer by over $2000 on my trade in. More importantly, the sales process was easy. I worked with Adrian. He was excellent and I cannot recommend him enough. I really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me as other dealers in Charlotte did. While Honda of Indian Trail made a very aggressive offer (and one that I ultimately accepted), they allowed me to walk with the offer and sleep on it. I was able to call back the next business day as soon as they opened confirming that I would move forward with the purchase. Honda of Indian Trail and Adrian helped locate a vehicle with the interior and exterior colors I wanted at another dealership and transported it quickly for me to pick up. They really went above and beyond from the trade in value and the specific vehicle delivery. While I usually keep my vehicles for a long time, the next time I am in the market, I will go here again.

Just wanted to share my great experience at Asheboro Honda last night. On the way home, my Kia with 231k miles finally gave out on me, so knew it was time to buy a new car. Walked in 1 hour before closing at Asheboro Honda and Aaron Bell greeted me. Asked what I was looking for and showed me the new 2024 Accords. Was able to explain all the differences between the different trims and made my decision easy! Not at any time did I feel rushed or not important even though the dealership had already closed by the time I got into finance. Whole process took 2 hours and was out the door with my new 2024 Accord Hybrid 2k under MSRP! So if you're looking for a new car, go see Aaron! He'll take great care of you
